Very friendly staff and excellent location on the beachfront. I got stung by a jellyfish (yikes), and the staff was extremely helpful and gave me everything I needed to treat it!

The staff are very nice and welcoming,I love their breakfast they have multiple pools and two hot tubs that are splendid.

Clean and convenient hotel! We had a suite and 6 people and it gave us plenty of space. I loved the pools and beach access. Walking distance to dinner, convenience stores, and the boardwalk.

My family and I loved it here! The staff are amazing! Clean room, clean pool areas and clean beach! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean albeit a little dated. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Myrtle Beach is often filled with over priced run down fee charging places, but this one was a pleasant surprise. We got a two bedroom ocean front room. It was nicely laid out and surprisingly well kept. We had an issue with the fridge making noise, but the maintenance people came up and fixed it. Breakfast was better then some with hot food. Had plenty of parking. The lobby was well maintained and the staff very nice. Took a while to get into our room, but we arrived early on a busy day. All and all one of our better more reasonably priced trips. Will be back again.

My stay was cut short for my personal reasons, but the time I was there was okay, room was clean.

Such an amazing hotel. My husband and went there for our 15 year anniversary. It was so kuch nice than I had anticipated. So many pools to enjoy and the whirlpool was huge! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First time to this hotel and the property itself is very nice, in a good location, with fun pools that were thankfully open, and easy access to a non-crowded beach. Our room was nice, parking is close, and the lobby areas are clean and nicely decorated. There is no housekeeping due to COVID-19 but the staff was able to accommodate our requests for extra towels and blankets. We really felt the lack of housekeeping after a 5-day stay and I think at this point they could add back some basic services like picking up trash from the rooms. We enjoyed the pools very much but the fact that they're short-staffed was evident since trash didn't get picked up around the pools as often as it should. The Tiki Grill at the pool is an excellent lunch option, the food and drinks are good, and the prices are reasonable. The lack of hot breakfast is disappointing but understandable right now and they have grab-and-go options like muffins, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. There is an issue with local businesses coming into the hotel and placing restaurant/activity flyers in the room doors. I spoke to the manger about this and it is not sanctioned by the hotel--the people sneak in pretending to be guests and place the flyers, which end up littering the hallways. Management is trying to crack down on this.

Very clean and comfortable, A full breakfast bar is on first floor. Very convenient location.

BRING THE KIDS HERE!! there's literally 8 pools. I mostly stayed by the ocean because I don't have kids. But used the hot tub and cooled off easily. There's free parking and the breakfast was great.

Decent hotel. A little dated, friendly service and free breakfast. Ocean view rooms have s lot to be desired. Clean rooms, just small.

We have never had a problem with Hampton Inn in all these years. However in this instance, the person on duty cancelled our reservation for an ocean view room that we had already paid for before we got there for unexplained reasons. By the time we checked in, all the ocean view rooms (including the one we booked) were taken. We had to be content with another room with a partial ocean view (meaning a room that opens out to the side of the tower instead of directly facing the ocean). We were quite bummed about it. But the hotel is excellently located with great amenities and the staff were courteous and apologetic for the situation (except for the aforementioned lady of course who had done her bit to make this a less than wholesome experience and who we never saw again). All in all, we did enjoy our time here. But we hope that the time and effort we expend in finding a perfect location for a getaway is not wasted by lackadaisical staff in the future.

Friendly staff, nice room, great pool areas. The only change needed would be more seating in the breakfast areas. The location was convenient (close to Broadway, area restaurants, and shopping).

Wonderful room overlooking beach. Comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfasts and many options to sit and relax- rocking chairs, lounge chairs, hammocks, etc. We will return!

Everything was wonderful minus the occasional water going down the pipe noise that kept me up last night my lady slept right thru but i just couldnt seem to sleep thru the noise. Comfortable bed the view is absolutely beautiful and the hot breakfast bar was great!!

We couldn t be happier with our staying here. Let s start with a super welcoming atmosphere in this hotel and excellent customer service. The rooms are extremely clean and neat. We are staying on the 14th floor and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The whole lobby, dining area and the whole hotel looks so cozy and pretty, so many pretty decorations that make this place unique. We will be coming here next time and will recoupment this place to our friends and family.

The rooms are what one would expect. Maybe a bit in need of an update. But the beach front and pool are great! Breakfast is available daily...no restaurant or bar. It is a nice hotel.

We always stay at a Hampton Inn when available and this one does not disappoint. They have free covered parking, wi-fi, and breakfast. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Came for a women's conference being held in the hotel and enjoyed my stay tremendously. The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this establishment to others for events as well as a personal getaway .

It's a convenient place to stay with Ocean front beach access. Family Friendly hotel with pools for just children, lazy rivers and jacuzzis for adult. Pool areas have their own little cabana for alcohol drinks and refreshments for the whole family and also are serving fast food which is perfect and convenient so you don't interrupt the fun in the sun to go get lunch or dinner.
I gave it 4 stars because upon arrival our room smelled like marijuana had been smoked in there, it was extremely bothersome to my family.the hotel its supposed to be a smoke free hotel. The staff quickly accommodate me to a different room at a separate tower. I don't know how the staff approved the room to be ready in the first place.
Breakfast was great considering it's a complimentary and a plus. Staff super friendly and clean areas. Loved them Bill is a sweet man that works there and always helping.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed this Resort. We will definitely return next year for our family vacation! And every year after that. They had a kiddie pool, 3 regular pools, I believe there were 2 hot tubs, and 2 lazy rivers. Not to mention you are right on the beach. We had a blast!

Hampton always delivers! We asked to be placed on a floor no higher than the 7th and wound up on 14. However it is quiet on the top floor so no big deal. Breakfast is a zoo but it is August and we are at the beach. The breakfast staff did a great job for the crowd! Room was clean and everything was great at check-in. They will charge you 10 bucks a day to park so don't be surprised when they charge your card....all in all so far a great stay but watch out for the coffee grounds when you get to the last sip....

Don't give these people your credit card number or you will be sorry got charged 700 dollars twice and waited 3 weeks for a refund just put in my information not very hard to accomplish we stayed there in November of 2017 on the 12th floor ocean views we also gave you all our info to call us so you are not doing your job which seems to be what we should of expected.

I enjoyed the hot tub and pools! Spent plenty of time out on the balcony as well. Overall, staff was very friendly!Only reason I'm giving 4 stars- even though I checked and sprayed the bed thoroughly, like I always do, still got bitten on my arms while sleeping! Even though the housekeeper did what she could, and changed sheets as I sprayed again. When I brought it to management attention, it was pretty much dismissed like I brought something in!Fortunately I had my house checked before(because a neighbor had an issue) and after,and no bugs were found. I just feel like management should have addressed the problem.

Great hotel, pools were great, and rooms were accommodating. The beds at Hampton Inn, are always extremely comfortable.
We will definitely be staying there again.
