Had a suite and it was beautiful, great view and very clean. When we first checked in, the man who helped us was very sassy and rude. Everything he said to us was "rehersed and scripted" and was never sincere and treated us like customers. We had a little issue and he wouldn't let us even talk or explain anything, just talked over us. Not impressed with him.
