If you smoke don't be under the impression that you can smoke on the balcony because you cannot. breakfast is like a stampede! Oceanfront is very nice view awesome awesome amenities no complaints other than the balconies do not have safety bars so if you have a small child 2 or 3 years old and knows how to unlock a door you need to take your own safety bar or something to wedge it, so it can't be opened.
Rooms were clean. View was incredible. Great selection and quality of breakfast. The only down was having to pay for parking...

I m pretty disappointed in my recent experience. The hotel room was dirty, some workers had a bitter face, it said mask was required in lobby yet the employees didn t have any on, and there was was even sand in the pool. In my past stays the room was clean and all of the staff was nice. Specifically the lady who gave out the food and the pool man looked annoyed which we didn t understand why. The only good thing about this stay was that it was ocean front but honestly I could ve gone to any other hotel. Not at all like our past stays and no longer plan on visiting this hotel in our future Myrtle Beach visits.

Hilton expectations are always high and this did not disappoint. Lobby is beautiful. Staff was exceptional, as always at a Hilton property. The room was a basic hotel room. At the time of check-in, she did not have any Suites available for an upgrade.
My wife and I just spent 5 nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites, with a wonderful ocean front room, 3rd floor. Really nice balcony we ate a number of takeout meals there. Excellent firm mattress. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast nothing special but the cereal and hard boiled eggs and bananas did it for us. Decent sized room: we kept our 2 bikes in the room. We really appreciated the parking garage right on the property. Mask wearing was inconsistent among guests and front desk staff, but we always felt safe. I couldn t take the morning FOX TV playing in the breakfast area. I suggested the Weather Channel but was told: can t find the remote and front desk woman I think Hilton TELLS us what to show. Hmmm. Lol. Easy fix: I turned off the cable box. Funny it remained that way the remainder of our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel. Last thing: nice outdoor pools / hot tub / and great beach access.
Clean rooms, beautiful breakfast area with a nice complimentary breakfast. Plenty of pools, indoor and outdoor, fast elevators, parking garage on same side as hotel.
The hotel staff was wondeful and professional. Super helpful. House cleaning did a great job. My biggest complaint is a lack of staff monitoring the pool area. There were kids jumping in the lazy river and splashing around. Kids were shooting water funs every which way, hitting guests. It was very disruptive and annoying.

We are very happy that we decided to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites during our Myrtle Beach vacation! Clean rooms, great hot breakfast each morning, and lots of pools to choose from that helps spread out the crowds so each pool isn't crazy packed with people.
Each staff member we came in contact with were very friendly. Our only complaint was one afternoon, a lady was cleaning the pools while we were swimming, and almost hit my son with the pole. My husband asked her to be careful but she didn't seem to care too much. Other than that, the stay was amazing!

Gorgeous lobby, but a little confusing with the 2 towers & separate elevators. Room was nice, but we could hear every time the other rooms came & went. Beds looked good, but the actual room & bathroom appeared old plus the housekeeping staff is not so good at removing hair in the bathroom. The room was supposed to be ocean view, but it was on the side of the building so although you had a view of the beach in one direction, it wasn't what I was expecting for ocean view. The numerous pools & hot tubs were great!! The best part of course was the beach access!!! The water was amazing & the beach was clean & beautiful with lifeguards on duty. I would stay here again, but I'd check out some other options first.
Gorgeous!!! We had a penthouse suite and it was stunning. Private terrace with lounge chairs, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each floor has their own sitting area with a TV. The lobby has gorgeous hard wood floors and an amazing view of the ocean. I am very impressed and can t wait to come back.
Had an awesome stay recently. Stayed at a high floor which offered fantastic views of the beach and the sunrise. Hotel is located in an area that s not crowded. Morning run along the beach was very refreshing. Room was very clean and good size. Breakfast had several choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking at garage was free and with multiple parking spots.

This hotel has the feel of a fancy resort. It's safe and requires your key card to enter all entrances of the site. The lazy river pools are relaxing. The staff is very pleasant, and the breakfast is a full hot breakfast. It's also steps to the ocean and has a gorgeous view.
Been here 3 times, each instance has been nothing less than superb. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate requests, plus it's in a great location if you have kids (plenty going on and close to everything, just not as hectic than if you were closer to Broadway)
Probably the best hotel on the strand. Staff very courteous and professional. Rooms are excellent and very clean. Have stayed here before and would do so in the future.

We always stay here. Friendly staff, suite rooms have kitchens and clean rooms. Breakfast is yummy, it does get over crowded at times and people can be very rude with no manners. As a adult I can deal with it, but my teenagers didn't like the rude people.

Its a good hotel what can I say, just feels like its straight outta 2003, a bit outdated but it is a decent hotel. The area is a bit sketch tho, but very nice beach.

It was so awesome!!! Must. stay. here. We have stayed in other locations at Mirtle Beach but this was by FAR the best. The staff are amazing the rooms are clean and you feel right at home. I accidentally left my wallet their, and I came all the way back to Kansas without it. But I called them up, the staff were very polite and helpful and sent it to me in the mail. They are awesome. Also, we came early to check in and They said "Just a few more moments, your room is being inspected", the room was pristine.
Awesome place to stay! Can't beat the oceanfront. Plus, they have a complementary parking place for EVs with a charging plug.

Our first time staying here and we were simply AMAZED! I had seen reviews about this being a older hotel, but I couldn t tell, it was NICE to me. We had the oceanfront king suite with bunk beds. We slept two adults and six kids and we all had plenty of space. I loved that it had a kitchen. I didn t think it had a stove top, but it did, it had two burners so you could cook. It was very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and everything you needed. Everything was clean. Best part of the room? The VIEW! The view absolutely could not be better. I walked down to the beach to watch the sunrise but I literally could have watched the sunrise from bed if I wanted. It could have been a little cooler in the rooms (I m hot natured) but the rooms were quite! Once I shut my bedroom door, I couldn t hear my kids in the other room up all night playing...so I slept well. They didn t have breakfast because of COVID-19 but the continental breakfast bag breakfast was really nice. The staff was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home. The pools and the beach...my second favorite thing after the view. Easy access! Just take the elevator to the bottom floor. The pools were absolutely amazing. My kids practically stayed in the lazy river and hot tub (even though the heater in it broke the morning of our checkout, they were working on fixing it, hey, stuff happens.) Beach towels were provided, sometimes there wasn t any, no biggie. I seen where some reviews said there was sand in the pool...well duh, your at the beach. Wasn t a big deal and wasn t really noticeable, pools were clean. I loved the fact of being able to step out of the pool and walk over to the beach and back. They also had hammocks, a play area for kids, and I think a tiki shack. Restrooms were down by the pool also and were clean. Parking garage could be tight at times but it was fine. Walmart was a block away. Lots of restaurants and stuff to do nearby. I could just go on and on about this hotel. All in all, it was amazing and we will be back!

Everything was fine except for the view which was incredible and the staff which were great! Finding your way around takes getting used to because of the two separate "towers."
Stayed this past weekend for my sister's 40th birthday. Room was very clean! Elevator etiquette in place to ensure physical distancing is possible. They've made changes to practices to help protect everyone. The hotel view is great. Staff is so very friendly. Pools are clean! Best hotel experience by far. The people here are the best!
The hotel was very lovely. The lobby and breakfast rooms were spacious and lovingly decorated, and the view was great. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were amazing, and the Christmas decorations were so nice. The beds were very comfy and cozy, although the room itself was definitely on the smaller side. The free breakfast was extremely good, and had a very wide variety of offerings to choose from: assorted fruit beyond the standard apples and bananas; Belgian waffle makers; various pastries; oatmeal with topping choices; scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits; cereal; and the coffee was quite good. All in all a very pleasant stay!

It was totally Awesome. Love the fact that the beach and pools where right out your patio door. It was very clean.The kids loved the bunk beds and I love the queen size bed in the room with them. They offer a complimentary breakfast that was delicious. Next time will not do the timeshare and stay here.

We stayed for 5 days on the 14th floor of the South tower, room needs some updating- older furnishings from the 90 s but it was clean. Paid extra for a large shower which was newer. The view was great, right on the water and access to the beach was literally just steps away. It was coming up on a holiday weekend and there was still plenty of beach space and beach chairs for rent. Did have an incident of rowdy children jumping and hitting guests in the pool- management was made aware of he situation. The breakfast is great in the morning. Overall wish the price was a bit better for the room we stayed in but not a bad hotel at all, will definitely be back (during the off season).
This Hampton Inn was gorgeous. Everything was really nice. They had so many indoor and outdoor pools. You could even ride in a tube. The property is also right on the beach.

The 2 bedroom suites were great with lots of room.
I was here in 2014, 2016 and 2017. The 1st 2 years the rooms were awesome. Clean, comfortable beds. The wood floors on the 1st floor were clean and so shiny! I am a environmental supervisor in a hospital so I was impressed.
2017 the wood floors were dull and dirty. We just had a small room this time with 2 queen beds. The beds were hard as a rock...I checked the mattress and it was stained horribly....the entire mattress. Mold around the bathtub etc! I asked for clean blankets to pile up on the bed and bought a comforter to cover up with. I complained to the lady at the desk and she said all beds have new mattresses. She lied.
The lady at the pool told us that the side we were staying has not been updated yet.. Don't know if I will going back....but so many Hotels are outdated and dirty!
Best place to stay on the Grand Strand. Convenient to a 'll of Myrtle Beach attractions. On the beach with eight pools and hot tubs. Beautiful rooms with balconies. Friendly staff to answer all your questions.
Stayed last year and loved it! Staying again this year because of my wonderful experience last year. Staff is more than accommodating, and easy to work with. The hotel is very clean, and I never have any complaints after I leave. Overall excellent place to stay!
This is by far the best hotel to stay with on Myrtle beach. The prices are fair, the rooms are very nice, up to date, and very clean. The hotel is very nicely maintained. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The provided breakfasts are great and make vacation on the beach very easy. There was nothing better than waking up, grabbing a good breakfast and then walking a couple feet to a gorgeous beach front.

Good free breakfast, friendly staff, nice pools, CLEAN, family friendly environment, right on the beach and a 15 min walk to 2nd ave pier, and rooms have a microwave and refrigerator, which makes it easy to make snacks and lunch. The down side is there are few great food options for dinner within walking distance and no restaurant in the hotel to dine at. It would be nice to have on site outdoor grills for guests :)
