Stayed in the penthouse which was great and decently priced. Everything listed on the website was true expect for the indoor pools; apparently there is such a thing as heated indoor and indoor . We had planned to arrive early in the day to enjoy the indoor pools before check-in time especially since it was a rainy day but much to our dismay we got stuck waiting it out in the lobby; when we arrived we were allowed into the pool area but the pools were pretty much useless. They were freezing cold and none of the pools were heated except for the obvious hot tub and to top it off they weren t even enclosed indoors (even though the picture had them enclosed) so we ended up having to go back into the lobby to wait with the rest of the families that had planned on enjoying the indoors pools too until check-in time. Long story short: pools weren t indoors nor heated as stated on the website.
