Well for one. They cap the heat at 75, room was cold to sleep in. Stayed for 3 nights, no microwave or fridge in a king suite? Have to go to the lobby to warm food up. Dont even bother bringing a game console or a dvd player. Can't change tv source at all. Stuck watching basic cable or nothing at all. Besides that. Bathroom was nice
