I had rated this four yesterday 10/15/16. As we, my wife and two year old. Had just arrived and everything was very nice. Lady at check in nice all appear to be very clean. We stayed two night to attend the fair and go to the mall. We left this morning around 9am and stay at fair until about 1 pm. We arrived back to housekeeping cleaning rooms on our floor. After failed attempts to get our daughter to take a nap. I went to get a drink from the vending machines as my wife and daughter got ready. On my way back I spoke with a young man doing housekeeping. He stated that he was running behind and asked if I needed anything at the time. I told him no we were about to go out to the mall and dinner. When we return the room was the same. My wife called the front desk for towels and the women handed them to her and walked away. I went to the front desk and the woman stated that we had left the do not disturb sign on door. As my daughter tore this up the first night I know we didn't. She stated she would speak to housekeeping about it. In the future we will not be staying here. It is sad our room was not clean. It is unacceptable to lie to cover it up by saying we left the sign up.
