**Update 2 Nov 19** Got a call front David the Front Desk manager. He listened to my concerns and made what could of continued to be an unpleasant experience BETTER! I appreciate the time and effort made to keep my loyalty with the Hilton Hampton Inn Brand..
**28 Oct 19**Upon arrival for my weeks stay, the entire parking lot was taped off due to an event so parking was very limited. There was also a huge spider in its web next to the side entryway door. Upon checking into the hotel the front desk staff was helpful and efficient which earned 2 stars. Using the elevator up to the 4th floor it smelled like a wet dog. Upon arrival to the room I noticed a few things were off the Wi-Fi is no good, I can't connect my device because I only get one bar. The headboard has scuff marks, the pillow case looked unchanged, the outlet beside the bed was dusty, and when I dropped my charger on not floor there was leftover food or something beside the bed. I figured I would let housekeeping address it in the morning, since I would be out all day and had a late check in after my drive in. Woke up with aching back because these beds are so uncomfortable. I'm checking out of this hotel and into another. Not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. (See photo tab for other pics)
