Very clean, comfortable beds, courteous and professional staff.

Really like this hotel. The people are great and the rooms nice and updated. I travel to Raleigh often and stay here or at the Hilton Garden Inn next door.

Front Desk personal very helpful and attentive, room clean, bed very comfortable.

Very nice overnight stay. Clean amenities, breakfast was hot and fresh. Upgraded to suite upon arrival without asking. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good. Large shower was good. I wish the e was a fridge in the room though.

The hotel and it's amenities were awesome. I
appreciate the kindness from each staff I encountered. The janitorial service was also excellent. Thank you ladies for a job well done.

I also wanted to add that the hotel manager is such an amazing guy. My van had a flat in the parking lot and this awesome individual blew the tire up with a bicycle air pump. I think the world of people that remind me that there are still good people in the world. I hope each person and their families are so richly blessed.

PS. The cookies are a sweet treat before bed. Get them when they are warm

Clean rooms. Hate the new A/C govenors (can't get the room cold enough), but basically everybody seems to be going this way. Standard breakfast, friendly front desk staff.

Room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable.

Good hotel but odd quirk. In the room were were in, room 320, the electric outlet on the right wall lamp by the bed is tied to the light switch. Turn the light off for the night, the power to the outlet is cut. If you try to charge a phone in that outlet overnight, it won't charge. I have medical equipment, and I had to unscrew the light bulb to keep use the equipment overnight. The left side wall light was not miswired like this.

Fairly easy to get to, easy access to local restaurants and venues, room is fine and what one would expect for a hotel. Check in was simple.

Wasnt happy with a room with no microwave or fridge. We in town for sports and need drinks cold. Also key cards have long delay before door unlocks which doesnt help when have arm full.

Clean hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. I have to report some oversights from the staff to the rooms: once the room was not redone, another the bathroom linen was incomplete and once again the baskets were emptied occasionally .... otherwise everything was fine. All services available to customers at no additional cost.

Rooms where great clean and comfortable. Pool was warm. And food was good BUT. There was no food for people with food allergies or intolerance.

The meeting room was clean and kept at a comfortable temperature. The rest rooms were clean.

My purpose for coming here was for a leadership conference. The hotel is very nice and has a great complementary breakfast. I do wish the rooms came with a microwave and refrigerator, but the rooms overall are well kept, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is nice!

There are no refrigerators! The breakfast gave me food poisoning and the room still had stuff from the last person. Not happy.

This Hampton Inn was very clean and conservatively modern. Some staff members were very polite, accommodating and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was not satisfactory. Coffee was delicious. The mattresses were uncomfortable for myself and other family members. None of us slept well. Atmosphere was quiet and pleasurable. The wifi worked sometimes and other times it did not work well or at all. None of the soda machines were working. The indoor pool was clean but NOT warm. The pool bathroom was rusty and dirty. Good proximity to many activities including a Mall within walking distance.

The hotel is well designed and conveniently located. I enjoyed staying there, although the room smelled a bit off when I first arrived. That quickly went away and I had no problems with it. Breakfast was good, but not great. The pool looked nice.

Not the best hotel to go to, was under staffed and didn't have anyone at the counter for over 10 min. Rooms are tight

Pretty cute hotel, great location right next to the mall.. beds were comfortable and room was clean. The vibe at this hotel is cool, nicely decorated in the common areas. Breakfast was good too. Indoor pool

Great hotel option, great location (close to the Iinterstate, major shopping and attractions), and the hot breakfast had many choices. NOTE: if the only thing I can find wrong is that you cook your bacon incredibly too crispy, then it's a great choice.

Hotel is very well mantain! We had stayed twice in a period of 4 weeks. Very modern, wonderfully decorated, awesome customer service, rooms are very clean, pool is fenomenal for family with little kids, they have televisions everywhere so you can watch privately on your own.

Great place for a weekend getaway. I do it quite often.

Everything was really nice and clean! Alex at the front desk was really wonderful! The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had a room next to the elevators and the music played in the hallways was a little loud. Other than that, 5 stars!

Great rooms, good price, great standards of hampton. Excellent location, easy in and out, and right next to the exit to the beltline.

Very clean and nice decor, giving a feeling of relaxation. Walking distance from many restaurants and Crabtree Mall.

Nice big clean room! Like how the desk area separates the room portion from the sitting area.

Hotel looks nice but sadly they all owned by different ownership so standards are not what suppose to be. Cleaning is poor. Coffee station is always empty. No breakfast bags to go. Lobby bathroom was very dirty. Not enough staff. The night audit girl was working on Sunday over night April 8 was so low no class no professionalism she was full of hostility and super racist.

Great lobby. I could hang out here all day. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Decor/ breakfast very good. Bed uncomfortable/ poor sleeping. Shower not easy to maneuver in. Stayed 4 nights eith no cleaning ir change of waste baskets or towels. Would not return.

What can I say? Clean room, great bed, breakfast is great and hot. And they have great common areas to relax .

Highly recommended for families. Staff were friendly. The pool is zero depth entry on both sides with mushroom fountain. Great outdoor area for adults with viewing area of the pool. Coffee was always available in the lobby with different creamers and to go cups.

Stayed at this hotel for a month! The pool was nice and the hotel was clean! The WiFi was horrible which is why I didn t give it 5 stars. I stayed on the top floor but I asked if they could do anything about it and they said they couldn t. I didn t have much interaction with the staff other than that because of the app where you can check in and out on your phone(which is the number one reason I choose Hilton hotels)!

Friendly staff. Kind of weird room layout. You have to pull the TV out on a mount to watch in bed. And the bathroom and shower doors collide if you're not careful. Otherwise very nice.

Google was following me, I was either dropping off or picking up a Rideshare client.

Make sure you bring an Ethernet cable. The WiFi both paid and free gets tied up with a lot of connections in the evening.

Room could use a mini fridge. Bar, restaurant and snacks are found next door at the Hilton.

Desk staff wouldn't make eye contact. Other guests here were rude (smoking in the entryway, throwing towels on floor in gym, monopolizing time in business center to play web games.) Not up to par with what I'm used to experiencing at a Hampton Inn. I probably just picked the wrong part of town. And as someone else noted the a/c reverts back to 75 degrees after a bit.

We love this place! My family and I always come here just to get away from "everyday life" !! The location is great, only a few minutes from the mall and other places! The staff are very friendly and serve to please the guest! We always have a clean room that smells like it has been just cleaned. The breakfast is good. Lots of channels on the tv.. Wifi is good! Even has a shuttle to take you within a 3 mile radius! And the pool is great only thing is it has like 4-5 caps in the bottom (im guessing to help keep the pool clean)that if you hit them just right feels like you broke a toe :( the only thing that i wish they had was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Just to save alittle money !! So even with that being said im still giving it 5 stars!! Its also very quiet! And the price is not that bad considering its a up-to-date, very nice and clean hotel...

Beautiful hotel! Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay there again when we are in Raleigh!

The location of this hotel is not easily accessible because of it's proximity to a gas station and route enramps as well as it being situated on a steep hill. The rooms are up to date however the coffee is all decaf inside the room and in the bathroom which meant we did not drink it due to contaminants. The pool is nice for young children with its low depths and splashing area and we appreciated thank it was heated. The front desk staff is friendly. No fridge was in the standard room and no microwave either, which might be inconvenient for families. The input selection is locked out on the room's television so you cannot connect to play videos or games with your laptop or console. The beds are comfortable and the alarm clock has calming nature sounds. Views are not scenic from Windows but this is understandable for the location. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the coffee cups, while cutely decorated and a nice small size, leaked. There are options like eggs, sausage, fruit, and yogurt for guests that are gluten sensitive. Overall, the accommodations met our needs and the decor at the ground level and lobby was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

At a conference there. Oddly, one of the doors to leave the room was locked. Glad there wasn't a fire!

Wonderful location, friendly staff, very nice rooms. In town for training and the conference room was very cold. The staff brought in heaters which kept tripping the projector. Overall a pleasant experience!

Very nice hotel, great pool, clean, well accommodated rooms. My only complaint is the free Hilton-brand wifi which is always terrible. Highly recommend this place.

All the experiences work great... Only downfall, no refrigerator nor microwave... for the highest recommendation, add refrigerator microwave in the rooms, at least frigerator...

Staff is always attentive and pleasant, they make the effort to learn their regular customers and make you feel welcome each visit.

Wow! This is a great hotel !! Super friendly staff checked me in. Beautiful, clean room (smells like a hotel room is supposed to, super clean and fresh) Love the comfortable beds and pillows. Great rate and free parking. Air-conditioning works great, cools and responds quickly. Guest room beautifully decorated. Also large flat screen tv.

Loved this place. The room was huge. Our daughter had plenty of space to do her work with the distance learning. Staff was very professional courtious. They definitely make you feel valued and appreciated. Room was very clean everything sanitized!! Will definitely recommend!!!
