As a first time car buyer, I prepared myself for the lengthy and drawn out process of such a large purchase. I was apprehensive at first, but the people at Gwinnet Place Honda made this first purchase a breeze. I was expecting the typical "car salesman pitch" but I was pleasantly greeted by employee Joseph Shin. He politely answered all of my questions and was genuinely helpful. He encouraged me to speak with the finance managers and they were able to walk me through each step of the process. They were able to help me find an option that was best suited for me.
