My daughter & I stopped in for a oil change on KHL...

My daughter & I stopped in for a oil change on KHLOE.. (Car-gifted for HS Graduation) and while "enjoying" our wait in GPH lobby (which was quite inviting) many sales people busily walked by.
However, we had the pleasure of someone-DJ Milton hopping by on a bad foot :) stopping by to ask if we were ok today/getting help /care for any assistance??? His mannerism was welcomed and thus I decided to check into options for another car. Our EXPERIENCE with this SALESPERSON-DJ was none other than 5 star-GOLDEN. We are now the proud owner of GINA (Car gifted for Med School). It was also a pleasure meeting/speaking with NC Sales Manager-Shon Hood and working with Finance Manager- Sam Whang.

All of the employees were professional and courteous. My repairs were excellent and the car looks as good as new!!!!! I am so happy that I chose Gwinnett place Honda to complete my repairs. They even finished the job a week early.

I was in the market for a car for myself in several months and wanted to do some research. I stopped in a Gwinnett Place Honda and was greeted by a young gentlemen Danny Moon. Although I wasn't in the right situation to purchase a vehicle that day, he provided me with excellent customer service and great information that helped me narrow down my options. I will definitely make sure to go back to him in a few months when it is time to buy my car. I was very satisfied with his services and look forward to be assisted by him again.

I have recently purchased a Honda Accord at Gwinnett Place. I had a very good experience with my sales person Ms. Kay and all the members I met at this dealership. I came back last week due to some scratch in the back of my car's bumper. I would like to thank you Paul W. from Details department. He helped me fix the problem with no charge! What a nice person who truly care about the reputation of his dealership. Customer satisfaction is always a priority! I will definitely recommend him and Gwinnett Place Honda to my friends. Mr. Paul, you deserve a service award:)

I've had several services from Gwinnett Place, and service representative Rudy Russo has been awesome to work with. He cares about getting the job done right and I trust his judgement. I tend to drive older Hondas because I buy and keep. Having a service dept at Gwinnett Place that I can trust makes this possible.

Kha, Chad, Angele or Marquis never pressured or rushed me to make a decision. They were very pleasant negotiating prices. Angeles' Service Department did a nice job with the additions and getting it to look and smell like new. Love my car. Shared my experience with my daughter, who lives in Decatur, now plans on servicing her Honda at Gwinnett Place.

I scheduled an appointment online and was able to squeeze me in that same day. I only requested to have an oil change and tire rotation. I ended up getting a filter change too, even if I didn't request that. Overall, I was in and out in about an hour.

Corvousier (?) was very helpful, patient in explaining what I needed to have done for my vehicle to keep it operating properly.
I was disappointed to find that the charging station, to charge our mobile devices, was removed. However, Charlie Q. and Paul Hett showed up and were very attentive to seeing that I had a charger for my tablet so that I could use my tablet while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. That showed personal interest! I was impressed!!

I wish I could attach a pictures. I got a 34 point inspection and just went to get my Honda serviced for the first time sense I purchased it. And between the oil and the filters so much sludge and mildew. Inspected????? Yeah right!

I had an very pleasant experience with the collision center with zero complaints. Having Liberty Mutual insurance, the undriveable car was towed to the collision center the day after the accident. Matt Paolini dealt with the insurance company directly and he kept me updated with the progess. With being a holiday weekend, the car was done very promptly and was done earlier than my expectations. The car repaired part of the car looks phenomenal. The paint job was blended in very well. One word to describe the whole experience would be "frustration-free" Job well done collision center and thank you Matt. Another plus about the collision center is that it has Enterprise in the same building that I should have taken advantage of.

Brandon was very helpful. My service was fast and efficient, easy, and I was ready to go in like, 30-1 hour. I even got a layout of what I would need to budget on my next visit and I love that because I m an organized person And need to plan things in advance. Perfect timing and perfect service!

I was highly interested in purchasing a used 2003 ...

I was highly interested in purchasing a used 2003 Nissan Altima and I did all of the research on the car and was pleased with the miles and the fact that it hadn't ever been wrecked. I drove an hour and a half to this dealership and when we get there and tell the salesman which one we were interested in, he tells us he "lost the keys" and that we wouldn't be able to look at that one. With that said, he pulls up a Toyota Camry and tells us how great of a car it was (when there were a lot of things wrong with it) and also lied to us about the price on both cars. This is my first time having anything to do with purchasing a car, and the whole time I was very uncomfortable with how he was treating us. My salesman wouldn't take no for an answer and the whole time I felt like I was being scammed. I left very disappointed and I was glad to leave because of how uncomfortable I felt.

Best service I've ever recived ! Michael was super friendly and very knowledgeable ! I just move to the state of GA 2weeks ago, no family,no friend just my children and I. Been stayung in a hotel and I've been so lost and confused in this state. Michael did his best by making me feel like a friend instead of just another customer. He educated me on apartments&which he'd recommend, schools, work/life balance jobs that he'd also recommend, areas that I should stay stray of, along with areas that have great food&entertainment. He literally narrowed down EVERYTHING !! He even got on his computer and started looking up apartments for me...I felt so much better after talking with him. We talked so much that I forgot my car was getting serviced..I lost track of time. He's really nice and you can tell he love his job. He recommend some other services that my car needed, without coming off as a sales person, or pushy..I didn't have the time to do it all but he went ahead and gave me the list for next time. I would stongly recommend EVERYBODY to come here after the experience I've recived. I will definitely be back to do more service on my car.....hopefully I work with Michael again...oh and once my car was done getting serviced, I went to one of the apartments that he recommend, fell in love, applied and now my children and I are getting ready to move in a week !! Thank you so much Michael !!! The entire honda staff seemed friendly, everybody kept a smile on their face and greeted me when they walked by. the located was super clean, they even had a play area for kids !!! Love it ! Keep up the great work HONDA !

I cannot say enough good things about this repair ...

I cannot say enough good things about this repair center. After a horrible first experience at a body shop in the area, my girlfriend and I took our cars to Hendrick collision repair center. Matt not only promised a third of the work time that the body shop quoted, but also took my car and handled everything for both cars in thirty minutes flat. By the time we got everything done, he had me in a rental (the Enterprise people there are great as well!) and took care of my girlfriend and I the whole time. We gave him a deadline of 2 weeks. He had it done in less than a week, all while communicating to us and listening to us the entire process. Everything was fixed and repaired to a great standard on our cars, which was important because we have an eye for detail on our cars. He was absolutely killer through the entire process, and has earned Hendrick CRC a client for life. If you are thinking about anywhere else, I highly advise you to consider this awesome shop.

Honda is my #1 brand & this was my first stop when...

Honda is my #1 brand & this was my first stop when I went to make my vehicle purchase thanks to a recommendation from my sister (also who bought a car from Tommy), and I couldn't be more happy about that decision. My sales person Tommy Suh was an extremely helpful and pleasant guy to deal with, and he stuck it through with me until the end. He listened to my needs and found the perfect car for my budget which was serious matter for me.

Gwinnett Place Honda is one of the nicest dealerships I have ever been to. Immediately I was welcomed by Joseph Shin. He introduced me to the new Honda pilot and knew everything I needed to know about it. He worked with me and was very patient. This is the only place I would go if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle and go see Joseph Shin!

Dropped off my car at the collision center, after hours. I was called by Zachary the next morning telling me the process of what needs to be and I told him I had never had an accident before and he was more then helpful telling me everything. Zach sent me daily updates via emails and pictures. Zach saw that I cared about me car, and it showed with the detail and care he had the body shop put into my car. I still look at the paint and it looks perfect. I continue to recommend people to come there for work and will continue to bring my cars in the future.

I wanted a 6 cylinder Accord and I knew they were no longer making them. I happened to stop by Gwinnett Place Honda on the way to another dealership. I was surprised at how many were available with the specific color I wanted (white). I finally agreed to a very nice 2015 Accord Touring. They were able to get my monthly payment to what I was comfortable with. Delavan was great and addressed all of my concerns. Tammy Gibson my finance rep was also very helpful and patient with the paper/computer signing. Upon a revisit, Curtis Simmons assured me any additional concerns with issues would be addressed the following week.

This was my first visit to Hendricks at Gwinnett Place Honda. They made me very comfortable. I was assigned a representative who guided me to.a lounge with free coffee and tea. It took 20 minutes to change my oil, rotate my tires and check all the levels and operating parts. The same rep came to the lounge and walked me to my car afterwards. I had called around for prices prior and couldn t believe a dealer was less expensive, but it was. I will definitely go back.

The Service Manager at this location, Kam, is a blatant racist. This was my first time visiting this location, as I have always stayed away because I have heard others talk about the disproportionate mistreatment of minorities. Due to a unique service that I needed to be done for American Honda s purpose that only these folks offer, I was forced to go here, and they did not let me down. I can tell by Kam s demeanor, actions, and tone that he is a flat out racist. He also talked down to me and was unnecessarily aggressive for no apparent reason (other than the color of my skin). He would not allow to speak to anyone else and left me with no other options for my BRAND NEW car. I m sure if I would I was another skin tone he would have been breaking his neck to assist me. For minorities who do not want to support a bunch of racist bigots, I recommend Curry Honda as they have a way more diverse staff, in addition to treating their customers a lot better. Advice to Kam: its 2018, don t be such a RACIST!

He kept me updated on the status of my car because it needed to be kept overnight. This is not the first time Trevor assisted me with car service. Very disappointed with My visit. I went in for an oil change. They said that if I scheduled an appointment it would cut my wait time as opposed to if I just walked in. I scheduled one and yet they took nearly 3 hours to finish up my car. I understand Saturday s are busy but when you SCHEDULE your appointment then they should give you priority. Also, the service that was done was horrible. Whoever did the job didn t do it right. Tymon was the one who took my information, so idk if he was the one to do the job as well. They left a screw extremely loose causing lots of oil to be leaking out. Luckily my husband noticed it this morning and FIXED it himself. The work was done on Saturday and today is Wednesday, meaning it has been leaking for days already! Little things like this can cause big damage to someone s vehicle and I m not trying to pay for something that was caused by someone else s mistake.

Had an appointment to get an oil change at about 10 am. I was greeted immediately, and the sign in was quick. I left to run some errands, but about 45 min later, got a text saying it was ready. That was super fast for a complete check. They even ran my car thru the car wash. Great service and super nice guy. Thanks Rudolph.

I get my car serviced here and everyone is always so nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I love coming here because I get to see all of the newest models of cars. During a pandemic, it s difficult to feel safe, but when I come get my car serviced I always feel comfortable knowing that safety precautions are being taken by the staff. I highly recommend this place!
