Honestly I first came to Gwinnett Place Honda because of convenience and seeing how i lived five minutes from there. It was the first dealership out of six that I was scoping out and was just testing the waters when I walked through the door. Walked in, was immediately greeted by one of the sales guys (Joseph Shin) and he proceeded to ask questions about what I was looking for. I vaguely answered his questions since I still had five more dealerships to see but pretty soon he got the hint and asked if I wanted to test drive any of the vehicles and I chose the Accord. We picked up the car and started driving around as he explained all of the features the car offered. He was very knowledgeable about the car; even minute details that a car junkie like me would appreciate. It was a very casual and comfortable ride with Joseph never being pushy about the sale. We returned to the dealership and he explained a lot about the financing and in the end offered me a better deal than the quote i received from a bank. Honestly I never intended to purchase a vehicle that day, let alone from the first dealer but I am more than satisfied with the service I received from Gwinnett Honda, especially from Joseph. Thanks man! I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a honda.
