After my unfortunate accident, I researched many different collision shops prior to finding Gwinnett Honda Collision. I was very concerned due to my car being very new, a crystal white color and a lease. From the minute I arrived, Matt and Andrew exhibited the utmost professionalism and customer service. They acted quickly and went above and beyond in helping me address my needs, ensuring I was treated fairly by the insurance company and educating me on the process. The quality of the work done on my car is exceptional. It looks brand new. The turnaround time was well above my expectations. Working with two insurance companies on two separate claims addressing two separate repairs, I thought I'd be without my car for a month. I got my car back in less than two weeks. I highly recommend Gwinnett Honda Collision. I hope to never have to use them again, but I surely know where I will go should I need it.
