My tire had a slow leak. Took it to be repaired but was pleasantly surprised that the tire was replaced, not repaired at Gwinnett Place Honda at no charge. We bought the extended warranty and it has proven to be an excellent investment.

The AC went out on my Honda Pilot, so I contacted Gwinnett Place Honda where I purchased it. They are very well staffed in the service department and I was able to get in while visiting in Atlanta and got it fixed. They are very professional and I appreciated the treatment I received.

I was visiting Atlanta for the weekend and my car needed an oil change. A friend of mine recommended that I visit Gwinnett Place Honda. I bought my CRV 2018 Honda about a year ago. Gwinnett Honda has been my go-to servicing center for all its "needs". After all the rain from the hurricane, I noted that the hatchback had a leak. Gwinnett Honda fixed the issue, and (God Bless them) they did it under warranty. They consistently do outstanding work, do it quickly, and for a reasonable cost, especially considering they are a dealership. In speaking with their techs, they appear to have a high level of expertise (as noted by all their certifications), and when their advisors quote the estimate, they stick to it. Maybe there are other repair shops and dealers that can also perform similar work, but I'm sticking with Gwinnet Place Honda. Their work and customer service is top notch.
I took My CRV in for service. Denis was very professional and didn't push products on me. He told me what was wrong and made some recommendations for going forward. I couldn't be happier with the service.
They replaced my front splash guard assembly (on a Honda Civic) with a part missing - and held it together with zip ties where the holes didn't line up because of the missing part.

Matt Paolini was absolutely the best collision center specialist I've ever encountered. He is extremely knowledgable and walks you through the entire process even when the car is getting work done. Kept communication open and I was never blinded about anything. Will definitely recommend!
Andrew was amazing. He was very prompt with responding to me and my needs. He kept me updated on my status and ensured me that my car would be ready by the end of the week, which it was completed before then. He told me he wanted to make sure my car was 100% complete before I get it back, which it was. It drives better than before and they did an amazing job with the body work on my car. I highly recommend Honda Collison to everyone.
I wnet to drop off my CR-V off for service and was greeted by Steven who confirmed the appointment I made online. I also had an air tire pressure issue going on which he asked about and marked down.
Steven was great the whole way through. He pulled up my plan, got everything in order- including service on an active recall. And his estimated time of 3hrs was to the tee. I was back in my tuned up car in no time. Great people and outstanding customer service all the way around.
I don't write very many reviews, but I would like to take some time to dedicate this review to our cars salesman, Joseph Shin. He dedicated a significant amount of time to my parents and I when we were shopping for a CRV. He patiently answered all of our questions, and we had a lot! We wanted the most bang for our buck, and he delivered that expectation wonderfully. Everybody knows how tedious purchasing a car can be, and Joseph guided us through the entire process without any hassles. Joseph provides awesome customer service and is easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Joseph Shin to anyone who is interested in purchasing a car.
Used car center tried to pull a fast one on me. Very disappointing, unprofessional, it almost seemed like a scam. Looks the the New Car Center has much better service.

The sales staff is utterly incompetent , I had my car in for service and was interested in a 2018 accord. I had walked over to the desk and told I would like a sales person to discuss the financing options and also to test drive the car, they mentioned they would page a sales person. Fast forward an hour and half and i am still waiting for a sales person. I walk over to one who is just sitting by a car, and ask him if he can show me the accord, and he says he is busy and to check with the front desk. I agian check with the front desk and they page a sales person to assist me. I step outside and proceed to wait for them for another 30 min, still no one comes. I go back inside and see three sales people just leaning on the counter chatting with the receptionist. At this point I am frustrated and go to the service area where luckily my car is ready for pickup. I want to point out the service dept was very friendly and attentive. It is a shame that the sales dept cannot meet those same standards.
Gwinnett Honda is treating me right. I purchased 4 Hondas from here, plan to come back for my next Honda. Gwinnett Honda does it right, and if a mistake happens, Gwinnett Honda makes it right. Thank you.
I made the same day appointment.The service adviser is very polite and waiting area is very clean. The only not good is they were too busy during the weekend and it took longer than I expected to finish the service on my car. Overall I love my car being serviced here.
I was not happy with my experience at Gwinnett Place Honda. I experienced the stereotypical car sales tactics. The salesman stated that the internet price sent to me via email was lower than he could realistically sell the car for, to get customers in the door ( I have a witness to this statement). I would not drive an hour to this location again based on this experience. I purchased a car elsewhere the same day.
Came with my friend to purchase a car and had a great buying experience with Collin Harper after a horrible experience from another Honda dealership. Collin was very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining and demonstrating car features. I plan on coming back here when I plan to buy next year and will recommend to other friends as well.

Took my 2013 Civic a few days ago for a squeaking noise on the brakes. My service advisor was Brandon Wood who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over the diagnosis and recommendations. It took a few hours, but they got it fixed. I do wish there was a game room, that'd be pretty cool. Anyways, overall great service.

My husband and I went in looking to purchase a new Honda Accord Sport SE Sedan for him on 07/08/17. We have purchased several vehicles from Gwinnett Place Honda throughout the years and I can honestly say they are the best Honda dealership around( hence why we return here). We have gone to AutoNation Honda, Carey Paul Honda, and Mall of Georgia Honda before and Gwinnett Place Honda by far is the best. All associates are respectful, the dealership is neat and clean, and the atmosphere all around is geat and positive. Our salesman on Saturday, Rob Glenn, was awesome. He was very professional and easy to deal with. We even had several conversations outside of our "car purchasing" topic. He was not pushy just because his job is to sell. I would definitly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a car at Gwinnett Place Honda. Joseph, the internet manager was very nice as well along with Marquis in finance.
I went for replacing tire, have great experience. They replaced less than an hour and also checked other tires. Zach was also very helpful. I will visit this dealer for future service and definitely recommend others.

Hi my name is Aisha Flint, and I wanted to take a moment to talk about my wonderful experience i had at Honda. On November 9th, I came in for a recall on my battery for my 2013 Honda accord. I just bought my car in June of this year. As I was standing there waiting on my car to be serviced I was approached by a gentlemen named Maury Courtney. He begin to ask me questions about my car making small talk and I told him that I was coming out of bankruptcy and I was able to get this car in June . He asked about my interest rate, and if it was high and I said unfortunately yes, but I was doing what I needed to do for right now. He said well what if I told you I could get you into something new, and of course I'm thinking yeah right lol ok. So he said ok, just give me your social security number and ten minutes of your time and i'll have an answer for you. Sure enough to my surprising be came back with great news. He said not only did my credit score go up tremendously in 4 months , but I now qualified for a better program at Honda and was able to get qualified for a fully loaded beautiful 2017 Honda Civic. Not only did Maury get me into a beautiful brand new car, he was able to get me a lower interest rate to 6.9% from a 16% and my mom was able to come off my car loan as a cosigner. I couldn't believe my eyes when Maury told me this wonderful news. A week went by and I got a call from Honda saying that unfortunately the bank couldn't approve me for the car. I was devastated to say the least. I told Maury well this will go either way, I'll get to keep my new car or worse case ill have to go back to my accord . Maury step up to the challenge and fought tooth and nail to make this deal work. His countless efforts going back and forth with the bank never waivered from the moment he found out until this past Monday when he called and said come get your car and lets resign your new paper work. I still was in disbelief. I kept saying Maury, I'm not paying anything higher on the carnote. He said trust me I got you! When I went back into the finance office to resign the paper work to my surprise my car note had went down tremendously from the original car note amount asked . I was elated that not only did Maury get my car back and worked it out with the bank, but my car notes were lower and I'm the only one on my car loan. So to say all this, Maury treated me like family the first time we met. He never made me feel like just another sale, but like family. He made me feel so excited, relaxed, and happy to purchase my first brand new car ever! He took his time to share with me his knowledge about my car and answered all my questions. If your ever in need of a car, please go to Gwinnett Honda and please ask for Maury Courtney!!!! You won't be disappointed! He was a joy to work with and getting to know . I made him apart of my family and I can't wait to trade in my civic in couple of years,and go back and see him again for something different! Buying a car with Gwinnett Honda was a wonderful experience. From the beginning Danny Moon took well care of us, not trying to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. He always took it upon himself to ensure the car had everything we needed. I love the car! And he always made things easier even when we were on a time crunch. He even followed up with me the day after to ensure that everything was fine with our purchase. Little details like that establish a good relationship with the customer and they most likely bring us back to Honda in the future.
Also Richard Alatrista made things very easy for us. Always told us everything up frontand answered every question we had. Our family had previous sales history with him and they were always pleased to work with him. Honda is definitelythe place to go if you want to be well taken care of as a customer.

Although I did not end up purchasing a car I highly recommend asking for Stanley Chen if anyone else decides to visit this place. Unlike other dealerships in the area there was no attempt at upwelling me or pressuring me into service I didn t need.
this place is top notch! My family has been in the automotive industry for a long time so it is pretty hard to impress me, but these folks did. My truck was painted on budget and they over delivered with some additional things that I wasnt even billed for. Wally, the guy who took care of me was professional and kept my car up to date through the entire process. I cant say enough good things about these folks!
My wife (who is 8 months pregnant) went to go get an oil change done after making an appointment at 3:50 on Saturday. She showed up at 4, as such is life trying to wrangle up 2 other small children. The garage doors were closed, so she had to go inside and ask what's going on. She was told that since she was too far past her appointment time that she wouldn't be seen that day and to come back on Monday. Needless to say, if Monday had been convenient, we already would have chosen Monday. I'm very disappointed in this experience, among other issues we've had here, so we will not be going back. They can keep the last of the complimentary oil changes, just not worth the hassle.

I received a call from Jae (service manager), who apologized for the experience and explained it was an error on their end and that it should never have happened. He even comped what I paid out of pocket to get the oil changed somewhere else, which I was extremely impressed with. This is definitely going above and beyond and I really appreciate the effort on their part to fix what went wrong. Thanks again Jae!

Had a very good, educational experience with a guy named John Kinlow. He taught me all about financing, set me with a budget and some car recommendations and recommended mileages and years. I likely won't buy from him because the dealership doesn't have what I want but if I had a choice it would be this guy. Very funny. Very honest. This rating is the least I can do.
Our salesperson Tyler Spinner was wonderful. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He didn't pressure us or try to lie to us about anything to make us buy. Overall great place, definitely would recommend. Wish they topped off that gas though. Lol. :)
Gwinnett Place Honda has the best service I have ever received from a Honda dealership. From the moment I walked in today, Lerenzo welcomed me by opening the door and asking how can he help me. Alongside Chris, they provided me with all options to purchase a car. They were also extremely patient and answered all questions asked. Even though I continued to request different cars to be pulled around to the front they never showed frustration. This is why I will never purchase a Honda from anywhere BUT Gwinnett Place Honda! The sales department is weak and too full of themselves being "#1". Well you may be top in sales and parts etc but as for customer service you are miserably low. I went looking for a new Accord, called ahead, spoke to a rep who said "yes we can work on the price, just come on in and see me." Drove there, waited for 15mins to find out he was in lunch and then was passed to another rep. Ok no problem, everyone has to eat. We test drove it and then came the old switch. "We can't do the price you want. We are the biggest dealership and best at xyz." Well next time keep your word and honor what you say. Anyway I found my Accord from ANOTHER HONDA dealership. My advice, bump Gwinnett place Honda, drive a little and find someone who appreciates you and your business.
A Honda wasn't even on our list of cars to purchase. Aron helped me locate a gem of a CPO and welcomed us to test and compare similar models to confirm our decision. He made the entire experience enjoyable. I'm seriously thinking about trading in my Genesis for the new 2.0 because of him.

Took care of my car's issue. Hooked me up with a rental car because they didn't have a part they needed to finish the recall fix. Trevin was great, efficient, and very polite. Called at one point to check on my car and another guy (not Trevin) answered the phone. He was super rude, snotty, and just sounded unhappy. Maybe I caught him on a bad day?
Within the past year, I recently started taking my second car ('98 honda accord) to GPH for servicing/maintenance and have to say that my experience has been pleasant each and every time. Mikel has been my service advisor on numerous occasions. He is very professional and thorough... I leave with zero complaints and/or questions. Andy in services is amazing, respectable, professional, and always honest. I've been to that location previously, and I felt that I was being cheated. Andy has never tried to over charge over diagnose my car. I won't deal with anyone else when I go there. Ask for him and you won't be disappointed!
This is my first time ever takin my car to a dealership even though it was for something small I didn t know they check or inspect the car so when I looked at the paper after the fact I seen things that were in the red meaning I should get fixed ASAP but they didn t tell me anything it would of been nice to get a price on it so I know if I wanted to get it fixed that day or set an appointment up later down the line, if I don t get it fixed at this dealership I will go to another one because I want to keep my car as long as possible an in the best condition maintenance wise
Just LOVE Gwinnett Place Honda! The Service Department is great, and their Hendricks Collision Center did an awesome job repairing my SUV with two recent hit & runs (one a very large bird, the other a Range Rover!).
