The sales department is weak and too full of themselves being "#1". Well you may be top in sales and parts etc but as for customer service you are miserably low. I went looking for a new Accord, called ahead, spoke to a rep who said "yes we can work on the price, just come on in and see me." Drove there, waited for 15mins to find out he was in lunch and then was passed to another rep. Ok no problem, everyone has to eat. We test drove it and then came the old switch. "We can't do the price you want. We are the biggest dealership and best at xyz." Well next time keep your word and honor what you say.
Anyway I found my Accord from ANOTHER HONDA dealership.
My advice, bump Gwinnett place Honda, drive a little and find someone who appreciates you and your business.
