Hi my name is Aisha Flint, and I wanted to take a moment to talk about my wonderful experience i had at Honda. On November 9th, I came in for a recall on my battery for my 2013 Honda accord. I just bought my car in June of this year. As I was standing there waiting on my car to be serviced I was approached by a gentlemen named Maury Courtney. He begin to ask me questions about my car making small talk and I told him that I was coming out of bankruptcy and I was able to get this car in June . He asked about my interest rate, and if it was high and I said unfortunately yes, but I was doing what I needed to do for right now. He said well what if I told you I could get you into something new, and of course I'm thinking yeah right lol ok. So he said ok, just give me your social security number and ten minutes of your time and i'll have an answer for you. Sure enough to my surprising be came back with great news. He said not only did my credit score go up tremendously in 4 months , but I now qualified for a better program at Honda and was able to get qualified for a fully loaded beautiful 2017 Honda Civic. Not only did Maury get me into a beautiful brand new car, he was able to get me a lower interest rate to 6.9% from a 16% and my mom was able to come off my car loan as a cosigner. I couldn't believe my eyes when Maury told me this wonderful news. A week went by and I got a call from Honda saying that unfortunately the bank couldn't approve me for the car. I was devastated to say the least. I told Maury well this will go either way, I'll get to keep my new car or worse case ill have to go back to my accord . Maury step up to the challenge and fought tooth and nail to make this deal work. His countless efforts going back and forth with the bank never waivered from the moment he found out until this past Monday when he called and said come get your car and lets resign your new paper work. I still was in disbelief. I kept saying Maury, I'm not paying anything higher on the carnote. He said trust me I got you! When I went back into the finance office to resign the paper work to my surprise my car note had went down tremendously from the original car note amount asked . I was elated that not only did Maury get my car back and worked it out with the bank, but my car notes were lower and I'm the only one on my car loan. So to say all this, Maury treated me like family the first time we met. He never made me feel like just another sale, but like family. He made me feel so excited, relaxed, and happy to purchase my first brand new car ever! He took his time to share with me his knowledge about my car and answered all my questions. If your ever in need of a car, please go to Gwinnett Honda and please ask for Maury Courtney!!!! You won't be disappointed! He was a joy to work with and getting to know . I made him apart of my family and I can't wait to trade in my civic in couple of years,and go back and see him again for something different! I also want to give a huge thank you to the entire Honda family and the general manager there who made this entire process a breeze for me. They truly value their customers and know what customer service really means. They value that and for that they will always have my business and everyone else that I know interested in buying a car I'll definitely send their way. Thank you again so much Maury for making this car experience my BEST ONE EVER!!!!!
