Had a very professional experience at Gwinett Place Honda. Joseph Yim responded to my inquiry quicker than any
Other dealer. Listened to what I was looking for and made the process seamless. He understood right away how to structure the deal and attain my trust. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Thank you also Mansoor for the follow up and assistance. Will let everyone in my circle know about the dealership.

was just at the dealer this morning for usual maintenance items (oil, alignment, tire rotation) - they advertise they accept coupons / prices from competition, but it turned out to be false information: the service rep started by saying only 1 coupon from the competition can be used, and then the service manager said they could provide a discount but not honor the other dealer posted price their discounted price was around 20% higher. The main issue is the attitude - they don't seem to care at all for their advertised prices. I left without having the service done. recommend you look for a more serious dealer.

Since my original review I have been in contact with Gwinnett Place Honda, so far the staff has been helpful but my issue has been 100% resolved yet. Hopefully it will in a few days. If everything works out I would recommend this dealer do other as their staff has been helpful resolving everything.

I recently took my CRV in to Gwinnett Place Honda to have a piece of trim checked. I was greeted by everyone I spoke with in a very friendly welcoming way. I was directed to service and a tech listened very carefully to my issue. I asked if there was food in the waiting room and was offered a ride in the courtesy van to get some lunch. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to resolve my issue and assure my comfort. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone based on my satisfaction and experience.

Zach Simonini was an awesome sales person. He was very patient and helpful. Any questions I had that he didn't know the answer to, he honestly admitted that he didn't know but he was eager to find out for me. I didn't feel the pressure that i normally feel as a woman dealing with salesmen. Now, the finance department is the only place I had issues. The guy constantly made me feel like I was on his time and constantly rushing me and letting me know he had other places to be. This is not a good feeling when you are signing IMPORTANT documents and paying big money. I did not like that at all. I recommend seeing Zach if you are interested in purchasing.

Brought my car To Zachary at Hendricks collision center. It was a "do-over" from another dealership. He took his time and gave me my car back looking like it has just rolled off the factory assembly line. I will NEVER trust my car with anybody else but Gwinnett place Honda and Hendricks collision center

Gwinnett Honda is a professional place of business...

Gwinnett Honda is a professional place of business, where you the customer is treated with respect and gratitude. I will not hesitate to continue doing business there. Honda s are great vehicles and Gwinnett Honda does an outstanding job to maintain them.

Took my 2007 Camry Hybrid to Hendrick Collision Ce...

Took my 2007 Camry Hybrid to Hendrick Collision Center in Duluth. I called my insurance company to start my claim, Matt Paolini (estimator) met me at the door of the collision center, looked at my car immediately, got the process moving and had me in a rental car in less than 30 mins.
My car was in the shop 4 days, turned around very quickly, and Matt kept me constantly updated. I'm very impressed with Hendrick's but more impressed with Matt. Matt is very organized and efficient, a true professional. Highly recommend.

This was, by far, the best experience I've had with a car dealership...EVER.

Driving back from vacation I decided it was time to trade in my Honda. I called Gwinnett Place Honda and told them I was on my way. I told Maury, my salesperson, how much I dislike the whole car buying thing...that, in fact, I usually buy my cars over the phone to avoid having to go into a dealership. From that moment on, Maury and the entire staff did everything possible to alleviate the stress I normally feel. They were all so so sweet and accommodating. Truly, I cannot say enough. I'm now a Gwinnett Place Honda customer for life.

Had such a great experience. Leo in the sales department too such great care of us and was very patient with our questions and needs. He was also able to work with one of his managers, Meeni, who answered the questions Leo could not. We dreaded the financing part, however Marquis did such a great job working with us and helping us understand all the information. They are definitely a power team. We will be coming back to hopefully work with them again soon. We had a great experience and definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking.

I am a long time customer of Gwinnett place Honda. My experience has always been great at the dealership, especially with the service department. The guys here are knowledgeable and friendly and very responsive to their customer's needs. Jean was my service adviser for my recent issue with a 11 year Honda Odyssey that has been giving me a lot of trouble lately. It was stalling suddenly while driving. Jean worked me for a period of more than a month to resolve the problem. She was always courteous and willing to help. She worked with the technicians and always explained the situation to me. In fact when the problem re-occurred after the first repair, she gladly took back the vehicle and fixed it for free even though the problem was different this time. All in all I am extremely pleased with her level of commitment to customers and Gwinnett Honda's service. I recommend Gwinnett Honda to anyone looking for the highest level of customer service and honesty and integrity - a rarity in this business.

We purchased our car on Thursday, May 14. This is the best dealership we have ever been to. This is the 4th car that our family has purchased from Gwinnett Place Honda and we come all the way from Birmingham, Al. We worked everything out online and came in and signed paperwork. The paperwork was just as they said it would be to the penny. Highly recommend Gwinnett Place Honda.

We were very satisfied with the service that we received from Charles Kim today and would highly recommend other customers to visit this Honda dealership at Gwinnett!

Although I did not end up purchasing from this Honda location, I want to recognize Amel who was very helpful. I spent almost two hours examining / test driving the CRV, Accord, and Civic. And he spent the time to answer any questions I had. Overall, I had a great customer service experience.

My experience was mediocre. There were some miscommunication towards the end of purchase. The gas tank was not full and the car salesman stated, they are only allowed to fill the vehicle up to 5 gallons . Of course, it sounded a bit odd. Truthfully, I was extremely tired and ready to go so I did not make a big fuss. I contacted the salesman to ask him to email me a scheduled maintenance information, and still waiting.

My experience was absolutely flawless. My customer service representative s name was Sotha. He was very professional, pleasant and just positively a joy. They exceeded my projected wait time by about an hour. I love dealing with Gwinnett Place Honda. I ve purchased several vehicles from them and therefore I ve had extensive dealings with them, sales and service. Always pleasant. Way to go Sotha!

This Honda was amazing! It was our first and last stop and I'm so happy with my new car. Lorenzo met us outside and properly greeted us. He made sure to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns and made sure I was off the lot with the car I wanted at the price I needed. Being on a budget sometimes can hurt your options. I really didn't feel comfortable paying more than a certain amount. But Lorenzo reassured me I could get something great. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! He was quick. Straight forward. And honest. And I appreciate honesty a whole lot!

staff is professional ( sometimes irritating) but over all ... a good experience.

my 2016 pilot is as smooth as new.. you dont go wrong with certified vehicles and yes buy the extended or extra coverage.

this is a definitely a recommended dealership.

Quick and good service. My 2015 Honda Fit had a recall issue about its doors. Gwinnett Place was easy to make an appointment for the next day. Dropping the car was comfortable with their nice waiting room. They also gave me contact information to keep track of the progress. They finished before the estimated time - in about two hours. The attendant was knowledgeable and did the paperwork very quickly as well.

Best place to go for honda service. Just pull in your car, hand the keys to one of the techs, and tell them what you want done. They will give you an estimate for how long it will take and will give you updates. You can text your tech if you have any questions. I spent my time watching HGTV and drinking coffee. Got a free car wash at the end of my oil change. Great place all around.

Excellent experience. I like most people are not a fan of car shopping but had a very good experience with the whole sales team but especially Daniel Limb (Sales) and Albert Thompson (F&I). I knew exactly what I wanted before I went in and had to push a little for what I wanted but in the end I got an excellent deal.

The only advice I would give is go to sites like truecar and kbb before you go and buy and you really will get a better price. The first time the salesman came out he only took about $1200 off msrp and I showed him the truecar pricing and got almost 4k off an EX-L civic.

I would strongly advise not going to any mall of georgia dealership. Rick Hendrick is an awesome company and they will do right by you.

Great customer service, especially Richard Alatrista who went above and beyond to help me get the car of my dreams! If you need a car, don't hesitate and go there. From the very first call to schedule my appointmen...

From the very first call to schedule my appointment, to being checked in, and then receiving my car back from service, every person I spoke with at Gwinnett Honda was the most polite, knowledgeable, and really had my best interest in mind.
I love that they are super close and convenient to bring my car in for service. The express service feature they offer is really a terrific offering that allows you to get your vehicle in and serviced quickly so that you don t miss Important preventative maintenance service appointments. Getting the correct preventative maintenance done helps with value retention and ensures my car is in its best running condition.
I highly recommend the service advisor Brandon! The next time I call him for service I will ask for him by name, he was absolutely fantastic.

I typically dread the car buying process because I have had such horrible experiences in the past dealing with dishonest dealerships. My brother referred me to Gwinnett Place honda and I purchased a 2013 Honda CRV two months ago. I worked with Rob Glenn and he was soo helpful. I even had an issue with the car's paint (scratches that I didnt notice before I purchased the car) and they had no issues taking the car back and fixing it free of charge. They even gave me a rental car while I waited to get my car back. The used car manager was super helpful as well. Because I had such a wonderful experience, I will use Gwinnett Honda to buy my cars in the future. Sincerely, a satisfied customer.

I recently began going to Gwinnett Place Honda, I purchased my car from Mall of Georgia Honda. I must say, the level of commitment to ensure that I am satisfied thoroughly impressed me. Fortunately enough, I've seen the same staff member for all services I've had done; his name is Ronnie. By far the best service I've had when dealing with any dealership. I greatly recommend them.

I received great service from Honda. My car was serviced just as requested. The staff was polite and prompt. The only complaint I have is that very few of the staff were wearing a mask. The mechanic that brought my car back had gloves on but neither him or the service man wore a mask, and they both drove my car.

My family and I have purchased over 5 vehicles from this dealership and besides the normal back and fourth on price we never had any issues, in fact we have referred many people. For the most parts its been our go to store for service and purchases. This past weekend we went to purchase our 6th car, a 2016 Honda accord and it was the worst experiences we have ever had. The price was fine, it was the normal back and fourth. But the constant NO, pushing tactic, lies and disrespect that we received caused us to never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. The manager disrespected my mother. Another manager and sales person went back on their word to provide "in writing" promised items for the vehicle. When we were brought into finance office the finance officer refused to add it to the we owe, forcing us to purchase without the promised item. There was a "Gwinnett Place Honda" sticker on the back of the car that the "manager" refused to remove, even though they have removed it on all of our previous cars. The finance officer would not give us the interest rate that we knew we qualified for. We are going to end up refinancing the vehicle with our lender, so whatever money they were trying to make will be lost anyways. (an extra step I now have to take). The car was sold as a "certified" vehicle and since I purchased it I have had to take the car, to a different dealership, to have items repaired. When your purchasing a certified car the last thing you should be concerned about is having the vehicle repaired. The only reason I am "okay" with the 1 star rating ( i know I cant give 0) is because Jovan is a respectful person. I leave it to him to fulfill the promised item the dealership owes us. I DO NOT recommend any one purchase a vehicle from this dealership. If the dealership would like to contact me, I would like to address my concerns and see if they make it right. If so, I will update the review.
