I recently had a great experience with the service department. When I was disgruntled about my appointment getting lost in the system and discovering that, as result, my repair was going to go into the next day, Brandon and his manager, Jae, took great care of me to ease my frustrations. They made sure I had a rental car free of charge. Additionally when I came to pick up my car, they ensured that the car was spotless inside and out (free of charge). Icing on the cake, Jae gave me a set of all-season floor mats I had been eyeing as a courtesy for my inconvenience. Outstanding customer service.
