My experience with gwinnet place Honda have been the worst experience I have every had from any dealership I bought a part from them the person that sold me the part was Zoe McElrath very rude an unprofessional an then you have the assistant manger David he is just a big liar I think then really need to fire that whole parts department i paid cash an got the part from them end of not being the part I need I paid cash money over $100 an I come back to talk the part back they close all weekend then that Monday morning I go up there an take the part back then tell me that they don't give cash back so they guarantee me that the check will be there on Friday so I was being nice I will out so Friday hit I go back to pick up the check an Zoe said o they have not did the check yet an they all gone home an so I ask to speak to David said o thing we can do they just have not did it very unprofessional dealership now that I don't trust them it's money now I called David to see was the status of the part an he say o I have already sent it in the mail box an can you check that if it's not in there we will write you a check an cancel the other 1 I don't have time to play with them I work 2 job I never think I would receive service like this from Gwinnett place Honda I have work for Walmart for 7year I have never every in my life experience like that with no company an the worst thing about it all the part manger was on vacation I will never in my life reference no one to this place for parts I have been to curry Honda before an I never had a experience like that when you tell a customer something take care of your customer no sit up here an have him or her come all the way to the place once you have told them you have it an your parts manger on vacation an can't take care of your customer maybe people there need to take class on customers service I know the service I have received...
