Gwinnett Place Honda went above and beyond with their customer service! Long story short, my car had exterior paint issues. Was later told my paint warranty had expired and would take WEEKS to hear back from Honda to see if I would even be eligible for a paint recall (no guarantee I would get approved). Was not too happy to hear my 7 year warranty had just expired a month ago.
Kevin Bievenue from Collision Repair took care of that for me and I received a call the NEXT DAY that I was approved! He went ahead and took care of everything and covered a rental car for me on his behalf. The easiest process/paperwork because of his help and explanation. My car looked brand new after its repair! Couldn't believe it. Was told later by family and friends that I chose the right place to get my car fixed based off their own past experiences here. Highly recommend this place and will be more than glad to come back to get any service done. Thank you Gwinnett Place Honda! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!!
