I understand that they have to reel you in. However, I called and asked if they had any idea if they could work with this down payment $ -, this credit score of the buyer -, this credit score of the co-signer -, etc and said I just needed an idea if we should even stop by because we were in the area and really didn t want to waste any more time at a dealership that may not have anything to offer.

The woman I spoke to was very friendly. She seems great. But I even asked for reassurance when she told to come by right then and ask for (Name), and she reassured me they could help us get a car that night.

It s understandable that maybe she really thought we would end up buying a car that night. However, we walked in, and (Name) got all of our info and didn t even write it down because he knew he wouldn t be able to help. That s great because he didn t run my bfs credit and take it down any.

They were all very friendly, and I m happy (Name) didn t waste our time. The lady I had spoken to on the phone even called the next day to ask if I had ended up stopping by. It seems like they have good customer service.
