Called for parts, he kept asking me for a vin (obviously didn t have it) said I had the part number from the Nissan website and he got confused and put me on hold for like 3 minutes (I hung up). Also the guy could barely speak English, I should have talked to him in Spanish. Wasted 5 minutes of my time, when that s all it should have taken in the first place. I called clay Cooley and got the parts on order, fast!

The buying process was great. I'm on my 3rd car with this dealership. I'm changing my rating due to some headaches since. I had an extended warranty with my first 2 cars but chose not to get one with my third. I now have the warranty company harassing me for the balance on the second car. After many "don't worry we will take care of it" conversations with the dealership, the warranty company is now on my credit report as default. I do not believe i owe this balance. If in fact i do, I was never made aware and now wish i could just return my car to be done with this place.

The first service advisor I had was very disrespectful unhelpful customer service is horrible mr peete he needs to know how to take care of people better and talk to them . The man called me and to me sir there is nothing wrong with you re Nissan Alt talked to me like I was stupid making up the story the second time I came back up there for the same issue the man couldn t even look me in the eye he passed my paperwork off to another advisor he didn t even want to take the time to explain himself Mr Grubs I hope you speak to him that was not in a professional Way he handle it I m glad he passed it over.

This feedback request came auto after I was set for an appt at Grubbs Nissan for an oil change. Showed up half hour early to check in, was told I didn't have an appt but theymaybe able to fit me in. Said maybe I called another dealership.
Then who sent me the link to leave this review?
Needless to say I was incensed they would call me a liar without checking their system to confirm.
I called the service number back, they found my appt as I stated. Apologetic did not return my time lost. Gas in that car is expensive to be wasted on a business that disrespects customers.
Mistakes in house should never be cast upon customers.
Would give negative stars if I could

I have lived here for a few months now and needed to find a new Nissan dealership to keep up with my service visits. Grubbs is hands down the best I ve experienced from a service standpoint. Pete, this guy was welcoming, honest and trustworthy. I took it in for a routine brake pad swap and drum turn service. I got a call three hours later and he had told me that I had 80-90% brake pad left and was not in need of them. I had just got some front pads re-done three months back and I guess my service guy did all four so I in return did a brake line flush to give them some business and keep my car service kept up with. This is the type of service that is hard to find and makes it hard to trust strangers charging high prices to service cars but not these guys. If you re looking for a great group who provides excellent service and who you can trust to service your car, give Pete a call at Grubbs Nissan. Thanks again Pete, great job and keep it up.

I've bought two Titans from this Grubbs dealership...

I've bought two Titans from this Grubbs dealership and had two previous Nissan trucks from the 80's Hard-body and a mid 90's crew-cab. The first Titan, a Pro4X was a wonderful experience. The 2nd SV has been nothing but problems; faulty sensors, trim coming apart, bubbling chrome, rack & pinion issues and most recently front end bearings after less than 60k miles. I went there and was quoted ~$650 to change out the driver front wheel bearings. Seemed excessive so I declined. Went to another shop had them diagnose it and paid ~$300.00. Unless you have a vehicle under warranty, never ever take it to a dealership.......you're wallet will thank you.

1. The technician immediately tried to upsell me to more service than I needed.
2. After an hour and forty minutes for an appointment to get an oil change, tire rotation and wash, I inquired about the status of the service. The cashier told me the car was done and went to retrieve my paperwork. How long might it have been if I had not asked?
3. The steering wheel was dirty. At my last service appointment it was completely black; this time it was not as dirty, but it still needed to be cleaned. Really?!?

John Nguyen was a horrible sales person. I asked to test drive a Marano. He took me to the back and instead of him pulling a car up for me to test drive, he already went and pulled numbers. I told him that I didn't care about leather seats but looking for something affordable. He came back with a quote of 48k and 853 per month ..Really John Nguyen.... You do not need to be in car sales. John told me there was only 3 levels of the Marano. He lied about the features of the S just to try to make a sale. Of but I went to Don Davis and guess what John Nguyen... I got my Marano a lot cheaper then what you quoted.

We have purchased alot of cars in our day and we were looking to find a new dealership. We thought we would try Grubbs Nissan and we are so happy that we did. Usman Iqbal did a great job answering our questions and showing us the new features on our car. Ameer Shallwani did a great job with the financing making sure we had everything we needed. Not only did Purchase a car in march, we came back and purchased my father a truck, Titan XD he loves so much! I am so happy my father has a reliable truck to work in. Siddarris Swan was my sales man as he was my fathers. We are greatful they waited on us to get the right documents also they stayed till 10 one night to make sure we chose the right truck for my dad. Best car-buying experience I've ever had in my 72 years. My sales consultant, Bilaly Diallo, and consultant Johnny Romero were outstanding -- patient, highly knowledgeable and personable. No-nonsense negotiations moved fast out of respect for my time. Trade-in value for my truck was fair, deal made for my new Rogue was much better than expected. Bottom line: Grubbs Nissan is impressive. I highly recommend them (and Bilaly).

Call ahead about the cars you are interested in and they will have them ready, clean and available. Technically I give them 4.5 stars as the keys for one car I wanted to look at couldn't be found, and I never got to check it out.
Ernest was my sales rep, and I can't refer him more highly. He was honest and told me that the financing I was pre-approved for was better than what they could offer; then ran the #"s anyway, and he was right.

Well at this dealership all employees are not wearing mask. Advertisement that they have aren't true. Please don't waste any of your time here. Go somewhere else where you won't be lied to where they are following covid19 precautions. This is not the place.

I don't understand why Grubbs Nissan would have someone like this representing their dealership. Disrespecting customers is no way to do business. Avoid Mr. Wang like the plague.

I had a good experience with the service agent, but I feel that I was overcharged I was expecting it to be around 75-85 dollars but instead, I was charged $145.00. Just to have my headlights looked at. I am in the market for a new dealership to work with for my juke and I was hoping that it would be Grubbs because I'm so close but now I think I will look elsewhere.

We have bought 5 cars from this dealership including service agreements. Anytime I go in for an oil change or need something I m also greeted with a smile! I normally do my service with Jeff who has been there for years however he was off today and scheduled with Teresa and she was just as amazing as Jeff keeping me updated on my car! I don t want to go anywhere else but Grubbs Nissan in Bedford!

The epitome of sleaze ball car salesmen. After telling my salesman Zulu multiple times that I didn't want my credit submitted to multiple banks and that I prefer to only use Capital One, I check my credit report and my score dropped 25 points due to them submitting my info to 5 banks "to get the best rates". They submitted me to Capital One first and got an approval but submitted a vehicle that I didn't even want, a Cadillac! To add insult to injury, they never told me that I was approved! I had to call Capital One myself! I've left multiple messages for the finance manager to call me back and have yet to hear from him. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dealership. They are unprofessional, the used car office is dirty and the salesmen all put off an untrustworthy vibe. Do business with a large volume store like Don Davis. By the way, I am a young single woman with a substantial income. They thought they could take advantage of me...not so much. So women, please be careful of these vultures who care nothing about you, your requests or what your vehicle needs are. It's all about making a sale even if that means them putting you in an armada even though you want a maxima.

I had spoken with someone on Sunday who was going to have someone call me today in regards to a vehicle on there site. I never received a call so I gave them a call. I spoke with a guy name Ed and set up a time to look at the vehicle. I was told the vehicle would be moved to the back. About a hour and a half later I received a text saying the vehicle was sold. I called and Ed confirmed that the vehicle had been sold. I understand that it s a business but don t basically tell someone u will hold a car and then sell it out from under them

After reading some of these reviews I realized I dodged a bullet with these guys. So THANKS ED.

I hate car shopping, but i walked into Grubbs Nissan and Johnny Romano came out to help me in my search for a new car. Not only did he make the experience easy on me by walking me through the entire process and answering every question i had, he actually had me laughing! Most car guys ask me the basic questions, what color do it want; leather or cloth...that sort of thing. He went beyond that to figure out i wanted an all out safe car...basically a car that would tell me when something was wrong with it. I walked away, quicker than i had ever imagined, with a new car that i felt safe in and with a smile on my face. I could not thank Johnny enough for his help and expertise. My next car...i am definitely going back to Johnny!

I brought my 2017 pathfinder in to have the radio firmware updated. I printed out the tech service bulletin and provided it to the service advisor. Come to find out there was a recall and they would provide me with a loaner. Pick up my vehicle the next day only to find out the main reason I brought it in wasn't done. Very unhappy with the way it was handled. It's like I wasn't even listened to by the service advisor. I appreciate the way they handled the recall.

I bought a 2017 NIssan Titan brand new at Grubb's and the truck has been ok except for one thing that appears to be an inherent problem with some Nissan models and that is it squeaks. This has been happening for years with different models. There are many discussions out there in different forums about this issue as well. It squeaks. It squeaks. It squeaks. The truck has been in more than once for this issue at Grubb's and no luck in getting it repaired I hope that they will reach out to me. It has 18k miles on it. That is it. At this point I probably wouldn't buy a vehicle from Grubb's, or serviced at Grubb's, or even buy a Nissan going forward. But if you like squeaky vehicles Grubb's can help you out and Nissan is your brand.

Talked to someone at dealership who told me someone from service would be calling me. Guess what no call. Grubbs has not impressed me at all.

Amazing experience! We worked with Charles Back and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I felt no pressure and Grubs offered the best price in town for my brand new Nissan Armada. I went to a couple of other Nissan dealerships and they were not as helpful and kind. Their prices were almost 6-10k higher for the same SUV. They actually wanted to give us a deal unlike the other dealerships. Couldn t be happier with my purchase. We will never go anywhere else and will refer our friends and family!
