If I could give this place zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment to check my check engine light for 8:30 am, foolishly thinking that when my confirmation email said appointment time that my car would be taken back for service around 8:30. 3 hours later, I called and asked to speak to someone in charge, so they sent me to the assistant managers phone, who didn't pick up so I left a message with my name and phone number. Not only did I never hear back from him, but when I stopped back in around noon, the guys at the desk told me the car hadn't even been taken back yet and the earliest that my car was going to get checked was 1pm! Apparently the appointment time I scheduled is only a suggestion, so might as well not sign up for an appointment at all. Conicelli, there was a reason I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 am. All in all, I waited 6 hours for you to look at my car. If you can't even look at a check engine light within 6 hours, maybe you should think about either hiring more mechanics or not overscheduling them. To top it all off, less than 4 hours later the check engine light came back on. 0/10 would not recommend coming here to my worst enemy. Not only did you waste 6 hours of my time, you charged me for a problem you apparently didn't fix.

TL;DR: it shouldn't take over 6 hours to look at a check engine light, and if it does, you better make sure you fix it.

I started the process of looking for a car a little over a month before I knew I wanted to buy. I look at a few different places before going to Conicelli Nissan. After getting to much attention at some and not enough at others, it was a breath of fresh air when I got to Conicelli. I was asked if someone could help me, and I was just looking they left me along. When I was ready to ask some questions, I let the receptions know. She was more then happy to help(Very Cheerful) and got Chris to answer and show me the car. I told Chris that I was just looking and was not looking to buy for at least a month. It was no issue he was more then happy to answer all my questions and show my the new Altima. After a test drive and looking around some more I told Chris I would be in touch. I was expecting a phone call everyday from the dealer. I only got one a about a week or so later, it was Chris just checking up on my search and if there was something that he could help with. Chris was very patient while I shop around and helped me look at other cars makes from other Conicelli dealers. I made up my ind on the Altima and Chris was right there to get things started. This was my second car that I have gotten new from a dealer, and this experience was leaps and bounds better then the first. I will definitely be buying from Conicelli again, and hopefully Chris will still be there to help me again.

I had an 11 am appointment at the Nissan service and requested them to check the catalytic converter only. I asked because my longtime mechanic said that was definitely the catalytic converter. Over 2 hours later I was presented with a page long list of repairs costing over $2,700 not related to my request. I'll be going to my mechanic tomorrow to see what he says... Very disappointed in Conicelli

I made a 10am appt online for new tires..when i arrived at 9:45am i was told no appt shows up in the system but no worries you have 1 person in front of you. Around 1pm i was told that the tires weren't in stock and given an option to purchase a higher priced set of tires. The service rep double checked for the tires that i ordered and they were found and i was done around 2pm. Was not happy with visit. I will come back for service again but will make sure of things b4 i leave my vehicle.

Upsetting....I dropped my car off at 1145am for an oil change (I was late due to getting stuck behind a delivery truck but I called to change to a later time & was told to come in still). I left my car this time (normally I wait for it). I had a job interview so I expected my car to be done by 3pm. I called at 3pm and was told half hour to an hour. Did not hear back from them so I called at 530pm to see what time they close and was told as 6pm. Get to Nissan and my car could not be found nor was the oil change done. FURIOUS!!!! Nissan lost so much respect from me for this as I had to reschedule my whole day. My car should have been ready by 1pm no later than 130pm, I mean come on....I was ONLY GETTING A OIL CHANGE

I have been a loyal customer through 4 cars and many service appointments and have always told family and friends it s because of your service I have trusted it for years.

That changed this Monday 9/30 when I took my leased Rogue Sport in for the 3rd time because the back right tire was low in air and it was registering on the warning panel in the car.

On 2 separate visits I waited 2 hrs or more to be told they found no leaks in the tire or problems with the sensor so they just put air in the tire. In addition, 2 times I drove up to your service door and asked the guys to put air in the SAME tire because the warning low tire sensor was on.
On Monday, after calling to make an appointment for 9 am then waiting for more than 2 hours I was told that I had a nail in the tire and they would patch it. How did they NOT find this in either of the 2 previous inspections?! I was not happy and told Steven Mitchell that he needed to give me a new tire after all of this. He did. However, the cap on the new tire is missing, and it was filled to 42 lbs versus the 32 on the back left side and 34 on both front tires.

Needless to say I am no longer a trusting customer.

I also asked them to raise my headlights because the beams do not light the road properly unless I use the high beams. They said they did about an inch, but I have not driven in the dark yet to confirm.

I also learned that I must bring the car back for a recall about the emergency brakes and told that it would take at least 1 and a half hours. I now dread going back.

I want you to know what happened because the fact that I was there twice for the same reason and told nothing was wrong means you have mechanics that are not doing their jobs and I wasted many hours in your facility. Not good!

This survey gets a mixed review. William/Bill was the service representative on my issue. He was great throughout the process. The only problem was the when I picked up the car, my wife's change purse empty. This is not an instance when we forgot we took last dollar out of it. This purse had change in it for years and gets rarely used. So imagine our surprise when it was empty. Once trust is violated its very hard to business again.

Further met with sales manager Dennis D, who was willing to negotiate and a great sales manager who helped us come to an agreement within our budget. Both Christen and Dennis were great representatives for the Nissan brand and can expect future business from my family and I.

Unfortunately Conicelli Nissan does not run a very honest business. After requesting internet pricing on a vehicle, I made an appointment to speak to a sales agent. I already went through the credit check and was approved for a loan. Come to find out that the representative made an error on the price quote emailed to me. There was nothing but an I'm sorry, we made an error. A little effort to come to an agreement would have been appreciated. I was warned by a friend that dealers do this often to get someone into the showroom. And yes, when you make an error, sometimes it costs a little. When you own it, you could earn a great customer. I would imagine that when dealing with the service department on a vehicle purchased here, would leave the customer paying for their mistakes as well. Don't waste your time.

Buying a car is never easy for me. I'm usually skeptical and uneasy with the process. It's a toss up between seeing my tax accountant, the dentist and switching cars; none usually very appealing, but not this time!

My experience with Marvin Sanders at Connicelli Nissan exceeded my expectations with "Car Dealers". Marvin broke that mold for me. He was exceptionally friendly, explained details well, put me at ease and handled many details that I never expected to make this a first rate experience.

I'm so happy with my new car and the next time I visit my dentist or accountant, I'm going to remember I'd rather be dealing with Marvin!

John fredrick the salesperson was very knowledgeable, he had a personal touch no pressure at all. 5 Star Service!! This place is the BEST dealership I ve been to period! I ve been searching for a new Nissan for the last month. and every nissan dealership was way over priced. Then 2 days ago, I saw an ad for the Nissan I wanted at Conicelli. I sent an email and received a response within minutes from Taylor. The next day I spoke to Armen. This is the guy to go see! He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked him. He made sure the process was very smooth. Warren, the general manager was also very nice. This place has excellent customer service and their price was unbeatable. Armen thank you again, I m very happy with my new Nissan Maxima! I ll make sure to tell all of my family, friends, and social media followers to come to Conicelli for their next car!

After about an hour of my appointment I was notified that I needed both lower control arms that were covered by warranty and two new tires,(No problem) They then offered a shuttle which was great. I waited in the lounge for 45 min with no shuttle. I went and asked if the shuttle was here yet and it was since the original offer. I was told I had to sign a book for the driver to see. I wish I had know that. The last time I used a shuttle several years ago there was no book to sign. The shuttle driver, in the past, would just come into the lounge and ask if anyone needed a ride.

When we got to Conicelli Nissan we had got out to look at several vehicles along the side of the building. As we drove around the back she saw the Altima (we didn't know a Platinum from a SL, etc.) and said "this was the car!" We went back during the week, got hooked up with Gideon, took a test drive and bought the car. It is a beautiful car, has every safety feature known to man, and a happy wife means a happy life!

Needless to say, I was a little nervous about going through the process and visited two other dealerships prior to walking through the doors of Conicelli Nissan. Meeting Rich Anderson was the greatest part of the experience! I felt so comfortable and did not feel like he was selling the car to me for anything but my own benefit. I really felt like he had my best interest in mind and took care of me like a family member. I would send anyone I know to him and to Conicelli!!

My car lease was ending and I decided, after some research, that I wanted a Nissan Rogue or Pathfinder. I ve driven by the Conicelli dealership numerous times and several family members have bought or leased from Conicelli and had good experiences. I chatted them online via their website and got a callback quickly from one of their salespersons.

My experience with the salesman, B, was phenomenal. He took me out on several test drives, explained the features, pricing, and different options. He spent a good two hours with me. I wasn t ready to commit then and there and he wasn t pushy. Overall, an excellent experience. I called him later that evening and told him I wanted to lease the car and we set an appointment for the following day.

Unlike other times I ve dealt with a car dealer, my time doing the actual purchasing was painless (until the end). B had taken the time to get all the pertinent information from me beforehand, which dramatically reduced the time I needed to spend inside. He had my new insurance card ready to go, the temporary registration, and a host of other documents ready. This stood out to me, as other times I ve leased or bought a car, I remember spending hours while they draw up all of these documents with me sitting there waiting.

The only snafu I ran into was at the end. I was with the Finance Guy, S, signing the final paperwork. He tried to push me into their ultimate tire package, which I declined, and then as he explained the lease agreement we came to the Disposition Fee. Apparently, if I choose not to lease with Nissan again I will have to pay $395, which was the first time I was hearing about this. Quite honestly, had I known about this, I might have considered looking for a lease without this fee. Without hesitation, I told S that this was nonsense and it s hidden fees like this that make people so distrustful of car dealers and the whole car buying process. I also told him that I understood it was a done deal, but I was frustrated. S responded by telling me this was standard practice when it came to car leasing.

It hit me that I might be getting a letter from my old lease (through Jeep) asking for a Disposition Fee. I told S this and that I was annoyed that throughout the car leasing process no one had mentioned this possibility to me. I recognize that I should have done my own homework and though Nissan had included my final lease payments as part of the offer, I would have bargained to get them to include a potential Disposition Fee with the offer. S didn t understand my frustration and kept circling back to how this fee was a standard when it came to leasing.

I simply told him I wish the Nissan dealership, when investigating and helping me end my current lease, had brought up the possibility of a Disposition Fee. I said I was frustrated and if I d known about a potential Disposition Fee, I would have bargained to get Nissan to pay it off. I again told S that I knew it was a done deal and I was simply annoyed. I told S that I would be sure to mention this in my online review of my experience, as I do think Nissan should have asked me about a Disposition Fee when helping me end my current lease. S then proceeded to argue with me- despite me acknowledging that the fault was on my end- and actually stepped out of the room to either cool off or talk to his boss. His final word in the argument was that the deal I was getting wasn t netting the dealership Nissan anything. (Yes, that makes sense.)

S paged my salesman who couldn t have been more gracious or understanding of the frustration I was feeling. My salesman insisted on calling the the bank I was previously leasing with and confirmed that any and all fees were being covered by Nissan.

Aside from the Finance Guy, I d definitely recommend checking out Conicelli the next time you re looking for a new car.

We have 2 Nissans; a Pathfinder and a Rogue and we have been very happy with our cars, the service and parts department. Our Rogue is running great with 165,000 miles and our Pathfinder pulls our camper fine, yet is a comfortable family car.

Numerous times we must return vehicle to have service re-done that was to be already taken care of.
Do you account for my time as well the person's time in the repeat times we must delivery vehicle back to the dealership and then spend another day without a vehicle. There are costs associated with the service not being performed properly the first time!

This is the third Nissan I am buying from Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken. I am thoroughly pleased with my treatment there. I search for the vehicle and obtain internet pricing and there is no haggling over price when I get there. This time, Nissan contacted me and offered me a loyalty reward and got a car below dealer price. Third time was a charm! I will go back next year to replace my 2011 Nissan and again in 2 years after that to replace my 2015.

Our Sales Consultant Justine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and Sales Manager Dennis D. was extremely personable and gave us a deal that we were very happy with. Finally, the Finance Manager John wrapped up the process without the typical high pressure tactics that some dealers use. Found the car I liked online and made the 2+ hour trek to Conicelli Nissan. I made an appointment through an assistant the night prior and was setup with Rich Anderson from Sales. From start to finish Rich made me feel like a priority. The deal was sealed with a handshake and a verbal agreement that Rich held true to. I left the dealership not feeling like a number, but a valued customer. I can honestly say this was the most positive experience I have ever had at a car dealership, the best experience with a sales person I have ever had and I will gladly drive the 2+ hours the next time I need to buy a car to avoid that dreadful feeling I get when I have to go car shopping. Highly recommend Conicelli and highly recommend Rich Anderson!

I got a good deal on my new 2015 Nissan Rogue Select. I liked everything except for the sales person. Her name is Shannon. She was nice when she sold the car. I took a finance from DCU and they did not get the title for 3 months. So, i called and texted Shannon and she never responded properly. At least she should have given me the contact number of the Title department.

I called customer service and they gave me the contact of title department. Her name is Joanne. She will never pick up the phone or respond to your voicemail. I called like 10 times, no response. I don't know why you guys will give work for people like her.After calling for 4 weeks, finally one guy from title department resolved my issue.

From the moment I entered the showroom at Conicelli Nissan I was greeted with smiles and warm hellos. Everybody from the salesperson to the general manager (and in-between) made be feel comfortable - no pressure at all. Their knowledge of their vehicles enabled me to tailor a car to my needs. At one point they went above and beyond my expectations. The entire process was relatively quick, needless to say I was quite pleased. My experience at Conicelli could not be equalled.

Bought a "certified" nissan pathfinder last month. A week after i get to find out that my suv had no power steering fluid. No break fluid and not antifrezze. As i was on the road had to buy it and put it my self. Whippers didnt work neither. And back up camera wont work on times. They replace my whippers but the customer service is not what i expected. They told me to record what the back up camera was doing so they can replace the camera. After 3 more weeks. No call no nothing. So i called and told me that they used car/certified car manager cancelled the order. No explanation no call. After 3 weeks. Now i called left voice mail and no answers. Im so disgusted by this customer service. Make me feels like they care about the customer while they purchesing a vehicle but after they purchased they dont care.

Like to say that the sales people I dealt with were Top Notch! BEN MORAN is the most friendly, easy going, personable, caring and dedicated salesperson I have seen anywhere in all my years of working with and dealing with salespeople of any sort. He made the effort to call me back on any issue or concern that arose in short order and spoke with me in a genuine tone and was very helpful! He also is a great person in that he adds a very human side to his contact with you, talking with you about all facets of life, people, places and generalities which make him a charismatic and good-hearted human being. If you Get Ben you Get the total package, confidence, trust, knowledge, understanding, and high quality service without a bit of being pushy or overbearing!!

I came here with not the best credit, conicelli nissan, got me in a brand new car with little to no hassle. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as went out of there way to assist me with any questions i had, down to the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. John B. in the finance department made me feel like he cared about me and my money and got me a great car with a really good monthly rate. Conicelli is GREAT, and offers their customers a lot.

We had a wonderful sales person, Justine Pearson, she was so helpful. She explained all options, we left there knowing everything about our new car. From now on this is my car dealer.

Overall terrible experience getting my car serviced at conicelli Nissian! Pretty much tried to scam me out of additional money which was covered under my conicelli protection plan I bought at a additional fee. I hit a pothole and got a flat tire, first issue is that I never received a wheel lock key when I bought my car a year ago, so I had to take a day off of work and get my car towed to the dealership major inconvenience! Second I get to the dealership and they tried to charge me $500 for two new tires which should of been covered under my protection plan. Pretty much got called a Liar for an half an hour with the service department saying I did not buy the extra protection which i payed additional money out of pocket for and had to go find my original paperwork from buying the car and come back to prove I did purchase. After another half an hour they finally come back with my paperwork and to say they magically found my protection plan in the system and then another two hours for them to finally fix my issue missing a whole day of work due to service department error. I honest feel like they were trying to scam me out of more money. Lucky for me I have a good memory and I keep all my documents for occasions like these. But what if I was a person who did not, they would of scammed me out of not only price for new tires but also for the money I paid for the plan. Overall terrible service and unethical practices by conicelli Nissan service. I have bought my last 4 cars from conicelli and the way things are looking there will not be a 5th.

Conicelli Nissan Service Department is OUTSTANDING and the benchmark for all other. The Service Advisers are friendly, professional, and make the car maintenance process so easy. They share what is going with your car and what needs to be immediately or later. They help you save money with options and provide the best service ever. You build relationships with their staff and everyone goes out of their way to treat you with respect and understanding of your car service. BIG THANKS to Ronnie, Steve, Jermaine and Jack for really taking care of me and my car. I've have been going to Conicelli Nissan for more that 20 years and will continue to do so. It was a nice day at Co"nice'lli's. We were given red carpet treatment by both Dennis DiFilippo Mgr. @ Conicelli Nissan and Paul Smith, salesman at Conicelli Toyota. They made sure that our stay there was informative and enjoyable. We looked at the new Toyota C-HR (a beautiful car); a Toyota Rav4 ; and ended up with a brand new Nissan Rogue. Dennis and Paul made sure that we understood every detail, and helped make our final decision based on our needs. If you EVER need a new car please go see Dennis or Paul. Overall my experience went well. However, my greeting was not desirable. I had questions about scheduled service as well as another concern and it appeared and felt that I was bothering the technician for asking for assistance. Further it was stated that all phones have an aux cord as I explained that I did not and was interested in my available alternatives to enjoy music from phone and that I am currently limited to phone calls. It was brushed off as everyone has it as he returned to typing on the keyboard. There was little to no eye contact and after typing on keyboard handed me a paper to sign to confirm service. When I hD questions about what was handed to me, the list if services and additional questions-- again it felt like as a customer I was asking too much about what was being done to my car and how much service would cost. Then the contact was closed with saying that I was assigned to thw red team and someone would be with me shortly however everyone was going to lunch so in waiting no one would be in contact with me before their return 90 minutes from check in. This should have been shared at the time of scheduling but anyway-- I signed and he wisked away and directed me to waiting area. I am glad that the points of contact at the close kf service alerting me that my car was finished and the payment process went well. The welcome was definitely off putting but glad that the rest of the service was good.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE OR YOU'LL BE SORRRRRRRRRY (In Scooby Doo, Where are U, voice, lol). I ordered a part from their online store 2 weeks ago. The part was a Dash Board Climate Control fan for my 2009 Altima. The CON-icelli online store was selling it $100 below the market price for $251. I should have known it was too good to be true! Of course, they ship me a defective part. Of course, when I ask for a refund/exchange, Jerry Rosenberg tells me they don't give refunds/exchanges for parts sold thru their online store. I then made an appointment to have CON-icelli install the defective Dash Board Fan which is a plug and play (no wires to connect) to prove they gave me a defective product. Btw, It took my mechanic 15 minutes tops to pull the old one out and push the new one in, but CON-icelli said the labor charge would be 2 hours for a plug and play device!! After I heard that, I just told myself to eat the $251 loss and never deal with CON-icelli or even buy a Nissan car again (I've had 9 Nissan's since 1987)!! Even the supercrooks at Cherry Hill Nissan said the job only takes 1 hour and that is still excessive. Why are Nissan dealers all a bunch of CROOKS who think that the buying public is stupid? They ripped me off for $251!

I have been wanting to purchase a new or somewhat new vehicle for about the past year now & about 3 wks ago I walked into Conicelli Nissan with one thing in mind...a new car!!! The ladies at the front desk were great and they introduced me to Josh Kirk. I cannot say enough about how patient and kind Josh was. I m young and trying to rebound from a not so great credit past, but Josh was willing and most certainly able to help. In no way did I feel pressured to buy or forced into something I did not want. Josh gave me my options & let me test drive a few things and after finally finding a finance company that would give me a loan I left with a used (but new to me and better than my old car) '10 Chevy Malibu. I love my new pretty blue car!!! :-)

I can write a long statement y however I will go straight to the point. After over three months I still have not received my registration. Ben Whitlow was not a great sales men. He was rude, I felt rushed during the process and I didn t like his attitude. I was promised three complementary oil changes and gas fill ups from Ben s supervisor Joe. Ben was also there when this agreement was made and now Ben acts like he doesn t know what I am talking about. Ben told me today he had nothing to do with it because Joe no longer works there. Ben s customer service been off since day 1. I feel like they don t support there buyers or make their buyers feel comfortable in the process.
