Great service and great knowledge from our salesman Ted Hargrove, the experience was fast and painless. This was one of the greatest experience I has in buying cars. I talked with Siddarriss Swann about the purchase of my first vehicle, he was very friendly and helpful in helping me getting the car and specifics I needed for my budget. He was very upfront and driven in his service and was willing to compromise and take the time to consider my needs.

I have been a customer at this dealership since I relocated to TX July 2016. Mr. Deryk has been THE ABSOLUTE BEST service representative. His exceptional service quality has kept me a very loyal customer. There is no way I will ever be caught at any other dealership for car service. Deryk connected me to Mr. Siddarriss Swan because I wanted to inquire about a car. This was suppose to be an information session but I walked away with a car. The experience with Siddarriss was mind blowing. Straight to the point, honesty and ZERO BS. It was the fastest car dealership sale experience I have had in life. GRUBBS has yet again left me satisfied and in total awe of the level of customer service and quality of service. Go see Siddarriss Swan for your car buying experience!!!!!!

I bought a used car from this dealership a couple ...

I bought a used car from this dealership a couple weeks ago. Took my car in to have a simple maintenance issue fixed. Went to pick my car up and somehow in the very short amount of time they had my car in the used car service department they managed to crack my windshield and dent and scratch 3 very deep lines in the back passenger door(and proceeded to try to touch it up with paint, so i wouldn't notice).

When i confronted Clint Givens, the Service Director about the issue he was very quick to deny any wrong doing of his service technicians. He was very defensive and very uncooperative in helping fix the problem.He was horribly rude and I will NEVER deal with him again. I told him that if the damage wasn't going to be fixed that I would gladly return the car and get my cash back. He said go right ahead and advised me to talk to the sales manager...which I did. He also proceeded to tell me that the cost of damage is coming out of Kayla, the sweet service advisers check because she failed to take pictures of the car when I dropped it off. I told him that was crazy and that Eric, the technician who worked on my car should pay for the damage. He was the one in charge of fixing the car and it was more messed up when he was done with it!

The sales department was quick to get the damaged fixed. All though I will say that Edwardo Jordan, the General Sales Manager at one point hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. I decided I was done dealing with him and went to talk to Ray Harris, the Preowned Sales Manager. He could not of been more nice about the issues. He was understanding and concerned about taking care of the damage without hesitation. I went to pick my car up after they fixed the door(I was told I had to call and schedule the glass company to come out to my house to fix the windshield for some reason) and there were MORE scratches on another door!!! I went to talk to Ray Harris again. Once again he was quick to assure me that he would personally make sure the damage was fixed and that the car would be perfect when i picked it up. After 5 days of not having my car because of the horrible used car service department Ray presented me with my car and it did look great..finally. I was very please with the used care service departments advisers: Kayla, Terry and Tiff. I wish their boss Clint would take note of their professional attitudes and learn from them on how to treat customers. It is because of his rudeness and dis-concern that I will NEVER go back to Grubbs Nissan to purchase another vehicle.

I would like to Thank Dominick for excellent service with assisting me in every way he could. I was very indecisive in what I wanted. I purchase a 2016 Nissan Altima. He made the process easy by remaining very patience and even took the time out today with a call to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Ted Hargrove took such good care of us. We came in looking for a new vehicle and after finding out what we were looking for was a little out of our budget, Ted found us an alternative that was at the perfect price and an even better vehicle than what we came in looking for! Tu took great care of us in finance and got us the exact rate that we needed! I will definitely be reccomending Grubbs to any friends and family and sending them straight to Ted!

Don t buy a car with Richard! He lied to me, I was trying to get a new car and they never delivered to me. The excuse was the paperwork should be signed digital . They took a month to respond my requests, when they finally told me that they will deliver the car in San Antonio, I travel from McAllen to San Antonio (4 hours + $200) to receive it, but they never gave me the car and they just call me 2 hours prior the delivery, to let me know that they wouldn t be able to do it. So I have to pay an extra $200 to get back to home, hotel in San Antonio and everything just because they wasn t honest with me from the begging. Charlotte, an assistant, and Keith the manager, never returned my messages and calls. Don t waste your money and time with them!

It was my first time buying a car (without my parents). I had done a lot of research before going in so I knew which car and trim level I wanted, so I called to let them know I was coming by and they had the exact car I wanted already pulled up and ready to go. From test driving to financing, the whole process was very simple and went very smoothly. Also, the whole staff was very nice and helpful! And I got a great deal! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
I have bought a total of 3 cars from Grubbs Nissan.. The first time. Was GREAT. bough a used car, 2013 Kia Sportage. Sales, finance, service was excellent. Used service dept was good. The second transaction, upgrade to a new Nissan Rogue, the salesman was horrible. JADE. The after sale care was equally as bad. Even after 18 months, parts promised never delivered. When getting maintenance . I made an appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that my maintenance plan would not take care of tire rotation. I asked it be done, I would pay for it and even tough appt was made week in advance, was told they did not have time. SWORE I would never go back. BUT... Charles, very nice salesman, talked me into giving them one more try. WORSE MISTAKE.. I purchased a 2018 Rogue on May 7th. Worked closely with finance for the best deal. Knew I would have my left over gap insurance refunded to me in about 6 weeks. Love the car. Notice over the next 4 weeks that I have gotten nothing from the finance company and payment would be due very soon. I would call the dealership and leave messages and would not get a return call. I even spoke to Charles once and he said he would get someone to return my call and never did. I did however get a call from Nissan finance, who has the note on my previous vehicle, a month after I have traded my car in asking why I had not made a payment... I was very confused and made a call to my new lender, only to find out the I did NOT have a loan there... I then called the dealership to find out what the hec was going only to find out the gentleman who did my finance is no longer working there and it had not been finalized. To say the least I am a bit upset that this much time as passed. I will also say they were fully aware of who I was when I called and knew this to be a problem that had not been addressed yet.. I was asked to come in and speak Mike. I made it very clear that I was upset that it was handled so poorly,. Maybe if I hadn't had a f bad experience there with the 2nd Car, I would of taken it better, but now it is just something being added to a long list of problems with this dealership. I

I don't know what happen since I bought my first car, but this was a horrible experience . When it came to my gap I pretty much got ooops I am sorry, we made a mistake but nothing we can do. In response to comment left with this review. At no time was I even made of aware of a change in the law. This was discussed with both gentlemen in the finance dept, with one of them on two separate occasions. It was your employees that even instructed me on the correct steps to obtain my Gap refund. Whether or not the law had changed, you are liable for the agreements you made with me. If you would of come to me a week later and explained it, I might of understood, but at no point as Grubbs owned any responsibility for what has transpired but only passed the blame to someone else.

If you are planning to buy a car from this dealership ask for sales consultant Josh.. he is so far the best sales guy I have ever encountered in my previous car buying experiences. He is highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this dealership but make sure you negotiate on the price!

Great experience buying a new Frontier. They didn't have the exact year, color, trim and bed length that I wanted in stock, but they found it and had it shipped in. Jayson Tadena was the salesperson who followed up with me, made sure he understood what I wanted, and ultimately made it all happen. Just finished the purchase tonight and couldn't be happier with it.

I've purchased many cars, and this was my best experience. Expect these guys to do whatever it takes to make you happy with your next car purchase.

Can t say enough good things about Kevin. He didn t force us into anything we did not want or try to increase our monthly payment beyond what we could afford. The overall experience lasted less than 3 hours, he had the car detailed and ready to go once the ink was dry on the contract. He also went above and beyond by taking care of an issue with the lug nut key that he was not required to do. Kevin truly cares about the customer and their car buying experience. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with the diversity in Grubbs Nissan sales team. I had the opportunity to work with Teka and Jazmine on the purchase of my new car. They listened to my requests and understood what I wanted. They searched their inventory and came back with an offer better than what I had set expectations for. No haggling, they did not try to convince me of what I could afford or what I needed, overall it was the best buying experience I've encountered.

Kudos to Grubbs Nissan for a well-rounded staff from the sales team, finance team, the delivery team and Sales Manager who was very tentative to my time and ensuring I was being taken care of.

I told the Service Advisor that I had a coupon but left it at home for my oil change $59.95 included tire rotation. He told me unfortunately hw couldn't honor it since I didn't have it. After receiving a call from Customer service on Monday explained that I could have received a coupon at the desk.

I've had all of my Sentras serviced at Grubbs Nissan in Bedford since February 1997. I always bring my cars to this dealership because I have always had the best customer experience. Factors that matter to me are record keeping, expertise, quality of work performed, and waiting room environment.

20 years is a long time to regularly have your cars worked on at the same location. I have had the pleasure of watching Grubbs change for the better. I witnessed changes in technology (introduction of iPads, flat panel displays in service bays), process changes (new ways service managers interact with customers), among many others changes. I appreciate the seasoned expertise when I get my vehicle serviced.

I went yesterday as a first time buyer with a pretty specific car buying experience in mind. It was a longer process than expected but thats just because I couldn't decide on new or used (based on price). Marian Spencer helped the the whole way, even though she is a new sales rep. She let me walk around and was so patient and informative. I would definitely some back to Marian. The owner was also there and a couple of the managers came to help when we hit a bit of a snag. I left happily with a car.

Terrible customer service experience but even worse service department! I purchased additional warranty for everything so I wouldn't have to pay for anything if an issue arisa... Needless to say, I ended up having to pay $100 for my sliding door (and then read on paperwork that child lock was on & all they did was turn it off) Dumb on my part, but scam on their part!! They never said that at all! The second issue was, the tire warning light had come on saying 'tire maintenance'. Service advisor stated that I needed a new tire- which surprise, surprise, my extended warranty didn't cover They had me buy a "new" tire (even though I just had my inspection & was told my tires were great).... And then upon checking out, the the same light still on. I asked advisor he said oh that light just means time to rotate your tires, it's just a reminder.... That's what I went in for! Another $200. They aren't truthful at all.
It's all about upselling.

WE HAD TALKED POTENTIAL NUMBERS BEFORE MAKING MY DRIVE UP THERE AND UPON ARRIVAL THEY CALLED ME SAYING THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO NEGOTIATE A PRICE WITH ME AND THAT S 2 AND HALF HOURS INTO THE TRIP. I SAID OKAY I WILL TURN AROUND AND DRIVE BACK HOME. THEY THEN SAID NO COME IN WE WILL WORK SOMETHING OUT. SO I DID I GOT THERE AND BOOOOM THEY DIDN T!! THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DEALERSHIP TO WORK WITH YOU AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!

Received a coupon in the mail for a complimentary ...

Received a coupon in the mail for a complimentary oil change for my 2014 Maxima and decided to use it this past Friday. Scheduled an appointment for an 8AM appointment.

Got there and was informed by a service rep that the coupon was for a different VIN (listed in a lighter, smaller text near the bottom of the coupon)which happened be for another 2014 Nissan Maxima that I owned prior to the one I have now. Explained that that particular vehicle was totaled in a crash literally more than a year ago. Was told there nothing they could do.

Least they could is maybe next time, confirm your info before sending mail out OR just let it slide given that it s literally the same model of the car.

Sucked to know that I drove 25 mins for nothing and had been considering buying a new vehicle from Grubbs. Will be looking elsewhere.

My experience was top notch. My sales person, Johnny Romero was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and very friendly. Because I wanted a particular vehicle which was not in their stock, he went the extra mile traveling to another location to take delivery of my car. I strongly believes he truly understands the difference between selling vs. exceeding customer expectations. Because of his commitment toward me, when I get my car serviced I stop in to say hello. This is my second car from Grubbs. I plan to continue a car buying relationship with them as long as Johnny Romero remains at Grubbs and much continue success.

My battery went out under warranty and Grubbs promptly sent a tow truck out to pick up the car to have it checked out and put in a new battery. It was changed quickly and they sent an Uber out to bring me to the dealership and bring it home. Outstanding service.
