When my car was returned to the service area bay one of the hubcaps was broken. I was not told about it but I did notice it before I drove off. Both of the driver's side front and rear tires/rims showed signs of someone driving into the bump rails in the car wash area. The damage was very obvious and I'm sure it was felt inside the car when it happened. But nothing was mentioned prior to me seeing it for myself. Very poor way of handling the situation. Only the broken hubcap was replaced after the fact that I had to mention the damage to the employees

I can't rave about this dealership enough. Bill Whitlock took the time to cover all of the options available and how they compared to what I wanted. He was patient with us and helped expedite the negotiation process while ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. Vicente Vargas took the time to explain the warranties I purchased as well as outlining the exact payment options and plans. Shantai Isom helped me get everything set up and had already pre- scheduled my first oil change and helped me set alarms in the car for other maintained needs.

I was particularly impressed by how helpful and patient everyone was with me even though the transaction concluded well after hours. I could tell their focus was on how they could ensure I left knowledgeable and satisfied. I was not just another sale. I will always strongly recommend Grubbs Nissan to anyone e purchasing a new or used vehicle now or in the future. Any customer will be in very good hands

I have purchased a new car and sale consultant Siddarriss Swann worked with me to get the vehicle I had wanted. He was able to advocate for me with the finance department and he was able to assist the process for me to have a stress free car buying experience. He worked closely with George Holmes the director and the financial manager Brandon Frakies to get me in a new 2017 Altima at the best rate possible. I am not new to car buying and the process is normally a headache, but NOT this time! There were lots of hurdles and once I was approved they could have sent me on my way with anything but they truely went the extra mile to ensure I got EXACTLY the car I wanted. I appreciate their efforts and they all have truely been a blessing. I will be a life long Grubbs customer for all my car needs. Make sure to ask for Siddarriss on your next visit!!

My experience here was horrible. I've been to other dealerships in the past but never treated like this. I was there for 6 hours I went for their buy back program, I had an appointment at 12pm and left out a few minutes after 6pm I walked in and a salesman name Vincent offered to help me. I told him why I was there and I brought my car for them to buy back (as the advertisement stated) I told Vincent I wanted a Maxima and wasn't interested in anything else. Needless to say Grubbs had me at the dealership for hours and I left there without a new car because of some BS they were feeding me and they tried to get me to purchase a Nissan Sentra when I clearly told them I wasn't interested in ANYTHING else but a Maxima. Fast forward a couple weeks later I received 5 letters from Capital One from them running my credit with them 5 damn times!!! I was not only there for 6 hours but I was lied to numerous times by my salesman, I feel like because I was a female and went by myself they took advantage of that. The worst experience EVER I will NEVER recommend Grubbs Nissan

They don't know what the word service means. No greeting when I stepped out of my car. No explanation of the service I was receiving. The waiting area was a wreck, & I was the very first customer @7am. No offer of coffee or water, though all of the employees were enjoying them. free WiFi? What a joke. 1 Mb download speed. Can't even text with that. They are very quick to try & add on overpriced services, though. I've had a 'Service Advisor' tell me that I would get an email survey afterward & that I needed to give her all A's or she would get fired. I have even tried contacting the 'service Manager' previously & for no response after leaving several messages. They are so wrapped up in themselves that they miss all of the details that matter the most. I could go on, but it's not worth my time.

So I am on here strictly for the sales experience that my wife had at this dealership. I could rant about service, but my wife said what needed to be said in her previous review. The sales team here is awesome. They didn t give any false hope, but still made things work for her. She was quick in and out with no haggling and none of the stereotypical she is a woman so we can take advantage . Even when we had the issue with the vehicle, they made sure it was handled in a somewhat quick time period(4 hour repair, two weeks down). The reason I give 4 stars is because they seem WAY too worried about these reviews. One of the sales managers has asked me twice to ask my wife to change her review. Not cool man. If you go here, ask for William Daniels. He is straight forward, has great stories, and is a fellow veteran of the armed forces. He definitely gets 5 stars from my wife and I.

I had a great experience coming in for service at Grubbs. The service advisor (Darrick) was nice and extremely attentive and listened to me while I tried describing what the issue was. I was kept informed of the process and my car was finished much sooner than anticipated. Very happy I didn't have to waste a day from work!

I'm going to do this so I can give other folks a heads up about this place. Recently I planned on buying a car. I wanted a specific edition of the Nissan Rogue. I found that Nissan Grubbs had that one car and I gave them a call and after they gave me a thumbs up I left a deposit so I could have the car on hold. After driving 9 hours from New Mexico they started avoiding my calls and when I showed up they kept ignoring me. Long story short, they sold the car I wanted and tried to sell me a totally different car. They even got upset and insulted me saying that I was a brat and I just wanted it my way.
I strongly encourage everyone not to do business with these guys. They only care about selling and not their costumers. The name of the manager is Nasoih Elsadi, he did not care a bit about costumer service.

I have the pleasure of saying I have purchased 2 vehicles this week and I must say that the sales staff and management at this dealer ship are by far the most professional I have ever experienced! If you need a new veichle, do your research first and then go to Grubbs; you will not be disappointed.

I had the privilege of not only meeting, but also having the pleasure to interact with the most honest and selfless salesmen I have ever meet. This man took the time to go over every aspect of my purchase so I got the best deal possible and really went out of his way to be helpful. Be VERY cautious working with this dealership. I traveled 3 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle I worked with them on over the phone only to find out when I arrived they lied to me about the features on the car I was coming to see. The pictures on their website for this vehicle did not match what was actually onsite and they lied over the phone when I called to confirm the vehicle had console seats as shown in their pictures before driving to this location. When my husband and I arrived they pulled the vehicle they had around and not only was their false advertisement a problem but this vehicle was also dirty on the inside...grass and dirt in the floor board, gum paper in the console and a piece of a pool stick laying on the driver side of the SUV. Someone had obviously been driving this vehicle and they were advertising it as new with features it did not have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! There are too many other Nissan dealers that offer the same deal with MUCH better service and they don't lie about what they have to offer. We purchased elsewhere and I would advise you to also.

Said was an awesome salesperson. He wasn't pushy like most. He was patient, I ended up looking at several different cars and he really helped me find the best car for me. A few places turned me away because I didn't have a cosigner, but he worked with me and I got exactly the car I wanted with super affordable payments.

Even though my wife and I didn't buy our car through Grubbs, I needed to share our experience. We were quickly greeted by Bill Whitlock once we entered the store. He took the time to cover all of the models and options available and how they compared to what I wanted. We loved and appreciated his straightforward nature and could sense his honesty. There were a couple things holding us back from purchasing with Grubbs due to the dealer add-ons. Those items, of course, had nothing to do with Bill!

Fortunately I spoke with Brandon Fraikes (who was awesome)and was walked over to a lovely young lady named Marian Spencer! Marian found the perfect new car for me that SAME NIGHT! If I would have known 7 months ago that the original guy was going to drop the ball,I would have found her right off the bat! Total bait & switch.
I emailed several dealerships asking for a quote including TT&L for a new car I would be purchasing in 3 days. This dealership advertises $9988 on their website. Michelle contacted me with a number that was $3000 more without including TT&L. Later, Ken - I think that was his name - emailed inviting me in for a test drive & that my presence would be the best negotiating tool. I emailed back that I didn't need a test drive. If I came in I would be buying a car. If he would like to send a price that would be great & if not I understand.
So he sends a really low price & asked when I would like to pick up the car. I told him Monday between 12 & 4. On Monday I receive an email from Michelle verifying my appointment for a test drive at 12. What?! I ask her for the VIN # but didn't receive a response by noon so I went to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington who honored the price they quoted & purchased the car.

Thanks to nisssan they have such a rude person in the parts department. The lady in the parts department she's the rudest person I ever met and I say that because it's not the first time. Why I have to repeat the same thing for 4times every time I go there to get something. She doesn't know how to deal with the customer I say that because I been in customer service for 5years and never had and issue. if you don't have patience over what you doing please there is alot of different jobs out there.

Took our less than 3 year old Nissan Altima in to ...

Took our less than 3 year old Nissan Altima in to Grubbs to have our AC checked. At the time we took it in the air was not cooling regularly, and would at times blow hot air (we also had to have 2 recalls done). Grubbs called us back saying that the car would need a new compressor and a few other things done. We were told the cost would be $2,100 and that our car was no longer under warranty and it was 2000 miles over the warranty. Nissan would not warranty any of the car at all. After declining the work to be done with them and deciding to go elsewhere, we picked up our car and the AC now does not cool AT ALL. Extremely disappointed with Nissan and Grubbs- no AC in Texas with a less that one year old baby is not good. We purchased this car to be our family car. And now, we will never be purchasing another Nissan ever again. The only good thing that I can say is that we were able to have a complimentary rental during the time that the recall work was being done.

AC went out in my truck that was less than a year ...

AC went out in my truck that was less than a year old. No worries, things like this happen and they fixed it under warranty. It would have been nice if this was the end of the story.

When the AC went out, we called and made an appointment. We received both a text and email confirmation. The next morning we dropped the truck off at the appointed time and the rep that signed us in said that we didn't have an appointment and that the truck would be looked at as soon as possible. We showed him the confirmation and he just shrugged his shoulders.

Later that day, I received a call saying that the truck wouldn't be looked at until the next day. the did offer me a loaner car at this point which I declined because it would be more difficult to get a ride to pick it up than it would be worth.

The next day, I received another call saying that it was a bad compressor and that it would be ready the next day because they had to order the part.

Late on the third day, the truck was finally ready. I picked it up and was on my way.

You would think that this was the end of the review but it isn't. They sent an email asking me to take a survey. Due to the appointment issue, I gave a relatively low score and explained why.

Seconds after submitting the survey, I received a phone call. The person who called was apologetic but essentially made excuses... "It takes time to diagnose", "We are very busy", etc. He then explained that poor surveys make them look bad to the higher ups.

Here are my thoughts: If you set an appointment, keep it. If by some chance there is a miss communication, and there is proof of an appointment, don't shrug it off, keep the appointment. If you are going to offer a loaner car, have the foresight to offer it when the customer is at the dealership. If you don't like the results from the survey, don't call and make excuses. Call to apologize and explain how you are going to FIX THE PROBLEM.

One last thing, I just noticed I had a tin of Cohiba cigars that was in the center console. It's not there anymore. I cant prove it but the only logical place for them to have gone missing was at the dealership. If you see any of your techs running around with a tin of Cohiba cigars, tell them I said you're welcome.

bought a pathfinder from another dealer that is not a not a Nissan dealer and bought the extended warranty..truck got brought here from the other dealer because I was having problems with the vehicle so my service advisor from the other dealer and Nissan called me that it was the transmission and it was almost 5,000 and it was cover by the warranty I bought so it got replaced and just had to pay my deductible..got the truck back and I hear a tax,tac!tac!tac! noise from the engine bay almost like I m driving a diesel truck, but you can only hear it from the inside..was told it was the injectors by someone when I picked it up ..took it back the next day because it was really loud and concerning, I told them the noise was not there before..was told it was the fuel dampers and they have to be replaced to resolve the issue ..my service advisor from the other dealer,wife and my self never heard of the noise before it got taken to Nissan but their argument is that what they worked on has nothing to do with the issue I m having..the noise was not there when they received the truck..If it was there I could ve just told them look into the issue about the noise and take care of the 2 issues and only pay one deductible and not 2 like I may have to now..the noise was not there and now it it s when I picked up the vehicle simple as that..parts dpt is as bad and it almost feel like they get mad because your looking for a part..other dealer and service advisor where I bought the truck are trying their best to resolved the problem but not Grubbs Nissan..my wife s truck so she went with me because of the issue and All I got from them was that they re right and We re wrong that s pretty much what Jeff told me..batteries terminal where broken,intake was loose so I had to tell them to fix it,grease on the inside door trim and floor..first and probably last time come here

Buying a vehicle is a stressful decision and Dealer's these days are a breed of their own! Usman at Grubbs, took his time with us, no pressure at any time. Of course we looked around but didn't receive near the respect and understanding Usman provided. After shopping around we called him, told him our budget and what car we wanted. He found it that same day! We are now driving the SUV we wanted and it only took less than 2 hours at the Dealership! That's exceptional customer service - Thanks Usman!!

Friendly staff in service department who were courteous. They had the hookup with refreshments Starbucks tea and coffee, fresh baked cookies and fruit. Free WiFi. Print out of issues included the explanation for each issue which apparently cost the dealership $10,000 a month. I have been to numerous dealerships in different states and i was truly impressed with this particular one! Every one was considerate even at the check out. I give this experience a , "wow!" Excellent place for repairs!

Being a 23 year old single mom with fair credit at best, I have had some terrible car buying experiences. I walked into Grubbs Nissan with a sense of dread, knowing I was going to be put through the ringer once more. Then I met John Mounce. He was absolutely wonderful, he never tried to talk over me, he listened when I spoke and was attentive to my needs. He helped me find the perfect car, and was very up front and honest with me through the entire deal. I can't imagine myself going to a different dealership in the future. Thank you, John!

If you hav recieve a card that you peel back tabs and if they match you win its a scam to get you to buy a car, me and my fiance are sitting in here right now being told we didnt win because some other numbers didnt match from the card to the board didnt match but the card said IF IT MATCHES WE WIN ANYWHERE FROM 100 TO 2,500 DOLLARS IN CASH. I have spent 10 on uber and have only recieved 2 dollars from Nissan because they made me scratch another card. All 6 are supposed to match apparently. You will never get a dime out of me Nissan. There was no fine print that said the # on the card had to match the bs at the store. So a BIG FU to Nissan!

I had no intentions of buying a new car today. However, with Mr. Wilson's positive power of persuasion I decided to give it a go.
(It was actually time to trade in the old 2013 car anyway.)

I did an online inquiry for a Used Murano they had listed for $25K, I offered to even buy it at that price without any further negotiation but next thing you know they updated the price within 24hrs of my inquiry to $26.5K. Luckily I had a screenshot and provided to the sales manager being Keith, who I had to chase down multiple days since my emails and voicemails to even get any acknowledgement despite of the follow up assurance. He gave me some BS excuse of the increase and said he bought it at $26K (as if he thought this was my first time buying a used car...smh). Good luck dealing with this dealership's sales department.

I went to look at buying a new car and was greeted by an employee at the door. He asked what package I was looking for in the vehicle I mentioned and I said I didn t know because I literally don t know anything about the cars. We asked if we could go out and take a look at the different versions and he asked what options I was looking for. I wasn t sure, because I had no idea what was available. So he hands us off randomly to another associate who seems less than pleased to be helping us. He went off in search of some version of the car I asked about. Then we were left alone in the showroom, which was no big deal except we had no idea what was happening.

We went on a test drive of the vehicle which was fine, didn t like the car but that s not their fault. We were heading back to the showroom and the 2nd employee asked what else we were looking for and I mentioned another car and he showed me three on his phone which were far outside my mentioned price range. Then he seemed put out and walked off without really introducing or handing us off to anyone else and YELLED across the showroom Hey can you help her find a car for XXX a month? And left.
It was so incredibly rude we just walked out after then next person approached us. I will never return. I bought an awesome car next door.

I went to Grubbs because they had a sign saying 11,999 on cars, it wasn't specific on which car, but mentioned Altima. I had talked to a representative the day before, which confirmed my understanding of the price. When I showed up, the only car for that price was a versa and it had been sold. I wanted to see an Altima and they are were 25k, even the ones that were 22 or 23k they had marked up to 25k, very disappointing. I made a low offer on a 2018 Altima and the sales manager was upset and insulted, he didn't come back with a price, which I wouldn't of paid, so no big deal, but he seemed to act like a child, business is business dude! And you are about to get 2019's, the 2018 will be a year old as soon as it's driven off the lot, and frankly, it was only worth what I offered. For a dealership to have even 2017's (which they do) close to the spring of the new year models, is a sign of the deals they make.
