Working with Screamin Lizard in Bedford was by far the best experience we have ever had with an auto repair shop! Mike and James are very professional and very easy to work with! They are very knowledgeable, they take pride in their work and overall they make sure that the customers have an excellent experience. I was very happy to know that they are offering financing for the repairs. This is the best place for any repairs! We will be back! Thank you so much!

Pretty sure the 1star review below is for a different place or blatantly made up. Nothing but top notch work and service from Screamin Lizard. But I digress. I have had lift, bumpers, ball joints, gears, brakes, and rock sliders, reinforced C's all installed there. More than happy with all of the work. Very happy with all of the work they have done for me.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. The guys helped me complete phase I on my 2016 Rubicon which included front and rear bumpers, lift, wheels, 35s, tire carrier, headlights and winch. Everything has performed as expected with zero issues. I also visit them pre and post road trips / wheeling adventures for my oil changes, tire rotations and alignments. I will have them complete phase II on my Jeep as soon as I m ready for the additional work to be done.

An absolute pleasure taking my 2015 grand cherokee to them. They ordered the parts, did the work, washed and went over the inside... a complete one stop shop. Amazing prices and everyone was really nice. My hat is off to Thomas and the guys at Screamin Lizards. They will be getting ALL of my business in the future!

This place is the worst idea you can have if you plan on upgrading any offroad parts on your vehicle. We were quoted 1 day for our install of a new ARB air locker on the rear. 6 days later we FINALLY got the truck back even after we informed them we had to have it for an event. We took it to our event and never hit anything on the under carriage and then drove it for 4 days on the hwy before we got a grinding noise. These guys towed it back to the shop and informed me it was a "bent skid plate" and CHARGED ME FOR THE TOW BILL of 107 dollars after i gave them over $2400 for the install where they didnt install the skid plate properly causing it to shift and make the grinding noise. I will never consider these people for anything again they are the king of excuses for why something/anything is not their fault. I also do not agree with the sloppy mess of wiring under my hood and everything was so tight theres no way to route it and clean up the appearance.
Even their own rental company was making comments about how they take days longer than quoted to get things done.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a knowledgable company cause these guys just don't have it together.

All questions answered, now I know exactly the direction I'm taking my build...

Screamin lizards almost KILLED ME in my boyfriend's jeep ..thank god he was watching over us they rebuilt the whole rear end alot stuff 10.000 worth had to take back for the second time to fix issues and on way home the axle busted ....we had just got off the interstate doing 65 70 the speed limit turned on the acess road where the axle busted .please see pictures for proof don't go there ! Bad idea go somewhere else!!!

Best people and customer service around by far. Put new shocks on my jeep! Will use them again!
