James Wang, one of the sales managers, literally laughed at me and mocked me when I could not tell him I had made a decision on purchasing a car. I don't understand why Grubbs Nissan would have someone like this representing their dealership. Disrespecting customers is no way to do business. Avoid Mr. Wang like the plague.
