When I first arrived there was no one to service m...

When I first arrived there was no one to service me for about 20 mins nor did anyone say we'll help you shortly! My oil change took about 45 mins and the service advisor never kept me informed. I noticed a gentleman whose car was serviced right before me was in and out in less than 30 mins.
To top it all off I did not get my car washed and I wasn't aware of it until after I had left! I was told by Chad, I could come back anytime but it's hard for me to get around due to arthritis in my knees!

Update: I have filed all the advertisements and messages I got with the BBB, OAG consumer protection and the Federal Trade Commission. Please file as well if you have delt with the same false advertising scam as I have so we can get a stop put to this.

Be aware of Grubs Nissan. HUGE SCAM DEALERSHIP!!
My wifes car is 5yrs old now and grubs is offering a 3 DAY SALE of $3,000 over blue book for your trade and end of the year rebates on 2019s. Ok sounds good lets get her in a new car. I texted getting all the info before I took a half day off work and drove all the way from Justin Tx. WELL its all just BS. To start the price of the vehicle shows online $22870 msrp rebated down to FINAL PRICE $18,588. While I was there they went back and changed the online price to $19,500 and came back showing me the stock number and price on the mangers phone at $19,500 not $18588. Luckily I took a screen shot before I went up there at the $18,588 price Then the manger proceeded to tell me that the vehicle has $2700 of dealer upgrades on it. "Ok bring me one that has no accessories on it" he said ALL of their cars have $2,700 of dealer upgrades on them. Then tried to show me the fine print that states the price does not include dealer add ons but couldnt find it stating "im just not good at using my phone". Then tried to show me where it says it on a vehicle in the showroom but cpuldnt find it. So now the $18588 car is actually $21,288 with "dealer ad ons" which is damn near msrp on a 2020 and its a 2019!! THEN came the trade. Advertising $3000 over blue book for 3 days only. Well thats all false advertising as well they offered me $500 LESS then 2 different dealers quoted me already which is the extact same number you can pull up on black or bluebook. I can not believe in this day and age of social media and online information a dealership can still get away with such false advertising and still be in business. I gave them a chance to make it right and keep to what they are advertising but they didnt care so I informed them that I would do everything in my power to make sure everyone else knows about their BIG SCAM they are running leaving a review in every place I can. They still didnt care to make good on what they are advertising. It was supposed to be simple. Just sell me the car for the final price ASADVERTISED on YOUR website and give me $3k over bluebook AS YOU ADVERTISED. I did not ask for or want more then just what you ADVERTISED!!

"OK" is the best description for this place. The selection is OK, the sales people are OK and the pricing is the same, just OK. It is one of the only Nissan dealerships on this side of town and while they're better than some they are not at the top of the food chain. Worth a shot if you're in the market though ;)

In April 27, 2018 I went to Grubbs Nissan and I was helped by Marian Spencer. I wasn t expecting to leave in a car and was highly doubtful. Literally in less than 30 minutes, she came back and said wel you re leaving in a new car. I was surprised!!! I left excited and happy I had a 2018 Nissan Sentra midnight edition. Well unfortunately 2 weeks later someone ran into me and my car was totaled. I was heartbroken. I came back to the dealership and spoke with Marian and she apologized for my sitsuit and said it wouldn t be a problem just get your total loss letter and I ll put you in another one. Friday May 11, I came back to the dealership and had that letter. She was true to her word and again in less than 30 minutes I was in a new car. All I can say I definitely appreciate the service I received here at Grubbs and especially by Marian. Even when I come to get my oil changes I run into her and we talk like we ve known each other years. If you re ever here and are looking for great service, see Marian because she will get you right!!!

Today we visited this dealers we went in search of information about nissan vehicle rentals, we were attended by a super friendly and polite lady. But at the time of the negotiation the payments were high and we told him that we could not pay $ 350 per month and that Toyota had offered us much lower payments. The young lady was talking to the Manager and he came to the office where we were and he told us that that was a lie but his aptitude was not that of a Manager, he treated us very badly.
He was upset because I told him we couldn't make that high monthly payment, his aptitude was disrespectful. I have visited other dealerships and had not been treated so badly. From my experience I do not recommend this dealers.

He is never pushy about extras or anything else for that matter. You actually feel like you're being helped by a good friend. We will always go back to Aziz when we need a car. He is the BEST!

Service adviser Mr. Moon was very helpful and knowledgeable,his quick explanation of the issue with our vehicle made us feel at ease right away. He set us up with a complementary lyft pick up as soon as we asked if we could have somebody to drop us off at a conference we needed to attend.

Bought a vehicle from Edgar Viera (Sales Consultant) about 6 weeks ago, and I was very satisfied with the vehicle and experience. Edgar was knowledgeable about the car and had the full maintenance log since it had been purchased, which eased a lot of my concerns. Financing was a typical circus show and very annoying after already agreeing on a price since they insist on pushing extended warranty. That was not a great ending to a good buying experience. Overall a good experience for finding one of my dream cars.

Service Department:
First time at this dealership service center with my new car. Jimmy Carey was the first staff that greeted me and processed my service order and had a great attitude even though I did show up at 5:00. I was helped by about 4 staff members to replace my car battery, replace key fob batteries, pick up my plates, schedule my next oil change, and get something out of my car while it was being serviced. Phenomenal customer service! The two ladies behind the counter were also very welcoming/hospitable.

I have a routine maintenance plan, so I can hope my next visits go as well as this one did.
Give those team members a raise, they're doing a great job!

Grubb s Nissan went above my expectations ! I was in a pretty bad situation no skate and had a nail in my right Tire ! Here is the kick my car was not even a Nissan Vehicle and they treated me like I was family , Courteous, and professional ! They came back and check on me every 30 to give me an update ! They patch my tire correctly! Recommend that I get another spare tire ad soon as possible! with all the construction being done in Texas ! Gave me a price on another tire once I got a rim to put it on and the price both the rim and tire mounted on also if I did not want to deal with it !!! Great job guys !!

My experience at Grubbs Nissan in Bedford was wonderful. My salesperson was upfront with all my options. Of course, my eyes were bigger than my wallet, but Noel Brooks found me a great option to feed my appetite and wallet. He walked me through the whole process with a trade-in and the purchasing of a New 2018 Nissan Rouge. They have insurance agents right on the spot, and the Tu Nguyen and finance department was very helpful and patient explaining the financing of my new vehicle. Noel even walked me through the safety options on the SUV and also set up my phone to the Vehicle. Although the services department was close, I did receive an in-depth tour of the service area. All the staff was quite friendly. Overall my experience was wonderful, lets hope when I take it in for service I will have the same experience. Highly recommended Grubbs Nissan in Bedford ( Ask for Mr. Brooks). To be continued... I had an accident so I needed to replace the car I just bought. This time Swann was my sales person. I did know what to expect but he totally took care of me from start to finish. He explained how the gap Ins would work and that I didn t need to wait for it to be finalized before I got a car. I wanted a lower note, he managed that! Also, I was able to get the special color I wanted with leather seat. What a great experience. Both times!!!!

I walked into Grubb's Nissan with the mindset of seeing what my options were and didn't have any real intention of buying a car. I had a great car in great shape, with very low payments and just over 53,000 miles... I was in no hurry to buy a car.
I worked with salesman Siddarriss Swann, who was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I don't know how many times declined the offers he put on the table, but it was a lot and he would not give up. He worked and worked and worked to get me a deal that was good enough for me to leave the sweet spot I was already in. If you want a determined salesman who will everything he can to get you into the car you want, Swann is your guy.
Besides Swann, the other people there were courteous and friendly, and I was sincerely thanked for my purchase. They really do want to earn your business. Great place to buy a car.

I was very pleased to find the vehicle I was looking for to meet my needs has the contractor. Grubbs Nissan was very informative and very helpful I'm completing the purchase of my new vehicle. I now have a 2017 Nissan Titan four-wheel drive crew cab never thought they would make it so easy to get the financing I needed based on my situation.. Jerry creech was an excellent salesman and greeted us instantly and was right there to assist us with our every need. He was very friendly and extremely courteous and offered several options and several different vehicles to test drive.
David the store manager and Joe in finance we're extremely helpful and right on the ball. These guys were the best and they they made our experience with Grubbs Nissan very pleasurable and one to remember. Their establishment is professionally organized and I would recommend any and all my friends and family to go there if they're interested buying a vehicle knowing that they will be well taken care of. They are a good team and we are very thankful.

I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra that I am leasing and they sent me info saying I qualify for a new car so i went up there. Turns out they were only thinking about themselves and their commission. They wanted me to VOLUNTARY repo on my car (which goes on my credit report and effect everything else I'm trying to do) jus to get another one. I told them clearly that will not be an option, they were trying to everything that would effect me negatively and the positively jus to get me in a new car. I said no, and told them they don't have anything for me and left. I am not a material person and I made that clear, I don't need sum new unless wat I have is broken. Grubbs don't care about you they care about their paycheck

We had a wonderful experience at Grubbs Nissan/Bedford. We were just looking when we were approached by the nicest salesman Kerry Hilton. We didnt have much to put down and were upside down in our trade, but he convinced us he could help, and he did!! We left with our fully loaded Maxima and we couldnt be happier. Thank you Kerry, we probably would have left without your confidence and knowledge to get us into the car we wanted.... thank you Kerry and Tu !!! Happy customers :)

Warranty is a lie. I went in for a service and I had noticed since it had been cold that the rear window defroster was not working. I let them know about it, and they told me that they would have to replace the entire window in order to resolve the issue. But they told me that I would have to pay for the repair because it was caused by external forces.

Where the wire is located I do not think that something could just bump it easily. I also think it could have been like that from the factory as there would have been way for me to validate it at all. I do not believe that this was caused from external forces, I believe it to be a workmanship issues and just another way to screw more customers.

Buyer beware...

Was contacted by SHANTAI via e-mail. I was told I could send an e-mail or a call directly. I sent an e-mail and did not get a conformation that SHANTAI even go the e-mail I waited a few days and did not get a response so I sent another e-mail letting them know that based on this experience with Grubbs I would more then likely never purchase another Nissan.

I was contacted the next day and was told to bring my car into the service center and have the manager take a picture f the damage so they could send the information onto Nissan. When I got to the dealership the manager was not available so Taylor asked to see what the issue was. I showed the broken wire and he said he would warranty it.

I was told to bring the car in the next Saturday so I did. When I got there Taylor did not even remember me so I assumed he did not remember what he said either but hoped for the best. About an hour after bringing the car there Taylor came to me and asked me to follow him. I was taken back to where all the service people sit.

At this point I was told that in order to fix the issue the window would need to be replaced and I would be required to pay over 300 dollars to get it fixed. So apparently i was right that he did not remember. I explained probably not in a nice way that I thought it was BS that I buy a brand new car and I can not even depend on the Manufacturer to resolve obvious workmanship issue.

Needed less to say he ended up going and talking to his manager and came back and again told me he would warranty it. I was told that the part would be thereon Tuesday so to bring my car n Wednesday and they would get it replaced.

I took the car in on Wednesday and assumed it would be done that day, but I called them on Thursday and was told it would be done for sure today. So have now been without my car for two days because they did not do what they said and replace it on Wednesday.

I am will also assume I will be charged for this service even though I have been told on two different occasions by the same person that they would warranty it.

Not sure if this is normal operating procedure but something does not seem right to me. I guess I will update when I get my car back today the 14th of March 2019.

At this point the window was replaced and is working as expected now. I will raise the rating to a 3 because you should not have to fight to get something covered under warranty when the car is still under warranty

First off just like everyone else I hate the car buying experience. We were looking around for awhile for our vehicle and come across Nick Cox at Grubbs Nissan. What an awesome guy! From the word go he was very professional and no pressure. We looked around at several other dealerships in the area and they gave us the highest trade in value for our car. From walking into the dealership with a trade in we had a quote on our new car in less then 30 minutes at a great price. If your looking for a new or used car highly recommend this place and ask for Nick!

I can honestly say there is nothing that could have made my experience better other than having a larger lot of cars up front next to the offices. I have visited numerous other dealerships in the DFW area over the last 3 months and left exhausted and frustrated due to overbearing salesmans/managers. Ramon and James listened to me and helped find a car that best suited my needs. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere at Grubbs Nissan and plan to return to purchase a car for my daughter. Thank you Ramon, James, and Ameer! I love my new car!

It ran really well until I was ready to buy my first brand new car from them last June 2018, I got the newest Nissan Rogue with only 90 miles in it and I love traveling with it! Not the best experience here, I had wanted to buy a pre-owned car, and even had a meeting scheduled between 5:30-and 6:00. upon me arriving the person I was scheduled to meet with was nowhere to be found, and later on i found out that she had personal things that she needed to attend to, which is understandable, however it would be alot better if I knew all of this before i made the drive all the way to bedford, having to deal with the traffic and what not.

The experience I had while shopping for a new car at Grubbs Nissan was fantastic! The overall quality of the staff and salespeople was terrific, and the selection was something to truly see for yourself. Plenty of different vehicles to choose from with some unbeatable prices, The salesperson I had worked with the moment I had walked in the door, Rick Murray, was so incredibly helpful as well as thorough. He really did give some worthwhile insight in to the vehicle we had been looking at and in the end he was right! I highly recommend this particular salesperson, or if not him then anyone else you might find there. If you are looking for a great used car or truck then put them at the top of your list because they will definitely make it worth your while!

My immediate family has bought four cars from this dealership. And I've always trusted the service department. However, on my last trip, they recommended some really expensive service which I'm not sure was really required. Also my service advisor never came and talked to me when my car was ready. So I never felt I got an adequate answer for the questions I had. I actually had to chase my own car around the parking lot. No one seemed to know my car was ready, despite the fact that I could see it out in the parking lot. It even got moved from one place to another in the parking lot.And they seem to have a whole lot of greeters and other extraneous staff standing around. That costs money. All my previous experiences would have been four stars, or maybe even 5. But not this visit.

Listen! Listen! Listen! My husband and I bought a car at Grubbs/Pre-Owned at the end of December 17. Our new (to us) Corvette is a jewel, and so are the professional and personable staff with whom we purchased the car. Mike, Ped, William, and the finance department were stellar! Honesty, integrity, character (and a great deal for an amazing car) from these individuals made our experience so good that we decided not to go look at two other Corvettes we had carefully scoped out in the DFW Metroplex.
