The sales and purchasing procedures were great! BUT. Do NOT purchase the extended warranty. It covers NOTHING that the sales persons and finance persons tell you it does. Then when you call to ask about options they tell you, politely, that there is nothing they will do to help even if one of the problems existed at the time of purchase. Great sales, but quality practices that lack integrity.

It took two months for a problem with my financing...

It took two months for a problem with my financing, which was apparently the fault of the dealership not filing some paper work , to be solved. Finance department was no help.I started receiving calls from a collection service after I was assured by the salesman who helped me, that he would take care of the problem. Nothing was done. Finnaly after getting angry, not my reqular personality, I was finnaly connected to someone who who was very nice and helped. The problem was finnaly taken care of. Thanks to Chantel , I believe was her name, who helped. Perfectly , happy with my car and the people in the service department have always been super nice ! I give you three stars for Chantel and the great service department. They helped turn a bad experience around.

GRUBBS LIED TO ME Being a loyal Nissan owner, when the check tire pressure light came on I went to Grubb's as they were the closest Nissan dealer to me. After waiting 1 1/2 hours when Derek said it would take 15 minutes to check it, Derek came back to tell me that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and it could not be patched, but hey for $135 we can set you up with a new tire and have you on your way. I know better than to buy the first price offered to you. After checking around I went to Hamm's Tire in Watauga, and when they went to put the new tire on, they came to me and let me know the nail was in the tread, I didn't need a new tire, and $10 and 15 minutes later I was on my way again. Grubbs has lost any future business with me and Hamm's has gained any tire business I have in the future for their integrity and honesty.

I was very displeased with my time here "jeff" ill leave his last name out but it started with an "n...is" was my service advisor he was very rude! I was trying to get some help and in a nasty way told me to "go step outside he was busy" I waited there for about 20 minutes until he was ready to talk to me I was there with my sister and I there with my sister and i found him to have a very bad attitude the whole time i will never use him again i talked to amother service advisor and he was very knowledgeable and helpful unlike the first gentelmen i was the very displeased with and I will not go back and I do not recommend him I'm not sure what his problem was but if you're in the business of customer service you should be nice to every customer all the time

Finance department is the worst, phone calls go to voice mail and no one EVER returns the call. Will never do business with them again. I gave one star because the service department seems to be the only area with competent people and you have to give at least one star in order to write a review.

I m self employed with Deluxe Roofing and require my truck for work. The cooling fan and thermostat went out, and Jeff was able to get me into a rental truck while they worked on my truck. This made for a smooth couple of days. I recommend Grubbs with buying a car and providing maintenance. Great job Jeff!! Thanks

I had a great experience with Grubbs. I recently bought a used Nissan Altima from a private owner and took it to Grubbs for an oil change and to provide a status report of the vehicle. I was very please with courtesy and professionalism of the manager that took care of me. I would definitely recommend this location for car service.

We have been taking both of our vehicles here.

We have been taking both of our vehicles here.
Mine is under warranty and my wife s is out of warranty.
They always try to push things that needs to be done on my wife s out of warranty car.
The last thing was, oh you got new tires - then you need a $130 alignment.

They are worried more about there personal reviews- then common sense thinking.

We finally realized that we are paying for the same synthetic oil, but my sticker says come back in 5000 miles and hers says come back in 3000 miles.
Brian the service manager said he could not give us a refund on past oil changes because the manufacturer recommends oil changes every 3750 miles, he said although you can go longer with synthetic.
So that is why you can t have a refund because they were going by manufacturer recommendations.
Which is it on my car you say 5000 miles but hers it is 3000 miles even though the manufacturer recommends 3750 on regular oil.
Don t you think I want regular oil.
Why doesn t the sticker say 3750 miles until your next oil change?

We the customer cannot make informed decisions if the professional are clueless or don t care.

This place is horrible, my husband bought a preowned vehicle from there. It broke down 17 days later. We had the vehicle towed to them for repairs, because it was under full warranty. The manager at the preowned service department, would not honor the warranty, and told my husband he pretty much was an idiot. We had to pay for the tow and repairs. They very nice while your buying your vehicle, but once you drive out the lot they really show how crooked they are. Even the mechanic, and the lady at the desk told my husband the manager was wrong for not honoring the warranty, and that he treats customers like trash all the time. We will never do business with this place ever again.

We stopped by to take a look at a vehicle for my father and we left within minutes! We had a gentleman called Ignazio and he has the most ugliest attitude I ve ever experienced in a sales person! My father was looking into buying and he was getting frustrated with our questions and just said are you going to buy or not I was so shocked by this man! Definitely would not ever come back!

If I could give negative I would. This place told me my lower control arms were completely out and needed to be replaced. Also suggested me to not put new tires on my car (which you can clearly see new tires are on this vehicle). I took my car to my best friends shop in Hulen who looked and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. This service center tried to get me for $1300 that s insane. Please get a second opinion if they tell you, you need to get expensive repairs they will rip you off!!!

I checked out other Nissan dealerships before this one and I can hands down tell you that this one was the best! Other delearship were basically trying to force me in to a car I didn't want. (Due to my credit score)

I'm a straight no BS kind of person prior to coming in I knew what I wanted,how much down I was going to give and what I wanted my payment to be! They accepted all of it and made it happen!

My sales guy Chris King was amazingggg!!! Straight answers to my questions! Even prior to me coming in to the dealership!!! Super friendly and informative! At no time did he make me feel pressured in to anything. Definitely made me feel like he was there to help and unlike other sales agents I spoke to he was constantly optimistic and not degrading!!! He never said no you won't be able to afford this payment or no the bank won't approve you for that it was a constant "okay let's try" "we will try and make it happen" Definitely a can do attitude!!!

Definitely recommend any one checking them out!

From the time I walked in which was about 30 minutes before closing, they got me approved with the car I wanted. My salesperson was Teka, very sweet young lady. My experience was more than expected. They walked me through several options until one was presented that suited me.

They made a appointment with me to look at my car yesterday, made me walk home (1.5 hr. Walk) still have done nothing to the best of my knowledge, it's been 35hr. Since I dropped it off and still no rental or word. Nissan is trash due to not having reliable transmissions. The cvt transmission will fail. Do not buy anything except the trucks and 370z the rest will not even make it to 90,000 miles before your life is in great danger. Then after over 48 hours they call and say nothing is wrong and they think it is safe for my pregnant wife to drive. It just stops working as we drive down the highway. They put a timing belt in the transmission, timing belts last 80,000 miles that is all...

Unfortunately, my nissan had been giving me some trouble, and after several dealerships and multiple service advisors Jeff was BY FAR the most helpful! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amount of help Jeff has offered to help me with my car, and was the only one to offer the best solution that has helped me fix my car. If i can only recommend one thing for those nissan owners it would be to go to Grubbs and ask for Jeff, you couldn't be in better hands. Jeff, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You're awesome!

My salesman was Ryan White. He made my experience seamless. My husband's car had messed up and we needed a car that day. I was worried about getting approved because we were new to Texas but Ryan and Grubbs Nissan took all my worries away. We were approved and I didn't feel pressure to make a big down payment and I told them how much I could afford for the payment and they worked with me. When I went to sign the paperwork the payment was even lower than what I was told it would be. They also have a insurance guy on site and I thought that was really good. My husband wants a truck and I plan on going back to Grubbs for all my car buying needs because I had such a great experience with Ryan as my sales guy.

The best car buying experience I have ever had.

Our salesman Charles Back was a delight to work with. He was straight forward and honest about what he could and could not deliver based upon my situation. Charles is very engaging and personable. He was never pushy and came through with a great deal. My wife and I are very happy with our new 2015 Rogue SV and I will be buying from him again in the future.

Jose in the finance department was excellent as well. As you know the finance portion of the car buying experience is usually the boring and tedious part. My wife and I did have to wait for about 30 or 45 minutes before we began signing papers, but that's normal as far as I'm concerned. Once we sat down with Jose, he clearly explained all the warranty options and other add-ons typically offered by finance. I declined any additional coverage, but unlike other experiences Jose did not badger me into buying more nor did he try to guilt me into getting extra coverage. That is not to say he didn't make a second attempt at selling me the extras, but I didn't feel pressured at all. It should also be mentioned that despite being short-handed in the finance dept that day, Jose never had any moments of frustration that is typical when you are overwhelmed with customers. I could see at least one other worker that refused to make eye contact with customers or attempt to help Jose sign the new business. Thank you Jose and I hope your family members broken leg heals up so they can get back on the soccer field.

Just bought a 2017 Nissan Murano S from Grubbs Nissan which is the base model but nothing base model about it. This SUV is very comfortable. Good size cabin, the seats feel like you are sitting in a recliner, all the hookups for your electronics, and a smooth quiet ride. My salesman Bilaly was kind, courteous, and thorough. The finance guy (I'm terrible with names) was great. He worked with me to find the warranty level that I felt I could afford and that gave me peace of mind. Thank you. I would highly recommend the team I dealt with there.
