It took two months for a problem with my financing...
It took two months for a problem with my financing, which was apparently the fault of the dealership not filing some paper work , to be solved. Finance department was no help.I started receiving calls from a collection service after I was assured by the salesman who helped me, that he would take care of the problem. Nothing was done. Finnaly after getting angry, not my reqular personality, I was finnaly connected to someone who who was very nice and helped. The problem was finnaly taken care of. Thanks to Chantel , I believe was her name, who helped. Perfectly , happy with my car and the people in the service department have always been super nice ! I give you three stars for Chantel and the great service department. They helped turn a bad experience around.
