Bought a vehicle from Edgar Viera (Sales Consultant) about 6 weeks ago, and I was very satisfied with the vehicle and experience. Edgar was knowledgeable about the car and had the full maintenance log since it had been purchased, which eased a lot of my concerns. Financing was a typical circus show and very annoying after already agreeing on a price since they insist on pushing extended warranty. That was not a great ending to a good buying experience. Overall a good experience for finding one of my dream cars.

Service Department:
First time at this dealership service center with my new car. Jimmy Carey was the first staff that greeted me and processed my service order and had a great attitude even though I did show up at 5:00. I was helped by about 4 staff members to replace my car battery, replace key fob batteries, pick up my plates, schedule my next oil change, and get something out of my car while it was being serviced. Phenomenal customer service! The two ladies behind the counter were also very welcoming/hospitable.

I have a routine maintenance plan, so I can hope my next visits go as well as this one did.
Give those team members a raise, they're doing a great job!
