Second time I go to the Renault Boulogne Billancourt garage. After buying my vehicle in the same place, it was missing the alarm at the time of acquisition. Yesterday so November 19th I give my vehicle bodywork service after spending more than a week to order the part. No news of the vehicle for more than 24 hours and the worst, no one could tell me where was the repair, neither the home nor the customer service that also hung up on me It's really scandalous and this made the second time in 6 months that I have problems communicating with the services of Renault Boulogne and I think it will be the last time seen how are treated customers.
