I make an appointment for a review, I arrive on time ... I am greeted and told to wait .... wait wait wait ... I waited 35 minutes. I left when I realized that I still had at least 30 minutes left.

I do not see the point of making an appointment. It is about not respecting the customers.

I tried this Renault and will never come back, that's for sure!
