I have been waiting for 1 week for news of my car ...

I have been waiting for 1 week for news of my car (an appointment was set for Tuesday afternoon, then postponed to last Wednesday). Without being, strangely, remembered since, I tried several times to reach the mechanics by phone to find out where we are. IMPOSSIBLE MISSION!
