Disorganized, slow, inefficient ... Last time
On reading the reviews the sale does its job, the after sale no. 2 months to reprogram a key, 3 passages because we forgot to make a bank imprint, 1 raised to the service because we had forgotten to take my phone to tell me that the key has arrived (knowing that my num is in my signature mail) and in the end while I ask to send the bill to my company, I am told at 19h that I have to pay the bill (300 for a key). Seriously she poor image of the brand you send back by your amateurism. After all the negative reviews that I read you do not pay attention to the returns of your conso. Next car? Not a Renault!
