I made an appointment for Saturday morning to come see a car. I brought money, title to current car if I trade. Ready to buy. So I made an appointment. The night before my in-laws house caught fire and send two people to ER in ambulances and my wife didn't get home until middle of the night. We still held up our part of the appointment and went the next morning with a 1 and 3 year old for an hour and 20 minute drive to see the car. After talking to 6 difficult people because the person I talked to is in internet sales they let someone else take that car for an overnight demo and don't know when it'll be back. I even messaged that morning about our appointment and no answer back. Manager came out and said sorry, nothing we can do but offered me another vehicle for 4 grand more. Poor business practices. Cost me 3 hours of my time, fuel and upset wife and kids for wasting all their time. Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Don't believe them if they say they have a vehicle there, even if you make an appointment. Don't go to this dealer if it is a long drive for you. Might just waste your time and money.
