I was greeted friendly, had told my service writer that if possible , could I get out as soon as possible please, he said I will tell the guy also ask if he could check tire pressure. Over 45 minutes had gone buy , when I walked in the back again for the third time to see that my car was just sitting in the Back !!! I walked to service area but the gentleman that had helped me was on phone for more than 10 minutes so I asked another service guy he said he could not help me most likely my car is done!!! Have to wait for William but he proceeded to help someone else for the next 15 minutes Really sad when all I had to do is sign some paperwork and grab my keys well that s what I thought till I got to my car to find that all the materials they use to perfect my car are still in their ! ! Thank you so much for such a great experience
