I bought my Range Rover from this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with John Hooker. He really came through for me. Less than 24 hours after I brought the car home, I heard two separate noises (brakes and suspension). I called John right away. He said, no worries, we ll take care of you. I dropped off the care the very same day and John gave me his Demo Car to use while they fixed the issue. Sure enough, the car was ready the very next day without any cost of repairs. This tells me two things... 1. John has my best interest. It s not all about the sale. 2. The dealership cares about their reputation, as it wouldn t have looked good for them to sell me a lemon. They took responsibility to make sure that I was getting a car that I d enjoy and look back at my experience as a good one with the dealership.

Also, I am still waiting to get the second key for my vehicle. Apparently the dealership has not been able to track down the person that traded in the car that I bought and ask them to bring in the 2nd key. Me getting the key would be the cherry on the top. I am hoping someone at the dealership can make this happen and not just forget about it, as getting a replacement key with programming would cost me $477 at the Land Rover dealership. Overall, I recommend John Hooker. He is an honest, sincere man. Not your typical auto salesman.
