I wasn't to please with my service with Zeigler la...

I wasn't to please with my service with Zeigler last Wednesday, May 27. Normally I use your service and had always receive excellent service from your staff.
Wednesday, I had an appointment at 12pm for an oil change and tire rotation.
1.
It took 3 hours to have the service completed.
2. The oil change indicator feature wasn't reset
3. The oil change reminder was removed but a new reminder wasn't added.
4. After I received the invoice, there wasn't any mention of the tire rotation, Jeremy corrected that after I inform him of the error.
5. No update from your staff to advise any delay.
