Ordered a bouquet incl vase last Friday to have it delivered on Monday. Bouquet was not delivered that Monday, after telephone contact it would be delivered Tuesday. Again the bouquet was not delivered. In the evening I had contact with customer service via the live chat and this was simply interrupted with the statement "I can't do anything for you, nice evening"
Today, Wednesday, I had telephone contact with customer service and the "best" that Greetz could offer was a 5 euro voucher for a next order ....
VERY BAD greetz customer service for a company that claims 100% customer satisfaction !!

Forest flowers ordered for someone else, delivery ...

Forest flowers ordered for someone else, delivery on Sunday. The track & trace did not work properly, but the flowers have arrived. Unfortunately, the two largest flowers were almost immediately destroyed. The bouquet also did not look like the picture, much monotonous in color and other flowers. The vase also looked different than the vase that I thought I would order. I expect something better from a surprise of 45 euros. Receiver has arranged with Greetz that they got a second bunch free, that was very neat. However, in this second bunch, too, two flowers were immediately destroyed. As a sender I was unsubscribed to a newsletter and tracking cookies were placed, because I now suddenly see Greetz advertisements everywhere. For the sake of clarity: I have indicated in my browser that I do not want to be followed, and Greetz itself does not offer an opt-out for the one-time customer. Little respect for privacy and aggressive way of advertising. Have regretted the purchase, and will no longer order from Greetz. Had ordered a day earlier from a competitor, that does not bother me unasked and those flowers seemed to be in the picture and were perfect on arrival.

August 17 ordered a birthday card with a present f...

August 17 ordered a birthday card with a present for someone who had their birthday on August 26. On August 26 the package would have been delivered to the neighbors by Packs. The neighbors knew nothing about it. Inquiries with Packs revealed that the delivery person had delivered the package to a lady who was downstairs (it concerns an 8-storey apartment complex). Package so lost.

After a lot of contact, the package would be sent again and delivered in the evening of August 28 (2 days after the birthday). The day of delivery received a notification that it would not work due to internal miscommunication.

Because I had had problems with Greetz before, I asked for my money back. As soon as I get my money back I will delete my account and I will be rid of Greetz. Greetings.

Flowers were on the expensive side, but were delivered on time and were super nice! Got lots of compliments from my girlfriend and her family about the beautiful flowers I had bought for her, so despite the price I want to thank Greetz for this :)

Big sigh ...

3 weeks busy to get back the purchase amount since it was not delivered! Was a gift of around 60 euros, then you can still hope that it arrives well. Even extra paid for faster delivery. You get an email that the delivery person has been and we were not at home .. pretty crazy if you wait all day. Then I tried to ask how it was going to be solved through all channels of customer services and every time I got the answer that they went after it. But everything went astray since we had no further reaction with what the solution was. Eventually we decided to call in anger because our patience was gone and they finally sent the package again (after 3 weeks) apart from the fact that we just wanted to see our money back. With regard to the delivery, this is not the first time it has happened and after repeated hopes of improvement, this did not help. From now on I prefer to order from Yoursurprise, which offer a lot more certainty.

Not delivered on the promised day. Trace and track was not accurate, and didn't show when it will be/was delivered. However, Customer Service was very helpful and they tried their very best. At the end it got delivered but much later.

Ordered a Unicorn cake for the birthday of 1 of th...

Ordered a Unicorn cake for the birthday of 1 of the children. This would be delivered on Friday, for Saturday's party.

Unfortunately, the carrier delivered the completely wrong cake; a cream pie. Big panic of course ... after all, the party was a few hours away from us.

Had direct contact with Greetz customer service and presented the problem. Action was immediately taken and I was assured that the correct cake would be delivered on Saturday between 08:00 and 10:00. And so it happened.

That is why we were able to celebrate a Unicorn party, with unicorn cake and cream cake, thanks to the ladies and gentlemen of Greetz.

Until the next birthday! :)

I ordered 2 surprise packages, one was delivered on the selected date, the other not yet.
It is impossible to get in touch with customer service, the chat that is a joke, and by phone
it is even worse because you are thrown in and only hear that stupid music and no human being
who speaks to you.
I am very angry and dissatisfied and if necessary I go to the complaints committee to receive my money back
no voucher because I am not going to ever order anything again.

I ordered a balloon with a ticket for a friend for her birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on her birthday, but this has not happened. Customer service indicated that my girlfriend was not at home, but I hear from her otherwise. It would be delivered the next day, which has not happened either. Then I ask something to compensate for not delivering on the birthday, as promised. The only thing they can offer me is to deliver the order. I do not call this compensation and have asked for my money back. Customer service was very poor.

My mom ordered my birthday cake a long time ago (few days) and it would arrive today, but they didn t deliver it for some reason. I tried to contact them so many times, but they won t even answer their phone and I talked to them 2 times on livechat, but they said their is a mistake and when I asked for a refund they wouldn t even answer and laugh it off. They don t take me siriously and a lady said it s still fresh or something like that. Today is my birthday and I waited so long for this cake. This was planned by us for a pretty long time, but they didn t do their job. Their phone line says they are busy and that is it. You will be put on wait and they won t answer and don t take their refund system or whatever sirious. Very sad. They just took the money and left me feeling sad the whole day. Very bad service! If their are some grammar mistakes, I m dutch. But anyways, they didn t do their job and didn t take me siriously and it made me feel sad. It s my birthday and everyone was waiting for a cake that was planned for a long enough time for them to fix this and they could atleast give a refund.

Having used Greetz several times, never had problems. The reason for this review: on March 4 received a balloon that has been hanging against our ceiling for almost 6 months. Rarely so much pleasure from such a gift.

Very bad company. Pretends 100% satisfaction guarantee, but if possible I would give them 0 stars.

The flowers, vase and card that I ordered for a birthday were never delivered.
The delivery company with which Greetz cooperates, Packs, does half the work (See also the reviews for Packs itself). Also have its no collection points, such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, and DPS. If the recipient is not at home, it quickly becomes very difficult to receive the order.

In the end I ordered a gift from BOL: fast and reliable!
Never again with Greetz. I have lost my money (returning the purchase amount is not an option), and the birthday job never received the Greetz order. Worst shopping experience I have had in years.

Already ordered several times and first time neat delivery on a Mother's Day holiday.
The other last minute orders were also on time.
I am convinced that these people are doing their best and that is always very important.

Very disappointing service. Birthday gift not delivered (top price paid for delivery on Sunday) and customer service that only offers you a voucher and ask for patience instead of solving the problem. I would get an email where the present is now, nothing more. I understand that it is sometimes difficult due to corona, but do not offer to deliver on a specific day. Now let's wait and see if I get my money back.

I was enthusiastically chosen to have a special delivery delivered to a friend of mine who has already had several depressions, to surprise him. They could only visit him on Thursdays and Fridays, but then he had to work. I asked him if he would mind having a surprise at work, he said he did not like this. I had to tell him that there would be a surprise because otherwise he might panic if they suddenly surprised him. I got the answer: If he already knows then we can't do it anymore.
Apparently they have no idea what it is like to be depressed, have panic attacks, etc.

Receiving bunch of flowers via greetz on the birthday of my deceased husband. Roses that were immediately limp despite the instructions. After 4 days the roses were thrown away because they were gone.
Greetz sent a complaint about this. After 2 and a half weeks (how long do they store rotten roses at Greetz) Greetz's request to send a photo. With this photo and my zip code I would get a new bunch. Let me know that the roses had long since disappeared, I suddenly had to provide all order details, while in their system they could look for the fact that the day in question was indeed delivered to me.
Dredging roses from a dredging company. So do not order those flowers from Greetz.

I received a cake that was abused by the courier. I contacted immediately. The employee tells me that they can give a 10 euro discount coupon on the next order on 40 euro cake.

I NEVER ORDER MORE HERE. No wonder you only have bad reviews. It's okay that things go wrong, but there is no 100% satisfaction guarantee.

After I said that their 10 euro discount was unacceptable, the employee no longer felt like it and she ended the chat. Even without the 10 euro discount. Clear that you do not know how to deal with customers. This is really not going to help your company. I tell this to everyone I know. Hopefully all potential customers that you miss are worth 30 euros. Bah. Unmanaged staff, poor delivery and then say that it is leniency. I didn't do anything wrong. Which leniency? Your product has been delivered poorly. There is no leniency. But good once AND NEVER AGAIN.

Be careful what you buy, the picture can be misleading. For my birthday girlfriend I ordered roses with a box of chocolate bars from Tony Chocolony. One point at a time was the 1 bar of chocolate with roses. The first picture showed the whole box and the picture then 1 strip. Ordered in haste so not paying attention but also very misleading from Greetz.

Totally NOT satisfied.
They don't even deserve 1 star, if it were up to me.
I ordered a balloon with a ticket a month ago for my best friend's birthday.
The order date I chose was April 14th.
The balloon was not delivered on her birthday itself, it was only delivered 1 day after. You would think if you ordered it on time and you choose a date that it will be delivered on this date. The site also states that they actually deliver them on that day.
When she finally got the balloon, the ticket I paid for was not included.
Here you pay 21 euros including 7 euros shipping costs to not have the correct date delivered.
Then I try to reach customer service, but it is simply overcrowded.
I call this a shame! Just because you are busy does not mean you should proceed like this.
My conclusion is that I NEVER order from this again and I will not recommend this site.

No possibility to protect your created card in the meantime to continue later. Due to a crash of the site Greetz the entire map made disappeared ..... an afternoon of work was in vain. I don't do this anymore. Worthless and very frustrating. buy another card in the bookstore.

Today 27-06 still nothing delivered!
Put the blame on post nl in the shoes .... while the appointment with greetz is made.

I have only had good experiences with Greetz, and I have already sent many cards! So yes therefore 5 stars. The cards are beautiful, nice original, but you can also design a card yourself via the site.
Always nicely shipped on time, also nice that you can just call
if you want to ask something or need help. You always become very friendly
helped even if you need help. So yes, that's why 5 stars ;-)

This company has been doing very badly in recent days. The telephone helpdesk is unavailable due to heavy traffic. Christmas cards are not delivered on time (despite promise from the day before, when they were also not delivered ..). You will then be forwarded to the chat (and there will be 41 people in front of you). If you think you've had it all and you have to tolerate 8 more people in front of you, the chat connection will be broken. Bizarrely bad service, we feel cheated.

Was given a refund in the end. Still an overall bad experience but at least they recognised their mistake. Communication around it was still super poor.

Ordered via their website, problem processing payment meant first order was cancelled.

Ordered again an hour later and had another email saying the order was cancelled.

Contacted customer services via web app who confirmed the order was cancelled and I'd receive a refund. I was told to re-order but I said after two attempts I'd order through another vendor.

Next day I received an order confirmation email. Spoke again to their customer services via web app who said that both emails related to the same first cancelled order and that the second order had been processed fine.

I asked for a refund as I felt their system errors (payment process + 2 emails confirming the order had been cancelled) as well as I checked with customer services before ordering elsewhere gave me the right to do so.

After an hour and half of back and forth with Anna from customer service (including them saying they won't offer a refund because they can't cancel the order as it was out for delivery) I was finally told she would need to speak to her supervisor before offering a refund. I will then receive an email later from them?!

They have completely ignored my consumer rights and I'm furious.

Absolute shambles of a company with horrific customer service. I will not be using their service ever again.

I can't believe I still get mail from you while I have a complaint that you don't have time to answer. I had a card delivered with an expensive maternity package, the card comes in an envelope that was again in a large envelope with nothing else in it, it is because I asked if the maternity package has arrived otherwise I would not even have known. I think that can happen, it turns out when I report this maternity package is no longer in stock, quite strange, but then I think at least send a flower or do something extra, but no get money back minus the card

I try to approach you in this way. You cannot be reached by telephone, you indicate Covid-19 as the reason and that therefore all questions must be dealt with via a further channel. Given the current possibilities that are currently available on the market, it is easy to set up home workplaces to be reachable by telephone. Then the chat, I enter queue 12, unfortunately but perfectly understandable if the choice has been made not to be available by phone. I clearly describe my complaint (no delivery on the day of delivery, incorrect communication from the carrier). After a while I'm in the queue in number 6 until my message is gone. I ask how this is possible and suddenly the queue jumps from 6 to 14. Okay then maybe it can happen. I ask in this chat how this is possible and how my previously formulated message has arrived clearly. After a while I am number 5 and again my message disappears and suddenly I am number 19 in the queue again! I give up after almost 40 minutes! I have now also sent you an email with my problem / complaint. Please do something with the above to improve the process and avoid customer irritation. After all, you offer beautiful products to make customers happy. Then this is a downer. I am looking forward to your response. Sincerely, John

One month ago I had a package delivered to my father via Greetz. He was not at home so it was delivered to the neighbors. All fine, but the worst of all was that the delivery card was not left in the letterbox. I thought that could happen once, no problem, I'll give Greetz a second chance. Now last week I had a gift (balloon) delivered to my girlfriend again and now it appears that the case is the same !! I am really angry and have filed a complaint that I will never order anything again through Greetz. Finished them. From now on only through the competitor.

No, I am not very satisfied either. Very expensive / over priced, high (sometimes double) shipping costs, quality very low on delivery. Customer service late. In my case: balloon slap on Mother's Day. I did receive a discount code for new free shipping of a comparable balloon via complaints service - a good move - but if I read reviews here now, I think: perhaps for punctuality and quality it would be better to go elsewhere.

This while I wanted to give the card to my girlfriend today for her birthday.
Tried several times to chat with the helpline but can't get through. At the moment I have been on the phone for 30 minutes.

I had somebody bring flowers to this company (really a bouquet, no further fuss with cards, etc.) and it went well. The (automatic) communication was clear, for example a message and mail after the bouquet was delivered. On the picture that I had received from the recipient, the flowers also looked great, and she was happy with it. Case '' does what it promises! '' So, but the main disadvantage is that the prices are rather high. But it was worth the money in this case.

Ordered a cake well in advance, paid extra to have the delivery for a sick girl delivered on time. Did not receive anything on the day of delivery. After waiting an hour and a half on the phone, I was told that the cake was delivered to the address. WHILE I WENT AT HOME FOR A LOT OF DAY !!!!!!!!!!!! Then I was told that it was delivered to the neighbors. I asked all my neighbors if there is anything about me. This is not the first time that things go wrong at GREETZ. Have ordered twice from them and all 2 times it went wrong. Greetz you need to be aware that you deliver important things and the customers expect you to be on time with everything. It was about a sick girl who probably celebrated her last birthday WITHOUT CAKE !! By the way, I never saw the cake and didn't get my money back. You should be ashamed of yourself !! Mistake can happen of course .. but ordered twice from you and received nothing 2 times, these are no more mistakes, you should invest in good courier services and staff who live and think with the customer.

This is the last time I order from you. Order a birthday present in plenty of time and have it sent but you send a good luck with your home from a stranger to my girlfriend .... your response: apologies we will resend it but you will not get a refund, no voucher or any compensation .... because: the order will be sent again, is Greetz's response?

Sorry?! A birthday gift should arrive on the right day, if you mix up the orders and everything goes wrong, you are responsible. Not me as a customer who pays 32 for a perfect service.

Most terrible unprofessional non customer friendly company. My niece received a balloon with a card on her birthday with a text in it as if she had a serious illness. Coming from other people. And then to top it off, to say that her birthday balloon is going to be delivered the next day, for what reason you receive something like that on your birthday not a day after. No compensation whatsoever at all. I will not leave it at this. Everyone can know what a flut company this is.

Order Wednesday October 7 Order for delivery Wednesday October 7 in the evening.
Track and trace not active until Thursday, customer service cannot say anything, great delivery Thursday then.
No delivery all Thursday, allowed to chat with customer service on Thursday evening.
"ow we see that the order has broken, will I put it in again or do you want to cancel it"
My goldfish has the same ability to respond when I come home after a day of work as the customer service that Greetz has. She couldn't add flowers as compensation, nothing at all. Your slogan should become;
"order at Greetz, are you expecting your order on your birthday? SURPRISE you will not receive anything"
This used to be a company that cared about its customers and had employees who felt involved, little or nothing of that remains

Ordered a gift for a friend, they indicate that it would be delivered on 19-3. Not happened .... Girlfriend wants to make a new appointment, that is only possible the day after during the day .... Nice for full-time working people too. Then waited 2.5 hours for the customer service chat, mail is not responded to .... Agreed with the customer service that it is sent to me, it just came in, it is broken .... Meanwhile already been waiting for an hour at the customer service. I don't recommend it, even advise against it. Saves you a lot of frustration.
