Order made would be delivered the following day. Then get notified that the person was not at home. Person was at home all day. Note on the bus we missed you. Contacted Greetz. The solution was to cancel the order. But then the order is not delivered. Do they call that a solution? Really just do not order there. I never do that again.

Balloon ordered by someone and at home on the day of delivery I was home all day. Unfortunately only a letter was found in the letterbox. Contacted for a new delivery appointment, never received a response. The sender had contact with greetz and planned a new delivery date, it would be delivered between 8 and 5. Stayed all day before home, unfortunately no balloon or note in the mailbox. I had contact with greetz about this and they cannot report the cause and give no compensation to the recipient for this.

I have been ordering everything through online websites for years. I am not at all satisfied with my purchase from Greetz. I dare to say that this is the last time that I buy something there. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday. She did not receive this on her birthday. This can be quite possible since she went to breakfast in the morning. But then they claim they have tried twice to deliver this (a few days later) and she would not be home. My mother is a housewife who barely comes out. That is simply not possible. I had a conversation about this with a telephone operator and she literally attacked me. It would be my mother's fault because she hasn't been home. I then asked to get my money. On top of that boisterous behavior of the telephone operator (she did not want to give her name) I was able to whistle at my shipping costs. Greetz.nl, never again!

What a very bad company where customer friendliness does not exist. Received dead plant for my birthday, completely worn out. They are not available by phone and per chat, I have been in a queue for 2 hours (on your birthday), of which I am 2nd once and then suddenly 8th again. No, you will NOT get there. I don't recommend anyone to order anything here, what a mess.

Thursday evening ordered a hug, cost 21 euros ... well it's about the gesture. Saturday I received mail that the package was delivered, unfortunately there was nothing and no note in the bus. Sunday waiting 20 minutes in the chat then the delivery coordinates received, but unfortunately this concerns an empty building. Monday evening 75 wasted minutes waiting in a chat .....
Just called to greetz and after 23 minutes they send the money back and say sorry ....... the best lady disappointed, herself wasting a blood pressure of 200 and 2 hours. What a dramatic company, really a waste of money and the gesture. Greetz destroys more than you love!

Placed an order for a girlfriend who gave birth to her first child. Made a nice card with text, a teddy bear and a gift box ordered from Greetz for a small 21 euro.

On the day of delivery I receive an email that the package broke during shipment. How? Did the delivery person sit on it ?! As apologies a discount voucher of 5 euros that I have no ass.

Worthless company, I arrange things myself and order nothing from this company from now on.

Was not to be re-ordered so package re-created and sent.
Meanwhile 1.5 week further and the delivery person indicates that it has been delivered but also this package 2 is nowhere to be seen.
Have it now been that hassle every time to have a gift delivered.

Very pleased with Greetz. I regularly place an order until yesterday without any problems.
Yesterday it went wrong for the first time, the deliveryman got the message "shipment is definitively missing". Contacted Greetz for this. Got the choice: resend or return money.
Opted for resending, the package was delivered the same day.
I even received a 5 voucher for the next order, which is valid for 12 months.
Top arranged !!

Do yourself and the person you want to send a gift / card a favor, and never really order anything here.
We have given it 3 x a chance, but really all time it goes wrong and order is late or not delivered.

And customer service?
It is that you have to give a 1 star, but they are certainly not worth it.

Card I sent to a friend was supposed to arrive there on May 23, but has still not arrived (June 9). Customer service simply shifts this problem to Post NL and does not cooperate with a solution, but just leave it at that. Money gone and no card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND greetz to anyone!

What is the customer service jerk say! Valentine does not arrive and "customer service" is unreachable. Respond via FB days later. As a compensation I am offered 2.50 with my next order while my order has cost more than 5 euros and a huge disappointment.
A complaint is an opportunity to do better, but they don't understand that at Greetz. Nice platform but they still have a lot to learn in the field of service. I was a fan but because of this bumbling and bad service I will think again whether I will still use Greetz.
For the readers within Greetz; Go is talk to the RobinHQ company about customer service and how it is possible .... Take an example of Coolblue, De Bijenkorf, Nespresso.

Normally not a bad experience but what has happened now is simply not possible! Made an order more than 3 weeks in advance (to avoid problems due to crowds. Delivery date indicated no problem. Now on the day of delivery, the person in question gets nothing! You want to surprise someone. you have a flower delivered with the remark if it is possible in the evening times (when you order it says between 8:00 and 20:00 delivery) does not seem very strange to me since half of humanity works during the day. next day you will receive an email that it will be delivered between 10 and 12 a.m. that is nice and handy knowing that no one would be home.

are you going to call with some questions. good to know that the extra description you can give according to customer service is not looked at. Then they act as if they no longer hear you and hang up the phone with the "I noted your number I'll call you back" unfortunately you will not be called back.

then you get mail that your flowers are delivered but no one was home and neither were the neighbors. then you call again to be on hold for 30 minutes and I think I'll just try the help desk via the site. It is also very "good" in solving problems. if you want to end your order you get 1/3 of your money back and blame the consumer for poor communication from greetz with their delivery person.

you will receive a receipt in the bus for when you want the order rescheduled
to deliver. you choose your day and date (2 days later). and then suddenly it happens that you are home the day the delivery person is on the doorstep with your flowers.

a bit of a shame, a waste of paying a lot of money for flowers and a lot of money for delivery.

Oh yes and this certainly applies to PACKS you work with. Find a company you can rely on !!!

Valentine bouquet ordered with card. Bouquet never arrived, and even worse suddenly at 9:45 pm it was delivered. Both message through the Greetz and the courier. Bouquet is not here, so track trace does not seem reliable to me.

UPDATE: Greetz has given the amount as a voucher code. An acceptable solution for me. But still a great pity that the surprise is finished and that nothing has been delivered. Next time again visit the local florist.

Product comes 2 days late.
Customer service is no longer responding. Not after one email. They are therefore informed.
-Price quality far below par.
All in all, all they have to do is facilitate a nice present. If I then also pay almost 40 euros for it and it comes too late and it doesn't look good then I am disappointed.

In 24 hours, the complaints about your customer service are only getting bigger, as is my surprise at your ridiculous behavior called customer service. After a comment about this at customer service we received a new cake. Unfortunately exactly the same. Very wet cake after thawing, not tasty, dry crust. Made a nice card, it had to be sent 90 times to various addresses. With some effort file uploaded, promotional code stamp filled in for free shipping. Subsequently, I was unable to pay, the employee could not find a fault and advised to have the cards sent to home address.
Done this. Cards were delivered 2 days late, and the envelopes were not stamped! This promotion only applied to direct shipping. The employee had forgotten to mention this. Greetz thinks that the fault really lies with me, was my responsibility! ..... But I still find it very annoying and compensate somewhat by paying back 25 euros. Well thanks. So I can now still write 90 envelopes and deliver them myself and / or stamp them. Next time shopping somewhere else. Ordered on Monday, Tuesday confirmation that the surprise would be delivered on the desired day (Thursday) between 10:00 and 14:00. It was a surprise, so with an excuse ensured that the person would be at home. Package not delivered but an email that they had passed at 7.30 pm and that no one was home. Neither would the neighbors be present. When asked by the neighbors, it turned out that they had been present.

Not so! I received a message half an hour ago that the delivery had failed :-(
I started a chat and was just cut off after she offered a discount code of ten euros, as if it is useful to me! If they had informed Grrrrrreetz earlier that it would not work, I could have arranged something else, but not even that !!!
Heavily disappointed and this was not the first time. They've lost me as a customer!

One star is still too much, really a worthless service department. Three birthday cards including gift ordered, on purpose one week to 10 days in advance, so that the recipients would receive them on time. A real shame this I ordered quite often through greetz products.
Now for a friend to have her birthday delivered something would be delivered on Saturday, it is now almost Thursday and it is not there yet.
I find this really outrageous this can go so wrong with the delivery person that it just arrives 5 days late hopefully it will be delivered someday.
Normally it always went well but I find this really outrageous.

I had ordered a photo cake with all the children & grandchildren on it for my father's 87th birthday in plenty of time! The night before delivery I received a neat message that the cake was on its way. The next morning around 10.30 am I received the message that the cake could not be delivered because the system did not recognize the address where my parents have been living for over 15 years. made every effort to ensure that the cake would still be delivered on Saturday. On hold for more than 45 minutes, unfortunately this didn't work out. Very sad, especially now in the Corona time, where the elderly in our society are already having such a hard time. I ordered birthday cake and it arrived at the birthday party, but it was a cake meant for someone else and the birthday party didn't accept it, which makes sense who wants a cake with the name / photo of someone veins. Very surprising feeling of course gone and not nice for the recipient. At customer service (chat) waited half an hour for answer 15 people for me.

If you want to surprise someone, don't order through here. Too bad a nice website, but the service is unfortunately very bad.

Track and trace not active, customer service spoken a day later, delivery costs will be refunded but no one who calls / emails you that it will be a day later than promised.
