they do require a lot of possibility solution. My entire amount has been refunded to my account. Totally Top Regulated.

Ordered a balloon from Greetz on time. However, it is delivered a day after receiving the exam result, so it is too late. Telephone help desk is not active and the chat option is the only option. We were number 17 in the queue and after a while were thrown out of the queue. Never again Greetz!

If you are going to inform after a few days they say dead nice you should have received a text message or an email. The recipients also did not receive a letter that a gift was delivered when they were not at home. Good bye gift and good bye money. Never order anything from Greetz again. What a bad service

Greetz neemt wel zijn verantwoordelijkheid wanneer het eens mis gaat. Nooit klachten gehad over Greetz tot vorige week waarbij bij de levering van een bloemstuk door Packs bij niet aantreffen ontvanger een briefje werd achtergelaten met telefoonnummer om nieuwe bezorgafspraak te maken. Dit nummer werd na diverse pogingen niet opgenomen. Ook via website was geen contact te krijgen met bezorger. Klacht bij Greetz neergelegd met het verzoek om teruggave van het geld en zie zojuist gezien dat het geld weer op mijn rekening stond. Het kan altijd eens fout gaan maar prettig is dat Greetz hierin ook verantwoordelijkheid toont. Super!

I order flowers for Mother's Day on 12 May. For this I pay 10 euro shipping costs to have it delivered on a Sunday. I only receive the package the next day in the evening. So I have no gift for my mother on Mother's Day. I get no response from the customer service of both Greetz itself and the package service Packs. I also cannot refuse the package or send it back to the delivery person. An educational experience. Will never order anything on this website or have it delivered by Packs.Schande !!

have been ordering my cards and gifts at Greetz for years. Never any complaints. Today a bunch of flowers was not satisfactory. Photos are sent via chat and the recipient will receive new flowers tomorrow. So TOP Service. Our nr 1 though. 5 stars more than deserved

Very dissatisfied, I just ordered 2 tickets, shortly afterwards (an hour later or something) I receive an email that the 2nd ticket is free that day. So I mail about that, because of course I also wanted to use that code. Not about the money or anything, because I can miss that 4.65, but this is purely about the principle.
Response: we cannot do anything about this, because there are always customers who have just ordered.

My opinion is that you can certainly do something about it by announcing such a promotion in advance and not sending the email until mid-morning of that promotion day! Fortunately, there are other sites where you can send cards, because I don't think this is okay.

Worthless! Ordered a nice card with extra gift for Mn woman on time. Would be delivered between 800 and 2000 yesterday.

We still looked at the door all day, but unfortunately nothing.

At 1915 only seen through the link that there is a problem with the delivery. Now it's Sunday afternoon and still nothing. Away surprise. Not cheap and not delivered. Bale like a plug from GREETZ.

What a drama with Greetz, first the birthday present is not delivered, seems to be lost. Then after being on hold for far too long at the customer service, they indicate that they will resend the package. Lol was off, of course, because it was of course no longer on time for the birthday. Then a few days later I receive an email that they were unable to deliver the gift because it was sold out. Naturally, customer service should have seen this immediately. Making an apology once also seems to be very difficult for Greetz. I have to give 1 star otherwise you can't place, but Greetz doesn't really deserve a star at all.
Never again Greetz for me !!!

Ordered before 22:00 = delivered the next day. True, but with an additional cost of 3.95. They will not tell you that until you have your ticket ready at 9:20 PM. It's not about 3.95, but be honest and tell the whole story. An order number is required via a complaint form, I don't have one, so just go ahead.

Does greetz uberhaupt have customer service? Have to wait 40 minutes to get to position 16 in the queue. In the meantime called and even hanging there after 10 minutes. It's your turn finally in the chat, you are not even normally spoken to. What a great service. Very customer friendly ......

I just want to say that I really think it's a top service at Greetz! I myself have entered a wrong house number with a card sent, now I have sent an email to greetz asking if it is possible. It was still possible to trace ... that was a bit difficult, they said. But as a service, they have sent a new card free of charge! (With the house number adjusted of course ) I am really happy about that!

I have been ordering with great pleasure for years. Tried the flowers this week. Unfortunately, the flowers could not be delivered by an incorrectly provided address (not Greetz's error). Via the chat I was finally super well helped by Esmee. She came up with a nice solution. Really very happy with it :) !!!

NEVER order anything from Greetz again!
Had ordered flowers with card, wine and chocolate via express delivery for a business relationship (all of which had to be delivered to the same address). Clearly indicated that it was an office. Are they going to offer it up to 2x after office hours? It is then delivered to the neighbors (do not leave a message that it was delivered to the neighbors). My business relationship finally received the express delivery 6 days later via the neighbors. The flower box was empty ??. Had paid 3x 8.95 in urgent delivery costs because you could not order this in any other way. When I called them about my complaints, they put 2x 8.95 as credit in my account as a courtesy, must be spent within so much time otherwise this will expire, poo poo I'm so happy! Are hiding behind all kinds of conditions that they have on the website and do not intend to deliver new flowers after all. WHAT A SUPER BAD SERVICE! Have delivered new flowers via my florist and will NEVER order more from GREETZ! Unfortunately EUR 17.90 (credit for delivery costs) and new flowers thrown over the bar, but the worst thing is that I made a fool of my business relationship!

Selection of cards and other gifts is good but the delivery and service terrible! I always have to remind myself NOT to use this service even though their selection is good. Given it typically is date sensitive chances of not having it delivered on time, super high!
Ordered on Sunday morning for Monday during the day, on Monday morning (8am) I got an email saying that there has been a mistake and my parcel will not be delivered on time... Not a very well oiled machine as a reliable source of gift delivery. Shopping basket cannot be updated with flowers and a gift, you have to order seperatly, delivery looms like it will happen in seperate boxes, delivery costs etc.... So may faults alas.
Only reason they have 2 stars is the selection of cards!

If I had read these reviews first, I would never have ordered through Greetz, hopefully I can discourage Greetz from these other people.
3 times used, not delivered on time 2 times even plus 3 days, the whole idea of ordering online and paying extra for delivery on specific date is fine but Greetz fails here, to read the many negative reviews they fail more yes or no.
Best to look for another online postcard system!

Of the 4 orders I placed through Greetz, 3 went wrong. Once they sent the wrong bottle of liquor, then they made it difficult to send it back. The one time they got through with the order, things went well. Hence the second star. It's just a guess whether or not it is going well.

Contacted customer service that everything is fine in 1 package because it goes to the same address. Not possible at greetz. So 25 euros paid in shipping costs and environmental waste!

Too bad, order placed on Sunday and paid extra for delivery on Monday. On Monday I receive a message that the order is coming Tuesday and that I will receive a discount coupon for my next order. Tremendous amount of bother with customer service because my girlfriend's card and balloons didn't arrive to the right person. Greetz refuses to send the order again except the card. So the extra of the balloons has been lost .... thank you greetz, for delivering the wrong order and then not solving it to how it should be

I immediately contact Greetz, who agrees that I will get my money back. In the meantime I will arrange another gift. The next day I receive an email that the order has been delivered. Was pretty unhappy with the service here. I ordered 2 cards and one mug. Only 1 card arrived even though I ordered everything on the same day and paid extra to get for the next day. They did not follow up themselves. I had to call to track the mug who could only deliver it the next day after I called. Then the card that was missing I wrote to customer support who said they would send it the same day, then I got an email confirmation that they are sending the card they had already sent! Then I contacted them again and they told me that my card delivery was cancelled (they didn't know why, I had gotten no email). I had to re-order from scratch and pay full price. Still waiting on the refund for the card because now I paid twice for 1 card. The company is about getting gifts by a deadline, they don't stick well to the deadlines.

So sent an email that the flowers were not fresh, fell out with a photo. Almost immediately received an email that would be contacted as soon as possible. Still no response two weeks ago. So before you order from Greets, think carefully.

I ordered a bunch of roses with a vase and delivery for almost 60 euros. The delivery was neat as promised but it was a very sad bunch of roses. You can buy something like this for 15 euros at the petrol station.

Greetz asked me by email if I was satisfied. No of course not. I would be contacted. Not so. The chat took me no further. Finally after calling they would come up with a solution.

Eventually I received 1/3 of the order amount as a voucher for a next order. Which I will never do again. 100% satisfaction guarantee, yuck.

Really nice received the new blue grapes. Were it not for the fact that it was delivered in a very ridiculously large box, a pot with a capacity of one liter, sent in a box of about 20 liters. Do you realize that it is 2020 and we have to do something with the environment? Really ridiculous.
Then the plant itself: it is full of mites !!!!! And now my entire collection of plants in the windowsill !!! Do you compensate the damage? Can certainly steal 3 plants away and hope to get rid of this fine pest, worthless !! Really nodded, unsolicited a plague, thx !!!
