This company has been doing very badly in recent days. The telephone helpdesk is unavailable due to heavy traffic. Christmas cards are not delivered on time (despite promise from the day before, when they were also not delivered ..). You will then be forwarded to the chat (and there will be 41 people in front of you). If you think you've had it all and you have to tolerate 8 more people in front of you, the chat connection will be broken. Bizarrely bad service, we feel cheated.
