A customer-unfriendly party that does not acknowledge problems and refers to their terms. Placed an order the day before Valentine's Day. For this you have to pay 1 euro extra. You will receive this at the end of your order procedure (mobile display). In the end it was not delivered to my wife until 22:00 the next day. Ridiculous ................... Just give all your Valentine's Day affected customers a gesture in the form of a voucher. Do something with this messy day with you.

My first order, for a birthday. Delivered too late. However, customer service was still somewhat understanding and gave a discount code for a next order.
Now for Valentine a 2nd order, where you pay extra for delivery on Valentine. However, nothing was delivered and a customer service that apart from a sorry does nothing and refers to Post.nl! Just as if I purchase a service from post.nl. I pay at greetz and it is their problem if they do not deliver as agreed. So-called according to Ayla of customer service that 2% is delivered 1 to 2 days later. How is it possible that I then have bad luck twice in a row?
So they don't look for anything else. My advice to all: order somewhere nice or deliver yourself or arrange a courier service yourself, but not via greetz.nl

Bad service. I want to change a card that will not be sent until Wednesday. Not possible. This gives my valentine a card that is not finished. Even offered to pay extra for a new card, but they don't want to do anything for me anymore. STUPID.
Such a weird experience for a company that is supposed to be handling birthday presents. Order with two days before to make that it will arrive on time but what ultimately happened is that we got a delivery window of 9 hours practically loosing one day to wait for the delivery and in the end the doorbell never rang and have not received one phone call to see if we are at home. The customer service tried to do their best but the next delivery option was two days later and from what I know a birthday is one time per year.
I had a similar experience with them two years ago and tried to give it another shot but seems that two years is not enough to fix their logistics problems.
In addition if you would like to order extra item such as ballons you have to create a second order and then expose yourself to the risk of not having everything develivered in one go. It almost seems like a scam.

Everything is fine with the cards, but do not send a balloon to your (grand) child .... apparently there is something wrong with the quality control since the last balloon remained dead on the ground .... the previous balloon was 2 days airworthy. Not much was done with my complaint then ..... I'm done with it now.
Bad experience. I will not be ordering there again. Had ordered olive tree of about 24 cm in pot. Supplied an olive branch of 11 cm. I was completely ashamed of myself at the recipient of this "gift". After a lot of discussions I got my money back. But that is not the point. I wanted the promised to be delivered to the recipient.
In short: a card with balloons was ordered three days prior to a birthday. Card was not delivered on the birthday as planned and now, three days after the birthday, still no message.
The whole story: I ordered a card from Greetz a few times before and this was previously without problems, the delivery was always on time. This time I had ordered a card with extra balloons for her grandmother's birthday, three days before the day of delivery. Unfortunately at the end of the day I received a message on her birthday that the package could not be delivered because the person / neighbors were not at home. This is completely untrue because both my grandmother and the neighbors have been home all day ... Anyway, I call the delivery service and I was promised that the card would be delivered the next day. This has not happened again, really ridiculous.

A good friend of mine wanted to send a card for my birthday arriving on SEPTEMBER 5th. You promise a lot but do not much ... This is just like cat and mouse and I'm really done with it. Worthless.
Placed an order for a gift with delivery at fathers day (against a Very high surcharge for Sunday delivery). Gift was never delivered, although money was paid by me. Also i was not informed that something went wrong so i had to find out myself, go after it to get my money back (incl waiting for 30 min on the phone to speak to someone). Same happened to another gift i ordered however given i did not contact greetz within 3 months i did not get a refund at all as I could not prove it and their systems don t go back that far (so paid again for a gift that was never delivered). Extremely bad customer service. I am ok to pay the ridiculous high prices for the convenience of having a gift delivered quickly but then i also expect it to be delivered and at least be informed by greetz if something goes wrong (versus having to find out and chase myself). Never order here!
Greets is absolutely great. I don't live in the Netherlands and this way I can surprise my friends and family in the Netherlands!
This almost seems like a fraudulent platform. None of the items ordered are delivered on time. In fact, a partial delivery was made. I was not even notified that my cake would not be delivered. I had to talk to the customer care and notify them, after which I was told that they would make an attempt for delivery 2 days later like that is an acceptable option. A birthday or a special day cannot be pushed. This is really sad given that they charge quite a bit of premium for this. So it is expensive and fraud.

Very sorry. Chosen courier delivery of a birthday card. Will only be delivered after 22:00. Nothing is done with my complaint, no reaction. What a mockery and a waste of my money. If only I would have been able to order my card from another company. The last time I order something from Greetz.

greetz does not get any stars from me. I was greeted by greetz on my 60th birthday December 4th, my best friend had sent flowers to me, which would be December 5th, since I did not celebrate my birthday it was really nice that she sent me flowers. Unfortunately I have never had these flowers, apologies have been made to her but even when she submitted her complaint I did not receive any flowers. Our address did not exist! Well I get everything but flowers from greetz here, I think their deliverer does not exist!
Too bad this, ordered a large card and will only be delivered 3 days after the birthday. Maybe take a closer look at which delivery person can be used, the current performs below par.

Ordered before 10 p.m. is delivered tomorrow. So it apparently doesn't work that way. No order could be placed for the next day before 10 p.m. Mrs. Jolanda from customer service indicates that I should have waited until I had contact with Greetz, and then let the order arrive completely late ...? Another solution is hard to find.

Had to pay 2x shipping costs for a Mother's Day gift for a delivery to the same address / same day. Of course wants shipping back (I have now paid 14 in shipping costs). But there is no response to the e-mail (emailed twice) and neither is the chat session!
Coincidentally, some donuts had been delivered at home from a business relation this week; bah these were dirty! Donuts were very dry and tasted very old. I absolutely advise people not to order anything here; expensive, poor customer service and the pastry is NOT fresh at all.

The company does not honor agreements. They work with a parcel service that is unable to deliver "surprises" on time. If you then contact the company (s), they will not take the responsibility to resolve it. Given the reactions of other people, this is a structural problem that the company cannot solve.

Sending cards is fine, but something else is a drama.
Worthless delivery service. Delivery is not offered at the neighbors, and no letter is made by the bus to be able to make new delivery arrangements. The live chat website does not work on smartphones, and the telephone help desk does not know when packages may be offered again. You better spend your money somewhere else.
I send all my cards via Greetz, you will receive an email when it is someone else's birthday. I find it ideal
Customer service is totally unreachable. I want to place a business order, which has now been delayed for almost two weeks. They are completely inaccessible by telephone (they no longer work), chat (takes a long time and you will be fobbed off with them by e-mail) and by e-mail you must allow at least 3 days for a response. It is impossible to get in touch with them and get anything done. You are sent from pillar to post and nobody takes their responsibility or takes your complaint seriously.
First time and immediately last time. Order placed one week in advance, but unfortunately not delivered on the day indicated: 'day surprise'.

After the umpteenth spam e-mail from greetz I decided to share my bad experience. Delivered 7 days late. No customer service that helps. Bar and bar bad. Too bad I have to give 1 star, because that is really not deserved

I am super satisfied with Greetz, always have cards at hand, ... and have a super nice gift delivered for the grandson that he was very happy with!
Several times received and sent via Greetz, it always went well. This time things went wrong, but very customer-friendly resolved by Greetz himself. Sender was not at home. Received note in bus that he had a certain hotmail address ?? (not very professional) had to mail for a new appointment, what he did, but no response with confirmation of the new requested day. I (sender) then contact Greetz who immediately offer apologies and send a new gift, so top customer service from Greetz itself!
This could be offered that evening until 10 p.m. Instead, it is offered at 10.22 pm and taken in by my son. The next day, the neighbor rings and hands in the first package !!! Greetz itself is great, but the carrier Packs makes it an incredible mess. On the note he had mentioned that the neighbors were not at home and that a new appointment had to be made.

I ordered flowers for the nicest girl from North Holland. Unfortunately she was not at home during the delivery so I received an email that a note would have been placed in her letterbox with instructions on how to schedule a new delivery time. Note was completely unclear, customer service does not respond for a minute and delivery company knows nothing. That is bad luck 70 euros away. Several emails sent but no response until today. Do not place your order here !!
I will never order here again .. balloon + card ordered for 24, - with shipping costs would be delivered today between 08:00 and 18:00?!? Which I think is a ridiculous length of time. It is now 18:50 still nothing received. Customer service of delivery service also not reachable. Wanted to surprise someone on his birthday, but that is now just a simple app. Thanks!!!!

Ordered a package on time but it was never received. We did receive a confirmation of delivery .. however, this never happened. This is very disappointing.
Nice site, but I much prefer to use Kaartje2Go or Hallmark. In comparison, it is slightly cheaper and you can also save for points that have NOT suddenly disappeared after 6 months. Worthless that you cannot keep this for longer than 6 months. That is not the case with other providers. Preference is therefore not given to Greetz. Incidentally, also received melted chocolate a number of times or flowers without water. Worthless if you ask me.

Composed a card and balloon and ordered for the 16th birthday of my granddaughter. The first delivery could not take place despite the promise due to a delay in the courier. Then I only had to wait 3 days because of Pentecost, but ... that's how it was promised: package will arrive ABSOLUTELY the Tuesday after Pentecost ...... Good that I called after it myself, because the package was no longer active. Then the promise that a package with a new order number would be delivered that day with another courier. However, as it appeared during telephone contact with that courier company, this did not happen because Greetz registered the package too late, so it will be WEATHER a day later ...

I would receive a welcome discount in the form of free shipping. Then entered the code, I appeared to have forgotten one more thing in my order, adjusted. Apparently my code suddenly expired, bye welcome discount.

Urgent order? You can pay extra for that, but it is not delivered. Greetz has to work with a different carrier. Packs do not deliver what the carrier has to do.

Until recent times .. But this was delivered elsewhere, the problem of their external delivery .. Pack and no note in bus, eventually after having phoned greetz, coordinates given and receiver several houses set off down the street, wad found. And neatly received the shipping costs by greetz. Problem solved properly
I made the mistake of ordering flowers for a birthday through Greetz. The delivery person was at the door but was gone within 1min. Running after it to no avail. We don't lie behind the door all day. Next day, waited all day ........ nothing. Have been seduced by the beautiful site but the execution of the order is very bad. Greetz cannot be reached by phone either. Greetz, if you're reading this, please do a re-fund. Birthday surprise to the moon.

Greetz used to be the solution if you were a bit late sending a card.
Today, most tickets take two days to arrive. If I put it in the letterbox myself, the card will be there faster.
