Was pretty unhappy with the service here. I ordered 2 cards and one mug. Only 1 card arrived even though I ordered everything on the same day and paid extra to get for the next day. They did not follow up themselves. I had to call to track the mug who could only deliver it the next day after I called. Then the card that was missing I wrote to customer support who said they would send it the same day, then I got an email confirmation that they are sending the card they had already sent! Then I contacted them again and they told me that my card delivery was cancelled (they didn't know why, I had gotten no email). I had to re-order from scratch and pay full price. Still waiting on the refund for the card because now I paid twice for 1 card. The company is about getting gifts by a deadline, they don't stick well to the deadlines.
