Receive bunches of flowers. When unpacking several flowers already fell out. Immediately called to Greetz customer service. IVB corona not available by phone only by mail. So sent an email that the flowers were not fresh, fell out with a photo. Almost immediately received an email that would be contacted as soon as possible. Still no response two weeks ago. So before you order from Greets, think carefully.
