Made the big mistake to send a bunch of flowers with a card to my birthday girl. First it turns out that "something went wrong with the courier". I immediately contact Greetz, who agrees that I will get my money back. In the meantime I will arrange another gift. The next day I receive an email that the order has been delivered.
