Tremendous amount of bother with customer service ...

Tremendous amount of bother with customer service because my girlfriend's card and balloons didn't arrive to the right person. Greetz refuses to send the order again except the card. So the extra of the balloons has been lost .... thank you greetz, for delivering the wrong order and then not solving it to how it should be
