Too bad, order placed on Sunday and paid extra for delivery on Monday. On Monday I receive a message that the order is coming Tuesday and that I will receive a discount coupon for my next order. It seems to me no more than normal to refund the courier costs in any case. Well you guessed it. On Tuesday another email that it will be Wednesday. After I started calling myself (patience required) the order appears not to have been offered to the delivery person. Either forget to make it. Forget it. Whether I want money back or a discount coupon. Serious?? Hello Greetz
