Failed to disclose a couple of items that will cost quite a bit to remedy. Knowingly held back telling me, until after the sale. I'm posting this review so that others will be the wiser. Do not depend on the honesty of this dealer, but be extra careful. They will rush you through the buying process of your used car, but take all the time you need. Consider having the exterior looked over at a local body shop, for extra piece of mind.

When I started looking over the exterior paint for any scratches or love bug damage, I commented to the salesman on how dirty the car was, making it hard to see the paint properly. He assured me there were no problems. The car was washed, but not until after the purchase. Now I have to deal with significant scratches on the roof of the car. The dealer offered to let me drive back to Orlando and have them run the buffer on the roof. Buffing would not do a thing and they're 4 hours away.

When I asked for the keys, I was given one. I was told that was all that there was. I discovered that the smart key would cost me $400. That, plus the paint work, will total over $800.

Don't let these jokers do this to you. If there's no second smart key, then have them reduce the price of the car. Take as much time as needed to check over the paint and insist that the car be washed before you do so.

These guys will not be forthcoming. I hope this helps someone.

P.S. After reading some of the reviews posted here, are they talking about the same dealer ? Now, they wouldn't post 5 star reviews themselves just to offset the bad reviews.

As a customer who has bought 4 cars from greenway over the years. They have always been good to us. I recently took in my mustang that I also purchased from greenway for a warranty concern, it had to do with my vehicles passenger side cat assembly. After I called and made my appointment I had to reschedule due the concern bring a rattle and that usually taking time to find. Turns out it was the passenger side cat like I had assumed originally. They then ordered the part,It was there In 2 days and everything went on without a hitch. Abel took every good care of me although being new. David Addison has also been straight forward with these things and it s been appreciated. I gave four stars because the service advisor I originally made the appointment with didn t want to deal with me at all and completely ignored my phones calls. But I m happy that Abel took over and made up for the other advisors lack of professionalism. If I ever have another issue I ll be making my appointment with him. Thanks Abel and thanks to greenways service department for always taking care of the customer needs and being straight forward. Also their porters are also fantastic and will take care of your vehicle while it s there.

Every time I come here I'm given the run-around, meaning I'm told one thing and then hours later I'm told it's a different issue meaning more time and more time that I'm sitting in the waiting area having no idea what's going on and having no idea how much longer I have to wait. The average time I spend waiting for answers and to be done is 2 hours. Ridiculous.

Good experience. Great costumer service from the moment you walk in. The new and used car selection is broad. Cars are in mint condition. Process from start to having the keys in your hand is well detailed.

Robert went over and beyond assisting me. He was at my car in just a few seconds. He took care of everything including having paperwork ready for rental car to having my airbags replaced. He contacted me when ready for pick up and was right there ready.
His attitude was very real and on spot. Thank you Robert for providing me with excellent customer service.

Greenway Ford is the only place to bring your car to get serviced! They are professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Terry Bennet is the best of the best. I will only bring my cars to Greenway Ford to get serviced.

I have NEVER experienced such a disgraceful, underhanded, unproffesional sales team as my husband and I did recently. Not only did we purchase a car, we were under the impression that when we left, prior to handing over a check, we would receive the car once it had been appropriately fixed per our agreement just last week. Today, we received a degrading, demanding phone call that we were to drive over with a check, but car wouldn't be fixed until they could get a part. NOT PART OF THE AGREEMENT when we left. To further insult us, they stated they were sending someone to get the check and we were to give it to them or no deal. How sad that in these times, your word is no longer your word! No business should EVER DEMAND anything from the customer. They made it perfectly clear that we were not an important customer and they didnt need our business! So you win Greenway Ford, you will Not have our business and hopefully others will see this and realize how you treat your customers and they, like us, will give business to someone who stands by their word!

Terrible. Incompetent people. The service manager that leads the staff was not aware that the 2015 F150 had a cabin air filter. I found it myself, figured out how to change it, and got it done.

If you see a car announced at the greenway website with a price below the market, DONT TRUST! I bought a 2018 focus with a really bad transmission. The seller, Kaleb couldn t help me to fix the transmission.
They didn t even checked if the flashes alert lights were working... what I found out couple hours after I left the store.

When I got to the dealership the prices were not the same as the prices listed online. The sales people do not try to give you the best deal possible. Kevin in the finance department is terrible. He talks to you like you are stupid and tries to make you feel like you have no other options. He told me that I would be wasting my time shopping around because nobody could beat the deal he was offering me. So I got up and left. Before I could get out to the car I had the salesman chase me out to the car asking me to come back inside to try to get a better deal. So I went back inside. This happened a total of 5-6 times. Finally we came to a deal that was around what I was looking for. Why this could not have happened the first time, I don t know. To me they lost leverage every time they chased me out the door. I will not buy another vehicle from greenway ford because of these practices. Dishonest pricing and rude financing. The only bright spot was Dylan the sales person and the new car manager who made the deal happen.

I was told my air actuator (which was replaced twice before) was still under warranty until early November. In the month of September I made an appointment to get the clicking noise it was once again making fixed. When I got to Ford for my appointment they told me the AC guy was not in. That was one trip wasted. I drove from St. Cloud (both times).Yesterday I was rescheduled to come in just to be told my part is no longer under warranty because it had been replaced twice already. Of course I was upset that a faulty part that Ford put on was not under warranty after I called and got confirmation it was until early next month.

I had a 4:30 appointment and it took over 2 hours to get "the works" completed. There was no coffee, tea and unless the free water was out of the sink, you were out of that too.
I even had to go back inside to remind them to reset my alerts. Then having a cashier tell you that that's just the way it is sometimes doesn't help either.
Overall my experience was not what I would expect from Greenway for a basic oil change and tire rotation.

Kevin Swata is super nice, kept us informed on the issue and status with our Explorer. Call us as soon admit was ready and explained what was wrong with it along with recommendations to resolve.

Kevin is a major asset to Ford and is very professional.

Thanks Kevin!

I like an upfront salesperson. Driving me around trying to talk me into an suv when I am in the market for a truck is not cool. I knew my numbers walking into that place. I said where my budget was and they could have simply said sorry we don t have exactly what you are looking for but if we get something we will let you know. Instead trying to get me into a vehicle I can t afford.

So I went into Greenway today in hopes of buying a new car. I previously went to Daytona's Ford dealership and did not get get what we were looking for unfortunately, so with high hopes of getting not just a better deal but better customer service and a nicer staff I went to Greenway to try and see if we would be able to get a good price that was fair for both parties. Shon So I went into Greenway today in hopes of buying a new car. I previously went to Daytona's Ford dealership and did not get get what we were looking for unfortunately, so with high hopes of getting not just a better deal but better customer service and a nicer staff I went to Greenway to try and see iwas my salesperson and everything was going well until I noticed a lot of inconsistency in the prices I was getting and wasn't feeling very comfortable so I told them that I would leave and give them a a call back if I was interested. So after about 45 minutes I called back only to be told that while I was gone they already ran my credit and told me I needed a co-sign for the car I wanted. The issue with that is that I never gave them my consent with pulling my credit. I never agreed on any price and yet they still went an pulled my credit when I wasn't even on the premises anymore. I did not sign anything except one paper in the very beginning and I asked my salesperson this exact question, "If i sign this am I agreeing to anything." and I was told confidently "Oh no not yet". So I went back to the dealership and asked them what happened and why my credit was pulled and they brought out the director to come and explain it to me. I have never had customer service in any dealership as bad as i did today at Greenway. In fact I don't think I've ever been approached as rudely as I was even in fast food restaurants. I was told that I was in turn lied to about what I was signing for in the beginning and that in the directors words was "unfortunate but what do you want us to do about it? we already did it we cant undo it. You need a co-signer to buy the car." I then told him that I was not going to be buying any car and that i was already approved from a different dealer with a lower price monthly and the same credit score so I could tell i was begin either lied to or just cast out to the side because i was not willing to be taken advantage of by the insane monthly payments i was quoted. the director immediately goes, "Okay then goodbye" and went to walk away from the table. I was very unhappy with that answer and expressed that to him but all i was told was "I know you are upset, you have made that more than clear. It's unfortunate but its already done. Maybe we can get you in a cheaper car like a Fiesta maybe." So at this point I am just being outright disrespected. So my fiance asked if we could get a time stamp for when my credit was pulled because the director swore up and down that my credit was not pulled after i left. His story didn't make any sense because why would my salesperson try and still sell me a car knowing I didn't have the credit to even buy it? I was there for three hours and yet it was after the fact after i left that i was told i didn't even qualify because of y credit. Meanwhile in Daytona beach i was approved at a lower monthly payment with a car that was at a higher price point only two days before. So when my fiance asked if there was a timestamp of when my credit was pulled he said no there wasn't and at that point I left the dealership feeling completely disgusted with how much I was being lied to. On my way home I called the dealership because I wanted a copy of the documents showing my credit being pulled and i was denied that. So unless you are wanting to be lied to and taken advantage of DO NOT GO TO GREENWAY. Ford has officially lost all business from me and I will tell all my friends and family about how shady and illegal greeways tactics are. I hope this review can help someone not make the same mistake i did by choosing both greenway and ford as a product.

While I had an ok experience with the vehicle purchase, subsequent service visits have been less than stellar. Apparently, even though they offer appointment times, they are just "to guarantee a spot" and a simple oil change takes 2-3hours. Absurd.

I really like this place. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER AND AUTO SERVICE. I purchased by Used 2017 Kia Soul from here, the car was in great condition with not many miles on it and was a good value. Robert Torres was my salesman. But everyone I encountered was welcoming. The representative who took care of the paperwork for the finalization of the sale explained everything clearly, was attentive to my questions, and was very friendly. They were willing to work with my credit, when another dealership turned me down with no hope. This morning, I went there for a service checkup (routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation) which I had a coupon for in the Driver Plus coupon book that came with my car purchase. Frank was my Quick Service representative and he was extremely friendly and attentive. It took only an hour, and the waiting area has complimentary coffee and tea and comfy couches. Frank thanked me on the way out and gave me his business card, he told me to call him before my next service appt so that he can make sure he has the correct filters/parts for my car since it is not a Ford brand - just in case, so I wouldn't have to wait long. That was very thoughtful.

If I could give them a negative score I would. This place is a bunch of scammers and liars!
I went after filling out an online credit app. Looked at a Sentra was told I was approved, however I was also informed of a special on the 2019 Fusion. They looked at my trade in which is paid off, and works great only to tell me my sunroof dosnt close and they are taking a grand off. My sunroof worked perfectly before they touched it. I decided to take that deal as it was $20 more than a used are but was at 0.9% interest. Was told again all is good Ford didn t have a tier and even people with poor credit have been approved according to the lying sales person Jordan. I sign all the papers get the car drive home and drive it for 4 days only to be told oh well no you were not approved and you have to bring the car back. So have to leave work to deal with this. Only to get there and be lied to continually. I took my original car back and they were still inside running my credit on cars I only looked at. They said we didn t run your credit with more than one bank LIARS they ran my credit 11 Times and dropped my score 15 points in one day!!!! All of a sudden they gave me 1,300 more for my trade in. NO NO! And I still have to pay to get my sunroof fixed!! Don t believe these people.

I had my 2014 Ford Focus towed for service and the tried to diagnose the problem and first replaced wire which they guessed was pinched which did not fixed the problem and next they replaced ECM and the car started. They charged me around $700.00 for the wire which was not the problem and interestingly, two weeks after the repair I got the letter from Ford Corporation regarding a Re-call on ECM . Had they diagnosed the problem correctly, the repair would have been free of charge , because the ECM recall. I called the service department, David Addison and explained the situation and service manager told me that recall does not apply to my car and I tried to explain that my Vin number is on top of the recall letter then he asked mo to email the recall letter to verify the Vin number and if it matches, then it would be different story and will follow up on that and will get back to me, however he never replied to my email and never answered my call.I called Ford corporation and explained the situation and they advised me to take the paperwork to any Ford dealership to resolve the problem.
They are very irresponsible and dishonest and I will never take my car to this dealership.

Horrible business. Absolutely no organization, the management is fraudulent and corrupted. The service advisors are nice, but nonetheless disorganized and not in it for the best interest for the customers. The technicians are lazy and perform questionable jobs on the vehicles in which they fix. Some of the porters are reckless when driving the customers cars. Don't even think about purchasing a vehicle from sales, they're iffy in nature as most of them have recalls and are known to be defected (Ford focus' and fiesta's model rang from 2009-2015) common problems include TCM and faulty door latches. Seriously save yourself money and buy somewhere else. (former employee)

Troy Burns helped me get my Tucson and he was great! Friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. This was my first time buying a car and he didn t rush me through the process or make me feel dumb. I really appreciated his help and have referred him to one of my friends who is also looking for a car. Thank you Troy!

Typical dealer all-day time waste for regular service, go elsewhere, your time is more valuable.

If you are having any parts replaced in or out of warranty... Do make sure you have them give you the fine print (they have tables with lots of notes), so you understand exactly what the warranty gets you before you agree. They do everything they can to get out of their warranty obligations regardless if it s a battery or a transmission.

I had to change my appointment twice and Greenway made it easy. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my 9:30am appointment Greenway was so busy it took 30 minutes before I was ready to go. My service advisor, Robbie, was quick and courteous and said that they would need my SUV for about 3/4 of the day. I then waited another 15 mins for a shuttle ride to work. The guy that drive me, Lou, was pleasant and engaged in good conversation.

Just under 4 hours later Robbie called to tell me my SUV was ready to be picked up. That was great, but I waited 2 hours for the shuttle to pick me up!! Why? Because Greenway is understaffed, especially now while using social distancing. Greenway has ONE, just ONE shuttle driver and specific vehicle for transporting customers while a car is being worked on. Greenway is such a large dealership, but I m not certain customer satisfaction is job #1. Maybe Greenway should just end shuttle services and let customers decide if Greenway is the right place to take a vehicle to for maintenance and repair. Greenway is lucky that the shuttle driver that took me back to the dealership, Frieda, was so pleasant to ride with. I don t know how she likes her job so much with what she has to endure.

You may just as well hand over your wallet when you get there because the trade in value of your car is like stealing from you. I have never ever been so insulted in a trade value in my life and I am 62. I had all sorts of resource material, but they went to the "insult" lever. After some talk they finally raised it to a "well below adequate" level. I believe I know why they offer so low a trade in value, it is because they have an enormous overhead. The place is like a luxury hotel and two, not one, receptionist great you. This shows me that they do not know good business practices. I parted ways saying they wasted my time and good bye. By the way, Pepe, I traded tonight and got $3000 more than you were offering. Do yourself a favor and treat Greenway Ford like a lit firecracker, RUN AWAY FROM IT AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Traded in a NEW Jeep Wrangler. Actually took a little of a hit on it for an Mercedes AMG. Well I know there is a AS IS when you buy it but apparently they crooks don't even have a dealer warranty like MOST dealers across the USA. So not even 2 weeks later the ABS braking system is messing up and needs a new module. I go in and everyone is LOST just like when I traded in my Jeep. Finally after waisting my time the 2 big guys come out and tell me that I'm pretty much on my own. Cheap dealer ship. I'm a disabled veteran also and they give to craps. I would avoid this dealership and drive some where else. This is a sloppy dealership and very confused. Drive up colonial a little and you will find another Ford dealer! You will not regret it.

We took our vehicle to their collision center for repairs, it took twice a long as promised and when we arrived to pick up it was not repaired properly.

After this happened Mark, the manager at the collision center went out of his way to fix the issue with our vehicle properly and quickly. He made things very easy and convenient.

Hopefully we won't have any more repairs needed but if we do we would be back.

Thank you!

I have been a Ford customer my entire life but after my experience with the service MANAGER Mark and his tech, you can guarentee I nor anyone in my family will be Ford customers.

I brought my car in for an overheating issue, which turned into me needing a new engine. That was fine since it was covered under my extended warranty but the service tech who changed my engine, he managed to tear my break lines. The service tech told me my lines were "contaminated" and they were not going to work on my vehicle any longer. They never kept the "contaminated liquid" and they threw away the torn break line after I specifically asked to see it.

Here's the best part! After refusing to service my vehicle any further, I had my car towed to another FORD location (Rush Truck Center) and they confirmed my lines were NEVER contaminated and the service tech from Greenway did in fact tear my break lines!!!! Oh and they also took pliers to my break reservoir. Thanks for that!

I'm writing this because this happened in October and fast forward to today, I'm currently broken down on the side of the road with my brand new engine. Robbie and Mark are crooks. NEVER TRUST THEM.

I'll be sure to keep posting this on your websites so this never happens to anyone else.

Horrible experience with service!

Horrible experience with service!
Made appointment 3 days in advance of the day I was able to come in. I specifically clarified that I only had a 2.5 hour window of time wherein to be there waiting and asked if this was possible. They assured me it was and made appointment for noon.
I took my truck there, asked for the same person I'd talked to on the phone, gave my reservation number and reiterated my need to be able to leave in 2.5 hours.
All I needed done was coolant drained in replaced in my deisel.
They assured me once again this would be NO problem.
Took my truck, came back ten minutes later (I suppose I should give them THAT...at least I didn't wait 2 hours) telling me the "only problen" was that now they were "running into" lunch hour so now my truck would take longer.
I could not wait that long- as explained t9 them 2 times previous- so, I just asked for my truck and left.
Why schedule an appointment for NOON if lunch hour ceases all production and customers have to wait the entire time?
Why couldn't this have been told to me when I made the original appointment for NOON!?

Had an appointment set for 1, at 2:30 I called to check in on my car and after spending nearly an entire half hour on the phone was told by my service rep that my car hadn't been looked at yet. I asked when he was going to tell me and his response was that he had been busy- too busy to even used the text service they setup to say 'hey, there's a delay" His excuse was that it was a Chevy and "This is a Ford dealership". Which would have made sense had I not bought the car AND extended warranty from them. They sold me the warranty and said to bring it back to them for service so why the issue? Why sell the warranty if you can't uphold it? The next day I called a manager in the morning, and it still took hours to hear back from anyone. AGAIN, I had to reach out and was finally told what the issue was. I called in at about 2- both manager and service rep were unavailable. I asked to be called back, and they went the entire day and closed without reaching out. The next morning the service rep text me for approval, and when I started asking questions text me back "JUST BRING IT" in all caps as if I'd somehow annoyed him with my questions (It was a $312 quote for a battery, I'd asked how much labor was if I brought my own). When I brought the battery the conversation went

"The Camaro right?" " No, the Malibu" "Well it's a Chevy"

AGAIN with the attitude like I'm not just trying to play by their rules. Overall it left a bad taste in my mouth, the staff is uncommunicative, I was disconnected multiple times when I was supposed to be on hold waiting for either a rep or manager, and I'm not entirely sure I even want to continue with the extended warranty since they apparently can't handle servicing the car when it comes in.

Service appt this morning for air bag safety recall. Made appt well in advance. However, they ran out of parts 2 days ago and didn't let me know until after I had taken my car in for service! I've been a good customer for years and have mostly had good experiences. This was a poor one. Moral of this review is to make sure your part(s) are in stock.

I m disappointed that when I arrived home and I opened the hood on my truck that the work was not complete. The mass air sensor wiring harness was not plugged in, the air filter monitor was not reinstalled and the violent level was under the minimum level on the tank. I had to make a return trip to get this taken care. The worst part of the return trip was when the gentleman that drove my truck back from the shop area and rolled down my window half way that is not working properly and would not go back up and when I question him on it he told me he did not do it but I was in the shop when the work was being done and the window was not open at that time. I do not appreciate not being told the truth. This makes me not wanting to come back to you for more business but also have a hard time letting others know about doing business with you too.

Made an appointment to take my 2013 Ford F150 in for a noise that appears at 45 mph or so. Dropped of truck 8:30 on Wednesday morning. Thursday was informed the noise could not be heard. Service tech, and I, took a ride (early Thursday afternoon) for me to identify the noise. The tech agreed he heard the noise, and thought it was wind noise, maybe rear window. Had to pick up the truck Friday afternoon. Best I can tell - NO WORK was done. NEVER heard what was done, or what had been ruled out as causes. Customer rep said he would call. He didn't. I had no truck for 3 days, and have no idea what was done, or not done to fix the problem.

I am so beyond happy with the service and what i left with. Exceeded expectations.

Run as far from this place as you possibly can!

Run as far from this place as you possibly can!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. I don't even know where to start. I dropped my car off for a SCHEDULED appointment at 8 AM on Monday morning to fix a factory recall. Since I didn't get any updates on the repair from the dealer I decided to call my service advisor to check in around 1 pm. I was told he was with a costumer and would call me back. Finally, around 3:30 I still had not heard back so I called again. After being transferred to my service advisor and being disconnected 2 times I called back a third time and demanded not to be transferred until they were sure my service advisor was available. Once I finally got in touch with him, he needed to go and check on the vehicle. He called me back around 4:15 to let me know that they didn't have the part in stock and needed to order it. They had to keep my car overnight.
The following day they were going to perform the recall repair and finally diagnose the second issue I had regarding the airbag light staying on. They said that the airbag was due to a bad connection behind the second-row seat and that the repair was just south of $800. He informed me that the airbags will not operate if this light is on. For the safety of my family I had no choice but to get it fixed. They also informed me that a rear end alignment was needed due to the factory recall repair. It turns out that they couldn't get either repair completed on Tuesday. I learned this by called and getting disconnected 2 more times before getting through to my service advisor. They don t provide any time frames for repairs!
Now fast forward into Wednesday. I ask when it is going to be ready and again, they won't commit to a time. Finally, at 5 PM I get a call that the car is ready. I pick the car up and am driving home on the expressway and this is where I WAS SCARED FOR MY LIFE . I decided to drive on the expressway to my house. As I accelerated, I felt the car start to bounce a bit but didn t think much of it as I was traveling slow due to heavy traffic. Finally, traffic cleared, and I accelerated once I hit 50 mph the car began to shake a swerve. The trailer sway kicked in and the brakes locked up as the car almost went into the barrier wall. Scared for my life I pulled onto the shoulder and sat for a minute. Being close to an exit ramp I was able to slow roll the car down the shoulder and exit ramp.

I called the dealer and told them what happened, and they said, "Drive the car here and we will take a look"! I told them that I was afraid to drive the car and that they needed to come and tow it back. The dealer was closed the following day but agreed to have the car towed back on Friday.

I met the tow truck on Friday morning to have the car towed back to the dealer. We are now on day 5 of the car repair. After keeping the car for most of the day I get a call around 3 PM letting me know the car is ready. I asked them what they did. It was explained to me that their alignment machine was not working correctly, and they took the car out of alignment when they performed the repair. I asked why the car was not test drove after the repair. He had no answer. This to me is unacceptable. They have no regard for safety at this shop. In my opinion this starts with the management.

When picking my car up I learned that the manager had marked my ticket as high priority. However, he never came and spoke to me or even apologized. The service advisor showed me the alignment paperwork and explained how far out of alignment it was. Seeing this me realize the quality of the shop. In my case it led to the worst experience I have had in a very long time. Why a manager was not involved in a 5 DAY repair is beyond excusable!

Include personal and company vehicles I own 7 Ford Vehicle and I will never step foot in this dealer/shop again!

Twice since I ve purchased my car, I ve been back to Greenway Ford for maintenance on my vehicle. I have had an absolutely incredible experience with the staff both times I ve been there, Terry specifically. For someone who knows the bare minimum about car maintenance, issues with my vehicle has always been a very stressful point of contention for me. Terry always makes sure both me and my car are taken care of while I m at Greenway. Everyone that works there is so kind and wonderful, especially amidst this COVID-19 outbreak. I definitely made the right call with these folks.
