Run as far from this place as you possibly can!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. I don't even know where to start. I dropped my car off for a SCHEDULED appointment at 8 AM on Monday morning to fix a factory recall. Since I didn't get any updates on the repair from the dealer I decided to call my service advisor to check in around 1 pm. I was told he was with a costumer and would call me back. Finally, around 3:30 I still had not heard back so I called again. After being transferred to my service advisor and being disconnected 2 times I called back a third time and demanded not to be transferred until they were sure my service advisor was available. Once I finally got in touch with him, he needed to go and check on the vehicle. He called me back around 4:15 to let me know that they didn't have the part in stock and needed to order it. They had to keep my car overnight.
The following day they were going to perform the recall repair and finally diagnose the second issue I had regarding the airbag light staying on. They said that the airbag was due to a bad connection behind the second-row seat and that the repair was just south of $800. He informed me that the airbags will not operate if this light is on. For the safety of my family I had no choice but to get it fixed. They also informed me that a rear end alignment was needed due to the factory recall repair. It turns out that they couldn't get either repair completed on Tuesday. I learned this by called and getting disconnected 2 more times before getting through to my service advisor. They don t provide any time frames for repairs!
Now fast forward into Wednesday. I ask when it is going to be ready and again, they won't commit to a time. Finally, at 5 PM I get a call that the car is ready. I pick the car up and am driving home on the expressway and this is where I WAS SCARED FOR MY LIFE . I decided to drive on the expressway to my house. As I accelerated, I felt the car start to bounce a bit but didn t think much of it as I was traveling slow due to heavy traffic. Finally, traffic cleared, and I accelerated once I hit 50 mph the car began to shake a swerve. The trailer sway kicked in and the brakes locked up as the car almost went into the barrier wall. Scared for my life I pulled onto the shoulder and sat for a minute. Being close to an exit ramp I was able to slow roll the car down the shoulder and exit ramp.

I called the dealer and told them what happened, and they said, "Drive the car here and we will take a look"! I told them that I was afraid to drive the car and that they needed to come and tow it back. The dealer was closed the following day but agreed to have the car towed back on Friday.

I met the tow truck on Friday morning to have the car towed back to the dealer. We are now on day 5 of the car repair. After keeping the car for most of the day I get a call around 3 PM letting me know the car is ready. I asked them what they did. It was explained to me that their alignment machine was not working correctly, and they took the car out of alignment when they performed the repair. I asked why the car was not test drove after the repair. He had no answer. This to me is unacceptable. They have no regard for safety at this shop. In my opinion this starts with the management.

When picking my car up I learned that the manager had marked my ticket as high priority. However, he never came and spoke to me or even apologized. The service advisor showed me the alignment paperwork and explained how far out of alignment it was. Seeing this me realize the quality of the shop. In my case it led to the worst experience I have had in a very long time. Why a manager was not involved in a 5 DAY repair is beyond excusable!

Include personal and company vehicles I own 7 Ford Vehicle and I will never step foot in this dealer/shop again!
