Had an appointment set for 1, at 2:30 I called to check in on my car and after spending nearly an entire half hour on the phone was told by my service rep that my car hadn't been looked at yet. I asked when he was going to tell me and his response was that he had been busy- too busy to even used the text service they setup to say 'hey, there's a delay" His excuse was that it was a Chevy and "This is a Ford dealership". Which would have made sense had I not bought the car AND extended warranty from them. They sold me the warranty and said to bring it back to them for service so why the issue? Why sell the warranty if you can't uphold it? The next day I called a manager in the morning, and it still took hours to hear back from anyone. AGAIN, I had to reach out and was finally told what the issue was. I called in at about 2- both manager and service rep were unavailable. I asked to be called back, and they went the entire day and closed without reaching out. The next morning the service rep text me for approval, and when I started asking questions text me back "JUST BRING IT" in all caps as if I'd somehow annoyed him with my questions (It was a $312 quote for a battery, I'd asked how much labor was if I brought my own). When I brought the battery the conversation went
"The Camaro right?" " No, the Malibu" "Well it's a Chevy"
AGAIN with the attitude like I'm not just trying to play by their rules. Overall it left a bad taste in my mouth, the staff is uncommunicative, I was disconnected multiple times when I was supposed to be on hold waiting for either a rep or manager, and I'm not entirely sure I even want to continue with the extended warranty since they apparently can't handle servicing the car when it comes in.
